BARBER Honestly, it does take awhile to find your "go-to" barber, had to trial and error a few places once I moved to Concord (used to reside around Union City to San Jose Area and Vallejo). Jaydakris has a fine eye to detail, and always makes sure that you leave looking nice and fresh! Additionally, he would also give his opinions and suggestions for your cuts just in case you want to change it up, if you decide to go with it, he will not disappoint! CUSTOMER SERVICE There are some barbershops I have been to where you sit down, and no one else greets or asks if you have an appointment. When I come here, I did get acknowledged that I was here for a hair cut, so I do give points for that! BARBERSHOP Location is in the corner of a plaza within Concord, can't miss it, lots of parking. The store it self is well kept, has hanging art work and posters. The color scheme is Red and Black. If you're looking for a cut, try Breds barbershop out, Jaydakris is amazing! When he heard what happened, he informed me that he would do his best to get back to me within 40 minutes. Shortly after, he called back to let us know they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment (which we are grateful for!) Alex was so kind and patient with my 5 year old. Throughout the process, she took her time and gave him tiny breaks when needed while also making sure I liked how it was turning out. She was able to keep the hair that he had left, so he's not bald. The end result exceeded my expectations & my son is happy with his new haircut. We have a barber that we usually go to but would definitely come back in the future due to the friendly, efficient staff. Thank you all!

Every time I've gone here I've asked for a light trim or to get my hair out of my eyes, and they have never listened to what I wanted, always cutting it far shorter than what I asked for. I'm going to be wearing a beanie for the next couple of weeks until my hair grows back because I truly hate the way that I look right now.

We brought a paper with several photos of how my son wanted his hair for Max to use as a guide. I made sure to use photos of people with his same hair length and texture as my sons so the results would be attainable. The haircut came out much shorter than the pictures we brought. It Looked much different. I personally loved how it came out better than how my son wanted it. I was nervous as we left thinking my son hated it. My son was a bit disappointed because he wanted the hair longer in the back. It took him a few days but he ended up being very happy with his haircut and said it was the best style he's ever had! It was much less maintenance than how it would have been if it were like the style in our photo we brought. My sons self esteem improved each day he had time to adjust to the haircut. A week after his haircut....i saw him checking himself out in mirrors every time he passed one. he was very happy with Max's work. It was a pricey cut but the shop was very nice and clean and Max was very professional and welcoming. Worth every penny. Although it wasn't what we asked for it was definitely better when it came to ease of styling and matched my sons head shape and hair pattern. Max knew better than we did! i tipped him 50% of the cost of the cut and would highly recommend him to all.

Very nice, clean, and large barbershop 9 barbers, all the barbers are verify talented doesn't matter which one you go to, they accept walk-ins. While I waited I had fast wifi or my phone, movies, live TV playing on 65" TVs. It was super hot outside at the time and the was nice and cool as I waited as well. I went in to get blessed with a cut, my barber, Antonio, recently got hired there. Let me just tell you this, I went in there looking like I make no money and get no girls and came out looking like I was the CEO of Amazon and had all the girls you could ask for.
