Everything about this place LOOKS like it would be top notch but in fact it's quite the opposite. They have all the parking blocked off for 30 min parking for delivery or DoorDash. And "private parking" which doesn't tell us anything. If you park in a private parking spot, for customers OR residents, they will have your car towed. Even if you're a RESIDENT. Not even a warning or ticket. They'll Tow your car after business hours leaving you no way to get in contact with anyone. Management is a complete joke and they NEVER respond to emails or calls. The pool currently has a thick layer of slime all over the floor and side walls because they never properly clean it. Someone slipped yesterday trying to get in because the pool is so slimy. Factory caters more to trying to get people to visit and spend money on their campus rather than the people who pay ASTRONOMICAL rent prices. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

1St, I'm stopping in the Korean barbecue was pretty good. The place overall feels kind of rundown for how new it is. Every table inside is made out of wood and will rip your forearm skin off like the syrup tables at IHOP. Ate outside where two out of the three swings they have are broken. Then I decided to play the pinball machine inside First ball got stuck, tilted, took all my credits lost two dollars. Went to the bar closest to the pinball machine asked the guy who was in charge of the pinball machine. He said the people who make it. Then he said there's no manager here so he really doesn't have an answer for me and if there was a manager here, he would probably tell me the same thing that it would be up to the person who makes the pinball machine? I told him that was a horrible answer and he said it sure is really lame. Customer service. read more

There is always something going on here! I love most of the food in the gatherall and the area is nice including the dog park and the fun event spaces. I don't live in the complex as it's out of my budget but living close, I do frequent here often and all of the staff at most of the establishments are nice enough. read more

This place is perfect for all seasons, weather, and kinds of hangouts. I went a while ago for a lunch and to spend some off-time. I first went to Braxton Brewing which is located in the heart of Factory 52 in a seperate building from the food hall. The vibe in there was super cool and hip, and they had very friendly service. The drinks were great and it was nice to sit outside at the time. It was pretty slow but it was a Friday mid-day. I then went to the food hall to look around and see what they had. There are a ton of options! I landed on Shango's and got some really good nachos. They had the perfect amount of toppings that didn't overpower the flavor. The bar inside the food hall is super cute and I am intrigued to try more drinks from them later, but this time I got a gin and tonic for a quick drink. It was very well made and good. I really like the vibes at Factory 52 and I think it is the perfect place for so many different occasions such as doing work, going out, or spending time with friends. read more

Factory 52 is a great place to visit with friends and family in Norwood. First off, you have two breweries to choose from, Braxton and Fretboard. Both breweries have nice outdoor seating areas. The green space is the central area for events, watching a game, or just letting the kids run around. There is also a food hall with a multitude of delicious food options. Off of the green space there are a few shops. There is a small rock climbing wall for kids. If you have a dog, there is a dog park with separate areas for smaller and larger dogs. To top it off, Factory 52 also has a Jeni's Ice Cream. read more

I would say it's very similar to a mall food court. Many restaurants to select from and a common eating area. We had some Thai noodles and our companions had fretboard pizza. Food was outstanding quality. You can eat inside or outside. In addition, there are several outdoor play areas, rock climbing wall, swings, etc. This is a great place to get together for families with kids. There are activities for adults as well. Parking was iffy but we found an unpaved lot in the back. The condition of the lot could have been better. I would recommend this place for any group get together. There is a lot going for this location. Food, shops, sports, bars, lawn, housing. It feels a little like a suburban oasis. They have expanded quickly and my hope is that they continue to diversify the options-maybe a movie theatre, mini putt, or even dedicated walking trail. They do have free parking (for now), but most of it is hidden behind the shops, so be patient when finding a spot. It hasn't grown to be a one stop shop experience, but it is definitely worth a visit. read more

Remember when there were malls? This is like that, but with more outside. Sure, the shopping options are limited - but they make up for it with offices and living spaces. The Gatherall is their requisite food court and offers a nice selection for the eclectic eater. Looking for a little sport? Check out Aces Pickleball. Food is still doing well. We come here very often. The bathrooms however (lately) are less than acceptable. Usually no towels, trash on floor, and 1 of 3 soap dispensers actually working in (men's room) upstairs. The upkeep has definitely been lacking the last few times. I am absolutely loving Factory 52! This is such a great new mixed use complex where you can enjoy multiple forms of entertainment. From breweries, to all kinds of food, shopping, events, live music, and it is easy to park and navigate (parking is free!). There is still some construction going on but I do not find it to really take away from the experience. Oh did I mention the dog park? (Not quite sure if this is only for residents though). I have Yelp thank for drawing me here for many events since opening and I continue to come back other times as well. The last time I was there I noticed people hanging outside of Jenis just playing board games! Some of my favorites include Hi-Wire with their rooftop patio, Fretboard brewing which often has live music, Jenis ice cream of course, and inside the Gatherall there is so much great food including Trophy Pizza, Shangos, Decibel chicken, and Phat bahn mid! There is a really cute coffee shop too, but im always there later in the day past my coffee hours. You can also find live music and various events taking place in the courtyard. read more

Been to lots of places like this before in other states but what caught my eye was how nice was everyone at all their different stations. The food was good and they have various options for vegetarian and meat eaters from the places we got food. After we settled with our beers, the cupcakes, and a delicious bourbon slushy, a young man started singing. We did not know they were going to have live music and it was so enjoyable. The beer was great, the cupcakes were delicious, and the fried snacks we got from the Korean spot were good as well. If I ever visit Cincinnati again I'll keep this place in mind. read more

This was a fun outing for the entire family, including both sets of grandparents, to enjoy a leisurely lunch from different vendors, watch the Hip Hop folks enjoying dancing in the sunshine, and to learn a bit of Cincinnati history. Ok, this is a really cool place! Those of us old enough to remember the heydays of the mall food court will love this! So many different cuisines under one roof. Don't like what your friends are having? No problem! Order something different from your table! Want to just enjoy a night out for drinks? Again, no problem - two breweries and a couple of cocktail bars have you covered! This is a mixed retail/living/dining/shopping development on the site of a former playing card factory. i stopped by factory 52 mollys cupcakes the other day and honestly it was such a treat. the vibe of the shop is cozy and inviting, and the staff were really friendly without being over the top. i tried a few of their filled cupcakes and wow, they did not disappoint. the red velvet was perfectly moist with that cream cheese filling hitting just the right balance, and the pumpkin chai was seasonal perfection with a warm, spicy kick. i usually don't go for filled cupcakes but these made me rethink that. prices were fair and portion sizes generous for the quality. i'm giving them an 8 out of 10 mainly because it was a little busy when i went and had to wait a few minutes, but honestly the cupcakes made the wait worth it. definitely a spot i'll be coming back to and recommending to friends. read more

My Mr and I have visited quite a few times and love the vibe of this place. We even took my Mr's parents here last year and they seem to love it. Before it opened, I heard rumors that they are using the old card factory for a brewery but come to find out, they expanded it to something more! They now have apartments/lofts in the area . You have breweries, gatherhall which are different restaurants in one building. Kind of like an element eatery. They also have pickleball, events and bands that perform on a weekly basis (depending on weather and season). There's so much here! Don't worry about parking. They have it in the back, in the front, the garage and street parking. It is not limited. There is something for everyone here and really like the landscape and views. Definitely a spot to check out and with visiting. A great addition to the Norwood area. read more

Absolutely love this place! Very new and such a cool concept. A large modern food court with such a variety of options and seating areas. I ordered a chicken shawarma from the Mediterranean restaurant and it was incredible! It came with fries and everything was reasonably priced. My friend got the loaded fries from an Indian restaurant and loved them. There is definitely something for everyone and such a cool area! Would highly recommend checking it out. read more

I haven't had a chance to explore this area and what is going to be available at this Norwood location. For any local people this looks like a place that's a cross between Elementary Eatery and summit park in Blue ash. Newly built apartments surround a large indoor outdoor area of a few businesses so far. This place has it going on! It's seriously an entire complex of awesome. It has everything you could ever want in terms of a space like this. Amazing food and drink vendors of all shapes a sizes like the famous Jeni's Ice Cream, I believe two breweries, Gabriela (an amazing Filipino spot you gotta try), a coffe shop, and more. There's also some cool local shops and a business dedicated to pickleball. There's even loads of parking, so on a busy day fret not! Fun fact - It used to be a playing card factory, hence the giant card structure outside. There's a few other cool works of art as well. Every time I've been the ground are pristine and the space is very well kept. If you're ever in the area, definitely pay it a visit. There's seriously something for everyone. read more

I could give this place all 10 stars. It is such a hidden gem I say so as it's a new development and is such an amazing one. So this is an entire block spread in many different buildings serving a food hall, coffee shops, ice cream place, breweries and much more. Along with a huge playground in the center. It has some thing for everyone. It's super contemporary and modern and instant fall in love kind of place. I can only imagine how this place will thrive this summer. So my experience here was we went in with kids. After some free play at the ground we went in to the food hall and tried a Korean and Filipina eateries both were great. The food hall has many options do go on their website to check out more. Weekends lines could be long as lots of people are newly exploring this place. The food hall does have sit down option. Later we grabbed coffee and the kids got the legendary Jenis ice cream. Next time I do intend on checking out their breweries. Lots of parking wrapped around the place. I definitely recommend this place. Can't rave enough about it. Go check it out for yourself. read more

Have had many great experiences at Factory 52! I've been visiting since original opening and it's been a blast to watch the spaces here grow and more businesses come in. It's great how they mixed in architecture from the old factory with new modern touches. I've visited Jenni's multiple times, Hi-Wire as well as Gatherall on numerous occasions and enjoyed tasty food from Decibel and LuciousQ. We love all the outdoor seating options and the green spaces available! The only downfall is the parking as the parking garage is very tight due to big support beams from the old factory. Met a few friends here for dinner. I came with my BFF so I at least had fun. If you haven't been to Factory I will start by saying it is worth the trip for something different. It is like going to a mall food court only, but with really good unique food options. The place is very clean great parking and the huge playing cards outside are very cool. So if you don't know bicycle playing cards were made here and it has been converted to a unique food court offering. I highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. read more
