TL;DR: affordable donuts, especially for party/group treats. Parking: small shared lot with enough throughput. Atmosphere: typical coffee shop / cake counter feel. Most orders are to go. Service: friendly staff. Order and pay at the counter. Great place to stop by to satisfy a sweet tooth. Donut dough is slightly on the dry side in my opinion but I'll have to come another day to investigate other flavors. They seem to always sell out before "closing time" so best to go early.

The donuts are amazing. "You have try my Apple Fritter" she says. And YES they good! Clean store and super friendly. We see multiple families with kids coming in. Great selection of kid donuts. Fresh donuts at $22 a dozen is worth it for the added service. Tell them it's your first time and you might get a couple free donut holes! I did.

Hidden Gem Donut Shop with Great Service Very underrated donut shop and Definitely worth going. The blueberry glazed donut is a must-try. Not only was the flavor spot on, but the donut itself was the perfect size--not too big, thick, or heavy. The medium size makes every bite feel balanced, with just the right amount of glaze so it's sweet but never overwhelming. The chocolate chip and maple glazed donuts were also excellent. I was especially impressed by how accommodating they were. I needed a last-minute order of 40 donuts for the next day, and they immediately accepted it. On top of that, I requested an early pickup around 9:30 AM, and they handled it with no problem. Since they open as early as 5 AM, it made the whole process super convenient. And it's not just donuts, their spinach and cheese wrap is a hit. Pairing a warm wrap with a donut makes for a really satisfying combo. The only downside? I didn't get a chance to take a proper photo as everyone grabbed more than one donut right away! I had to quickly hide two in a box for myself, so the only picture I have is of those last two survivors. To me, that says it all. Overall, Factory Donuts delivers perfectly sized, delicious donuts, great savory options, and outstanding service. A hidden gem in Kirkland that deserves way more attention. Their display had a huge variety of donuts, muffins, sweet rolls and I will be definitely going back to try all of those.

I moved from a different state and one of the best donut shops that I've been to that is authentic and not just a bakery that sells donuts they even have something similar to kolaches. The man inside is very nice and he has a big selection and he's very nice to talk to and has good service and offers a lot of drinks and they often sell out of donuts quick so you have to go early

This review is based on a DoorDash delivery order. We did not go inside the establishment and cannot attest to the experience at the store. This is rated 4 stars based on not knowing anything about the physical location, service, or ambiance. Ordered a dozen donuts and then some! Got a variety of a dozen donuts, a few different kinds of donut holes and one large glazed donut. I have never seen sprinkle donut holes and I was so exited (sprinkles are my favorite!) All of the donuts were soft and fresh. Tasted great, no complaints! I would order from here again as I saw there's a few other donuts I'd like to try along with the bagel dog. Yum!

Luckily I had gotten in right before the rush, and I thought the donuts were worth the hype! $11 for half a dozen and $19 for a dozen mixed donuts. The donuts were soft and chewy-- the coconut one I got was better than I expected. A chewy crunchy yummy goodness! I can see why this is a fan favorite!

Doughnuts here are fluffy and very sweet - a contrast to Top Pot and Legendary. The experience of eating these reminded me of DD where you get a small treat while drinking coffee rather than a dense, chewy snack on its own, but with a name like Factory Donuts, I feel like I should've anticipated that, haha. We arrived just before 10 am (read as: quite late), and the selection was limited. Since it was our first time visiting, we ordered four doughnuts to split but we're up-sold to six with the deal of Buy 5, Get One Free. At $10.74 for six doughnuts, who could complain (insert shrug here). We did get drip coffee, and it was definitely not disgusting like mentioned in another review. It was however, dark roast - which I really appreciated because the doughnuts where kind of too sweet and kind of oily. Parking is plentiful, but get there early if you want a hearty selection. Also note that the store is narrow and although there's a bar with stools, this is not a place to sit and eat.

Since there was another donut shop in my neighborhood, I decided to check this one out as well. For one, there's more variety of things here like macaroons, sandwiches, croissant, etc. The price was clearly listed and everything was clearly label so that's a plus. I got: Buttermilk bar - big, crispy, good flavor Apple fritter - big, not as crunchy and didn't get any apple chunks Donut holes - standard, dense donut holes Crueler - very yummy, soft, light Macaroons - not the best but still pretty good I got all of this for $7, so it's definitely more reasonable in pricing than countryside donut. I wanted to try the pretzel crossaint but they already ran out so I will have to go back to check it out. The one feedback is that the cashier seemed to be rushing me so it didn't feel that welcoming.

I decided because I just relocated from Seattle I wanted to find another donut spot close to the one the resembles the one I was fond of in the city. driving to grab a bite to eat we saw this little spot off the road and took a peep inside, the aroma from entry was something that took me back to my childhood smelling the fresh yeast battered with dough and a mixture of pastry delicates that made my nostrils flare in interest. Approaching the counter we were greeted with a friendly hello from who seemed to be the owner, though he was on his phone it was a slow day so I didn't mind. The wide selection of pastries and donuts caused us to purchase a few different options; The Crumble, (one of my personal faves when done correctly) a Strawberry Fruity Pebbles cake, Peanut Butter and Jelly Donut, Chocolate Oreo icing cake, Chocolate Mochi, a Spinach and Cheese Pastry and the owner hooked us up with a free glaze donut! Huge shout out to him for allowing us to take our time with piecing what we desired. Though I was very satisfied with what we chose, I just wasn't able to get that same taste as my go to place back in the city, these donuts have a slight aftertaste dryness because of the size, though that's not a complaint just a remark of what my palate felt. Another reason I would have to knock it one Star is just due to the lack of what seems to be friendly restaurant energy, there's nothing that screams "invite your friends and family and sit and have a coffee and donut", there's a few boxes that I'd like to see placed in maybe a storage or hidden a little more so it's more welcoming on the consumers eye when entering this wonderfully smelt establishment The price is very reasonable for the amount you get on a variety selection and because of that I will be returning to see what they have on an earlier day! I highly recommend going and tasting for yourself!

Donuts are soft and very tasty. Brought some donuts into my work and all of my coworkers were raving about the donuts.

Rude service doesn't make it worth the trip. I will support other small, family owned donut shops as there are plenty to choose from.

Do they make Gluten free donuts?

I avoid gluten too but unfortunately I didn’t see any gluten-free offerings. It’s a pretty small business so I doubt they’d have room for a dedicated space. I’ll be sure to post again if I ever see them there!

We got the lemon poppyseed cake and it was the biggest slice of cake I've ever seen (photos don't do it justice, it was bigger than our heads!) - it was a bit too sweet for my liking but the savory dishes were really delicious. I would love to try other items on their menu. We got seated at the outside bar table. Our servers were sweet and friendly. Parking lot in front with limited spots. Come early because it gets busy!

Had a total party size of two. We even added our names, but when we got led to our seats, we were put at the barstools. There were plenty of other parties of two that arrived after us that got tables plus there were some empty tables for two that we saw as well. So we requested a table instead of the bar area, but the server told us the manager didn't want us sitting there. Didn't make much sense when there were empty tables. Maybe they had some reasoning or structure for weekend crowds they they had to follow, not sure, but we had to stay seated at the bar area. We ordered a Margherita pizza to split as well as a slice of carrot cake as I've heard a lot of good things about these items. The pizza had really fresh ingredients and the sauce and tomatoes were tasty, however the dough was incredibly salty and made it difficult to eat. This was my first time at Deru Market, but I assume it isn't always this salty and could have been a one-time thing. The slice of carrot cake was pretty expensive (around $14) but it's huge and good to split amongst 2-3 people. I liked the generous serving of nuts and shredded carrot inside. Cream cheese frosting was still a bit too sweet for me (think I prefer Deep Sea Sugar and Salt's to this) and I had to remove most of it, but the cake was overall pretty good though a little on the dry side. I get why this place is popular, but I don't think I had the best first time experience here. With the high number of positive reviews though, maybe they were just having a bad day since it was a Saturday and pretty crowded, so I'm hoping to come back again in the future, during like a seasonal special if they have any.

Amongst the sweets, the Polish Wawel Mieszanka Krakowska chocolate covered jelly candy is a welcome treat. I enjoy wafer treats, so the Roshen wafers from Ukranine is my choice. I haven't had much luck with their produce; I skip them. (FYI: The business uses the Yelp photos to post the latest produce that has arrived, which is perfectly legitimate. But because they don't delete the previous photos, the Yelp photos suggest they may have a bigger produce section than they actually have at a given time. I was confused the first time I stepped in.) The shop is located in a strip mall with plentiful parking. The space is older, which I honestly don't care as long as it is clean. I don't require much service since I only need to pay and go. For me, this store doesn't serve the deli or the produce function in its name. But I do enjoy exploring their different items and choosing something new-to-me to try. That is good enough.
