Good brioche donut spot in Issaquah, WA. The flavors rotate every 2 weeks and they have a good selection of donut flavors, with fillings ranging from whipped cream to mascarpone cream, cream cheese, and pastry cream fillings. The owner is super friendly and always offers samples, such as her chocolate chip cookie, which is really good! This is a good alternative to The Flour Box as the lines here are not as long. I think the donuts here are a little more dense and not as airy, but they still have good flavor and quality!! Really liked the Cereal milk donut, whipped Ube, Black Sesame, Savory Everything, Tiramisu. Didn't like the Dubai Chocolate one as much, the price was much higher than the other flavors, the Kadayif pastry was only on the top as a topping, and the pistachio flavor didn't stand out as strongly as I had hoped. I've tried a couple drinks and my favorite is the hot Black Sesame Latte. The Purple Sweet Potato Latte was good too, but I thought it tasted more milky and I couldn't taste the sweet potato flavor very strongly. Overall, this has become a spot that I will occasionally come back to, and especially when I see a flavor rotation that stands out!

We went yesterday morning and were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. We ordered the sugar donut with no filling, and it was delicious! We also enjoyed the matcha latte. Prices were reasonable, and the service was genuinely friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

Hands down my favorite brioche donut place! The workers are always so nice and the donuts are always fresh! If you follow their social media they will let you know when donuts are sold out which I typically keep track of! :)

Good Lazy brioche donuts are such a delightful treat. You can tell these are handmade with love. The Ube was my fave. Strawberries and cream and Everything donuts were also exceptional. Love that they have savory options! I am not typically a fan of creme filled donuts but the flavor creativity and artisanship that goes into these keeps me coming back and I'm such a sucker for sweet owners that pour their hearts and soul into a community-centered business.

5 star - Presentation, Clean, Service, Taste, Value Located in a town center with easy parking. We arrived about an hour after opening (9am on a Sunday) and there was no line--only two people ahead of us. The donuts were very fresh and generously filled, with rotating flavors. We ordered one of each: Honeycomb, Vanilla Bean, Azuki Mascarpone, Pandan Coconut, Butter Pecan, and Strawberry Crunch. Our favorites were the Pandan Coconut and Butter Pecan. The only one we didn't enjoy was the Strawberry Crunch--it was overly sweet and had a slightly synthetic taste. Overall, we prefer this spot over FlourBox (long lines and always sell-outs) and General Porpoise (not fresh and less filled).

Really good brioche donuts on the Eastside! We got 4 out of the 6 different flavors and all of them were delicious. The dough was light and fluffy and the flavors were well-balanced and interesting. My personal favorite was the cappuccino because the cream filling was light and had a strong coffee flavor, but all 4 flavors were excellent. The flavors change every 2 weeks so we might be back pretty soon to try some new ones! We also got a black sesame latte which was delicious and had a strong sesame flavor. There's some street parking directly in front of the store but there are also some parking lots nearby. There's not any seating inside so grab your donuts and enjoy them elsewhere.

No seating in here unfortunately. But also no line when I came on a Saturday morning! Donuts this week ranged from $5.25-5.75. Check their Instagram for current flavors. I think the filling for the donuts were quite delicious and there was a good amount of filling. Mango sticky rice had real chunks of mango. The dough wasn't as light and airy as other brioche donuts I've had, which is usually my favorite part about a brioche donut. The barista initially poured too much milk in my cup so the matcha being poured at the end overflowed and my cup was wet. This probably contributed to my drink mainly tasting like oat milk. Minimal earl grey flavor. It's clean and bright inside. Good to give this place a try if you're in the area! I just don't see myself craving it.

The service is quick with cute ambience. You won't have a space to dine or seat here but you can also grab and walk around. There are public seats nearby. However it's best for takeout. One of few places that sells Japanese style Brioche Donuts. Personally I liked it. I have had better than here but given how rare it's to find and it tastes pretty good - It's still a 5 for me.

I finally had the chance to try their donuts at the store front. I had them a long time ago when they were still doing pop ups. Looks like the hype died down as there was no line. The place is small, just big enough for maybe 7-8 people at a time. Since I don't come here often, I decided to splurge a little and got a little of everything: Black sesame, cereal milk, strawberry lemon donuts 4/5: these were good donuts. The flavor was there, the donut was firm and held it's shape even after 6+ hours. Black sesame and cranberry oatmeal 3.5/5 : the cranberry oatmeal was definitely better than the black sesame. . It has a slight crunch at the edge and chewy middle. Gochuan cheese scone 4.5/5 : love the flavor profile of this one. I wish the outside has more of a crisp but it was all just soft and one note. Overall, Im happy they finally have a store and it was good trying their baked goods.

Over the summer there were long wait times, close to 40 mins. They weren't running things efficiently to keep the line moving. The space is very small so we were waiting in a line outside most of the time. Matcha was super yummy, donuts were also tasty. I'd go again if the line was shorter. Edit: plan to visit again this weekend, will update soon! :3

Do I even need to explain how good these are? The photos speak for themselves. This place is always busy, and that alone should tell you how yum everything is. The donuts are soft yet chewy, and the shop itself is super clean with friendly staff. The lattes all sound incredible too and I've got my eye on the sesame latte for next time. Definitely worth a visit!

Good Lazy Donut is such a delightful treat! Donuts were soft, fluffy, and perfectly sweet without being heavy. Every bite feels freshly made, and the creative flavors make it easy to find a new favorite each visit. It's the kind of donut shop that instantly brightens your day with simple, delicious comfort!

the service was quick and place wasn't crowded and super clean! i ordered the mango cream donut and it was so light and flavorful. i also got the red bean latte and was disappointed that there was no coffee in it but was still an overall refreshing drink with a strong red bean flavor.

I arrived before another customer, but because I was still deciding which doughnuts to get, I invited her to go ahead of me. As a result, I witnessed her entire interaction with the staff. Before ordering, the customer presented a coupon and specifically asked whether it was valid. The employee took the coupon to the back to confirm, then returned and told her that it was. The customer then asked several clarifying questions about how the offer worked, including whether the doughnuts were preselected, whether she could choose the doughnuts in the second dozen, and whether certain selections required an additional charge. The employee went to the back a second time to clarify. After she returned, another employee also came over and confirmed that the doughnuts in the second box were not preselected and that the customer could choose which ones she wanted. She was told the first dozen would be glazed and she could select the second dozen, with an upcharge for certain varieties. At this point, the customer had not assumed anything. She had presented the coupon before ordering, asked multiple questions, and had the offer confirmed by two Krispy Kreme employees. Based on those instructions, she then spent approximately 10 to 15 minutes selecting the individual doughnuts for her second dozen. Only when she reached the register did a manager, Jose, become involved. He reviewed the same coupon and told her it was not valid for the order she had just assembled and that it was only valid for the specific assortment pictured. The customer calmly explained that she had asked about the coupon before ordering and had repeatedly confirmed what she was allowed to select. She reasonably asked whether an exception could be made because she had simply followed the instructions given to her by Krispy Kreme employees. Jose refused, saying the company was "very strict" about its coupons. I completely understand that mistakes happen. Jose explained that one of the employees was only on her second day. But this was no longer simply a new employee misunderstanding a coupon. A second employee had also stepped into the conversation and confirmed how the coupon could be used. More importantly, this is exactly the situation in which a manager should take responsibility for the store's mistake, honor what the customer had been told, and then correct the misunderstanding with the employees afterward. Instead, the customer was expected to bear the consequences of Krispy Kreme's error. By this point, approximately six customers were standing in line watching the exchange. I eventually spoke up because I had witnessed the entire interaction. The customer was not rude, demanding, aggressive, or trying to take advantage of the promotion. She had gone out of her way to make sure she understood the terms before ordering. This wasn't a difficult customer trying to bend the rules. This was a customer who did exactly what she was supposed to do: ask first, clarify the details, receive confirmation from two employees, and follow their instructions. I worked as a waitress for 10 years, so I understand that there are often two sides to a customer service issue. That is also why this bothered me so much. Good customer service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how you handle them when they happen. A competent manager could have resolved this quickly by apologizing, honoring what his employees had already confirmed, and addressing the policy internally afterward. Instead, Jose chose to make the customer absorb the inconvenience and frustration caused by his staff's mistake while an entire line of customers watched. If this location has surveillance footage, I strongly encourage Krispy Kreme management to review it. You will see exactly what happened and how calmly and reasonably the customer handled the situation. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed that I walked out rather than buy the Pokémon doughnuts I had specifically come in to purchase. I regularly make large Krispy Kreme purchases for my children's school and for work, but after watching how this customer was treated, I have no desire to continue giving my business to a company that considers this acceptable customer service. Mistakes happen. Refusing to take responsibility for them is a management decision. In this case, that decision reflected extremely poorly on both Jose and Krispy Kreme.

I love this pastry because of the buttery salty caramelization of the pastry dough as it cooks in the solid metal pan with the proper heat. Having it mixed into the dough was a solid 4/5 stars. My personal preference would be to have it as a filling so you can taste more of the caramelization on the dough and not coupled with the black sesame. I was definitely missing that aspect.
