I've never had a meal at the Chick-fil-A at the Kenwood Mall, but I was hungry and who can resist their waffle fries?? There was a short line, but it went quickly. I placed my standard order is the grilled chicken sandwich and small waffle fries. I always specify "no condiment bag" since I don't want to throw away/waste a bag or sauce packets. They just would end up in the landfill. Kudos for them on not putting in a condiment bag, BUT they still put in a sauce packet! Ugh! Thus, the one less star in my rating. But the waffle fries were still good, as well as the sandwich. read more

If I could rate this store a 0 I would, I did a pickup order the guy brought my food out, gave it to the car next to me, drink and all this lady next to me puts a straw in my drink he realizes he gave her my order, took the order back, she takes the straw out of MY drink, he walks over and brings it to me and I said are you really about to give me a drink she stuck a straw in? Mind you I'm 9 months pregnant, at this point the food should have been void the second it hit her car and mine made fresh AGAIN. he proceeds to tell me "well she didn't drink out of it" I'm so glad your customer service is TOP tier. read more

I was absolutely determined to get Chick-fil-A tonight because it's a comfort food and I was STRESSED this week. If I had not been determined, I would have given up because finding the curbside for pickup is the absolute worst for this location. I didn't realize it is in the mall. I drove around for 15 minutes after arriving at the mall trying to figure it out. You have to go all the way around and the curbside is on the first floor of a garage in the back of the mall I only found it because I saw the Chick-fil-A van! Other than that, food is always amazing and staff are absolutely phenomenal. And they deliver the food on a cute bike! I'd recommend signage to help route people to the right place. read more

The service is always great once you order/get serviced. Their food is fresh and typically comes out promptly. If you have never been, I always recommend the standard #1 but make sure to add on a cookie because they are to die for! Used their cub side pickup outside of the mall during the Covid-19. It was simple and quick. They carried it right out to our car.

Stopped in for a quick bite after the kids sports tonight. The drive thru line was JAMMED to the point it made it difficult to even get in. Once inside...chaos. People everywhere. Some eating at their tables, some waiting for orders, and no shortage of workers. To no fault of the establishment, there was a woman eating at one of the tables with blood soaked gauze on her face. She came in after we ordered & got our food, but I can't imagine that it would be ok for her to be touching any of the common items such as napkins, condiments, straws, etc. Seemed like a definite health code violation that the workers should've escalated to the manager. Ordered the food & it came right away. Grabbed a table next to the Chic Fil A training squad and soon realized that was a mistake--loud & obnoxious. High fiving & doing slapping hand games around other patrons eating. Food was "ok." I don't see what all the hype for this chain is. It's forgettable in that it's not memorable. With every option in Mason, this falls at the bottom of the list. read more

Since I am from Georgia, I have been a long time fan of Chickfil-A. There are many items to choose from the menu. My favorites is the orginal Chickfil-A sandwich, nuggets, Chargrilled sandwich and Waffle fries. Everything is made fresh made to order (even the lemonades are hand squeezed) and chicken is not processed. The staff is very kind and quick. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with this Chickfil-A (located at the Kenwood Mall.) or any other locations. If you are watching your weight, there is a health section which is still good. I just love this place! read more

I utilized their makeshift curbside / drive-thru / pickup this past weekend to get food for my family. It was extremely efficient. I ordered food for the whole family. I didn't have time to check the order as I would normally do, using a drive-thru, so I was hoping everything would be ok. Making a Yelp profile just to compliment the staff at this location. Extremely friendly and kind. A female waitstaff member ran 50 yards to catch up with a patron who forgot their drink. At the same time, another staff member was down at eye level with a little girl listening to her talk about her favorite CFA milkshake flavor. So wholesome. Entire experience was excellent. There is always a line and a wait here, and it isn't quite the same friendly service/atmosphere that you find at other locations, but it is probably because it is at the food court. First, let me start off by saying I am a big Chick-fil-A fan, however this particular restaurant left me disappointed. We stopped in for lunch on a Monday. I ordered the 8 piece nugget meal with fries and a drink, my boyfriend ordered the grilled chick-fil-a club no lettuce or tomato (which was noted on the ticket on the box) with fries and sweet tea. My nuggets tasted old and like they had been re-warmed, my boyfriends sandwich had lettuce and tomato even though the box read differently. He also said the chicken was rubbery and chewy. So unfortunately, this experience was not the best. The service was on the slow side and seemed to be a little erratic with helping a lot of customers at lunch. I can't say I am in the mall often enough to say that I would stop in here again. read more

I ordered a cookies and cream shake and it came without whipped cream or a cherry. The Feelings This is a tale of empty promises and broken hearts. Imagine the excitement you feel when you sit down to eat your 8 piece nugget... only to discover that honey is apparently more valuable than the gold in the Rogers Jewelers across the pavilion. Once you finally fight the apathetic troll (I think they're referred to as "teenage employees") to get more honey, you sit down to enjoy your delicious shake... ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT TWO CRITICAL INGREDIENTS ARE MISSING: whipped cream and the cherry on top! Now, I'm not a fan of cherries (I think they're an unnecessary use of farm land that could be better spent on strawberries, God's gift to the green Earth) but my girlfriend looooooves cherries. And, in the words of Shakespeare, thou know no wrath like a basic bitch deprived of a milkshake cherry. Chic filet is hit and miss and this one is no different. I got the basic chicken sandwich can be quite good, but if they sit they can be rather nasty. Mine was tasty, but the service was a bit off. Both checkout were in training and it was a bit slow to get one little sandwich. This is in the Kenwood mall food court and I am personally a little iffy about food courts in general. I visited this store when I was visiting from Knoxville. The line was huge but moved quickly. When I got to the register the cashier apologized for the wait and gave me a free order of spicy chicken nuggets which was the first time I had them. They were amazing (of course). Overall, the store was extremely well run and the workers seemed happy to be there. The manager came out to greet some people which was nice to see and he personally gave samples of the new spicy chicken nuggets which seemed to be a big hit. It is always nice to see a brand that people enjoy interacting with. Keep up the great service and even better food. I will definitely be back. read more

One of my favorite cheap lunches is the fried chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A in the mall in Kenwood. The bus in always fresh, the chicken is always fresh fried, juicy on the inside just a little crisp on the outside. I get mine with lettuce and tomato to try to fool myself a little that I am having a healthy lunch, but if I want to eat healthier for real every now and then, I am glad they have salads and broiled chicken and other stuff that is better for me If I am a little hungrier than usual, I like that I can add on a bowl of fresh cut fruit The waffles fries are terrific too, but I don't usually get these unless I am there with someone and then I split an order. read more

Outstanding food. Best fast food chicken available. The spicy chicken sandwich is usually my go to and it is always cooked perfect fresh and hot. The fries are great as well not too many places have the waffle cut so it's a nice bonus. The variety of sauces are a perfect compliment to the chicken, but not necessary. The location is clean and service is always fast no matter what time of day or how busy they are. One negative is they are closed on Sundays but I can respect the day off for the employees. read more

I was a customer at the Kenwood Mall restaurant 8/19/2016. I was in line with my granddaughter in a stroller and my daughter with twins in a double stroller. After we ordered my daughter took her stroller and moved to the side. I was waiting as the cashier filled our drinks. The cashier next to him told me very rudely to move over and there was very little room to move. Obviously the fact I had a stroller meant I was taking up too much of their space.Sorry your desire to move people more quickly results in being rude to women with children. The food is excellent and served promptly--I've yet to have them get my order wrong even though I have a complicated requests. I love Chick-Fil-A's food and social philosophy.....they serve up the best chicken around period.......they have the best iced tea.....great waffle fries.....and juicy chicken sandwiches. The only issue I have with them, and this only applies to their "mall" locations, is that their customer service sucks. I don't mean their attitude or soft skills, I'm talking about the order delivery. The mall locations always, and I mean always, make a mess out of taking orders and getting the food out to people. It's very confusing to figure out which register is open....confused patrons often line up all over the place or in one big huge line because they just can't make sense of it all. Then, the cash registers and promotional junk all over the counter make it extremely hard to get your food......instead of being Ike other fast food places and having enough counter space to place your order on when it's ready. BUT, like I said, this place is great and I suspect that I'll have to keep putting up with the point-of-sale chaos to get their delicious food. read more
