The appointment was for a LOF, tire rotation and washer repair. Brett e-mailed us photos of the air filter and cabin filter. Both clearly showed that they needed replaced and we approved this. What a terrific idea...we had never had pics sent to us while our vehicle was being worked on. Brilliant! The local auto conglomerate had told us a few months back that our rear brakes were 2/32 and needed immediate replacement. While rotating our tires today, Fadely's notes that the rear brake pads (both sides, inner and outer) in fact measure 7/32. Wow! One guess what we think of that other shop (dealership) now. The cherry on top of the sundae was our bill was about $25 less than quoted. What an awesome experience we had with Brett Fadely! Quality work, an honest price, even a thorough explanation when picking up our vehicle. A-plus!

I've been a long time customer since 2019 and have never been disappointed. They replaced my brakes, and when they wore out abnormally early, they replaced them free of charge. The owner always recognizes me, asks me how I've been, and it feels good knowing I'm more than just a number. Most recently they squeezed me in during their busy schedule as my tire valve cores broke and I needed them replaced ASAP and I'm extremely grateful. This place wanted 150-180 $ an hour. Could be less I'm not quoting off my receipt.... I went in for new tie rods upper and lower,alignment, and the possibility of a transmission fluid change --KSP sells a kit for 219$ upper+lower 3x as thick for lifted trucks-- I was quoted (could be less or more,not going directly off the receipt) 200 for outer tie rod per side 150 per inner tie rod 700$ +labor and the thought of the rest without full labor charge. 1800$....... That much for a tie rod replacement??? I could get a cheaper deal at the Chevy dealership and get free coffee and better Warranty on work I got the cheap option which was the alignment Not that bad at around 150$ even tho I've had one done for 80$ in Philly....... I'm not a bad customer and I'm not one to complain like this but I have never heard such company bs like this , I mean come on it's a simple job that the mechanic I like in town would have done for less than a 10000$ at --CR Smith radiator and auto repair--, real older style mechanic that isn't here to sell a kidney just to get you back on the road I ordered all the parts to do everything myself and the total was 350$, no bs no company modo on crap, going to find a different alignment shop and never return to this place. They researched the problem and discovered that my F-150 was under a Factory Recall requiring the Catalytic Converter computer program to be reprogrammed. I'm the second owner, thus I never received the recall notice. Beshore-Kohler Ford took care of it at no cost to me. This is why I have trusted Flickinger's Auto Service with our vehicles.
