I love that this is locally owned. The vibe inside is contemporary barbershop, safe talk for kids, each stylist focused on their own person. We live about 20 minutes away but it's worth the drive. Just a bad representation of a business, to start accosting someone outside their work when there's no customers to accommodate. The quality of the place is questionable, considering the person I spoke to enjoyed saying "fuck you" and "get the fuck out of here", to me within 30 seconds of talking(I was trying to be nice as this person started accosting me about disrespect for some perceived slight), if there's an issue with parking, as is common in urban environments, the solution is to call a tow truck, which wouldn't of gotten there in time, but from the reaction of the man who got unreasonably upset of me leaving and coming back within about a minute and a half(no joke, it was that short of time, he was still standing there at his door when I got back after I walked away), 911 in his case considering how desperately he needs the 2 empty spaces for his shop. Mind you, the entire time, while the owner was accosting me was longer than the time I left and came back, nobody showed up to partake in their haircuts, nobody used the other space that was fully available, and nobody would put that much degree of care into how empty parking spaces are used, besides the man who gets no business despite having "paid for" them. I think he was just upset his parking spaces he leases from the city are used more for the businesses around him than his own, and as a barber he's forced to watch it happen constantly as those around his grow while he's in the red. Enjoy the 1 star, you earned it for the unnecessary and unreasonable experience I had to endure at your place of business.

The place is fairly low key, no bells and whistles as it should be with Sports Center on or something similar. Just what you think a barbershop should be. I would say I hit the jackpot finding these guys. If your in need of a new barber or want to change it up a bit go by. They take walk-in's in the morning first thing and then its by appointment. I decided to give this place a second chance after receiving a bad haircut on my first visit…read morebecause everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, my second experience was even worse. I asked for a simple low taper and showed exactly what I wanted. Instead, the barber cut the fade much higher than requested and continued taking off more hair despite my instructions. The haircut looks nothing like the reference I provided. There was little to no blending, and the back of my neck looks like a chunk of hair was simply removed rather than properly faded. I also specifically asked to keep my beard higher on my face, but instead it was trimmed much lower into what looks like a chin strap. It was the opposite of what I requested. Everyone was polite, but friendliness doesn't make up for ignoring a customer's instructions. If you're looking for anything beyond a basic clipper cut with guards, I would recommend going somewhere else. I'm now stuck waiting several weeks for my hair to grow back before another barber can fix it.
