I thought this was place was pretty good for a Fairfield. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amount of options for breakfast and the view from the pool is pretty breathtaking with the mountains in the backdrop. Gym is open 24 hours which is a plus, plenty of on site parking. Pool has limited hours. For breakfast there was egg, bacon or sausage (not both), cereal, yogurt, fruits and oatmeal with a dozen topping options. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice and helpful staff. The A/C works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend and return if passing through! :)

Will definitely stay again at this hotel and location, highly recommend. Awesome value for the money. Nice, clean comfortable room. Check in and out very quick. Friendly professional customer service. Excellent free breakfast with many choices. Easy to park and get to room. Slept soundly. Comfortable bed and nice restroom as well.

Friendly and helpful service from the front dest to the room staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy with no hassles, It's the perfect place to rest your head overnight. No strange bugs or funky smells, or staff trying to get into your room without knocking. Everything worked (tv, hot water, etc.) and the room came fully stocked (tissue, toilet paper, clean towels, etc.) No frills but no surprises. A solid stay.

My husband and I took my grandpa to Indio to casino hop. We needed just a simple, clean hotel with great amenities. Fairfield by Marriott was the perfect choice. We loved the pool, and the room was spacious for 3 people. The decor is modern and trendy. We appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

But the overall stay felt like something was lacking. When I asked to check out and a print out, they weren't able to. For late check out they charge per hour. Even as a Hilton Honors member. Felt like i was put on the back burner for sure. 4/5 Room Room size is spacious with a king bed. And pull out couch. However there was no remote for the TV, weird. The mattress felt a bit old and worn out. 3/5 Breakfast Food options were mediocre at best. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels and fruit. I've stayed in hotels and the weekday menu has slightly less options compared to the weekend but this just felt like less overall. 5/5 Parking Lots of spots around the property. They even have a few plug in spots for those electric cars. Overall a newer hotel, with options to eat out nearby. 3.5 to 4 on the stay. Psalm 88:1, God bless

This time around, there was a bit of confusion with our room booked, through Booking (not the actual hotel), and Rene, Denise, and Jay were all extremely helpful in getting us the room we needed. I came last year in June and September, when renovations were happening, and now that they are done, the hotel looks great. I always enjoy their full breakfasts, in the morning, and a coffee/tea station that is always available. The past few times, I have visited, now include different tacos each morning, and many breakfast items to choose from. They also have Social Hour on Wednesdays, which is a nice touch. Social Hour seems to be more regulated than a few times before when people, who were not guests, were coming in causing a major disruption, both in the kitchen area and pool. One area that should be highly considered is the overall cleanliness of the room, especially with these new renovations. My bed spread/top blanket was not clean. It smelled musty and dirty as if it's not being washed between guests. I pulled this off and never used it during my stay. The thermostat was also very dirty with dirt and whatever else. I always bring sanitizing wipes to clean down surfaces and they came in handy. In addition, I always use the kitchen area to make something or use the dishes. On many occasions, including this visit, every dish, glass, or utensil I pulled out had crumbs, dry food, or smudges on them. There is no soap or sponge in the kitchenette, so I do bring my own, but these should be fully cleaned and sanitized before each guests arrival. Upon leaving, I did a full dishwasher wash of every utensil, glass, and plates/bowls in the cabinet. My stay here is usually quiet, safe, relaxing and comfortable, and overall, this is a great place to stay.

I had to book a night ( wish we coulda stay longer than one night) but I booked our stay just so I can check it out for myself, this August 2026 I can finally cross this off my bookmarks & this JW will be on my list to visit again in the future. It was a dream come true from watching all the reels and being here in live in real life! This place is simply amazing! Prior to checking in we rode the boat around the lake, such a fun 15 minute boat ride on the property, then we checked in. If you are a fan of "Saved By The Bell", Jesse father's wedding was filmed here. I called & made reservations for the boat ride, $10. per person on weekends & $ 5. on weekdays. Happy there is a Marriott Elite check in counter which I utilized and wait wasn't too long, staff (she just started 3 months, sorry for not getting your name) who checked me in was so nice, she was helpful with giving us all the room & check in info. We also got bellman to assist with luggage, he was so awesome, also shared some tips with us. I booked the Griffith suite, which is a one bedroom suite. I was hoping for an upgrade with my elite status and so sad- I can't do the late check out which was offered since we got a tight schedule. I wasn't amazed by our room but more amazed with the atmosphere and just happy that we are here, our balcony view were palm trees which was a great photo opt. There is a daily resort fee of $45. + tax, which includes: daily fitness classes for 2 guests, daily golf range access + range balls for 2 guests, daily miniature golf for up to 4 guests, daily 2-hour bike rental for 2 guests, daily 1- hour tennis court + racquet rental for 2 guests, daily 1-hour pickleball court equipment for 2 guests, daily fish feeding activity, enhanced high-speed wifi. Parking/valet charges are separate. The daily resort fee was worth it for all the activities, but visiting Palm Springs in August, which I don't recommend, the temperature was in the 3 digits. We did ride the bike for 20 mins and enjoyed the pool for a bit during our stay. It was too hot to explore the premises. All in all, I Loved our super short stay, I got our photos in, it was truly a memorable stay and that lobby was so breathtaking. I am grateful & thankful everyday for my life! Totally recommend when visiting Palm Springs .

So what differentiates this from other Palm Springs area resorts? The service, by far. The property is phenomenal and the upkeep and maintenance is good, on par with other places. For example, at the pool, we found straws from the previous guest, etc. not a deal breaker, but something to observe. But everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed like they wanted us to have a good time. If it was fake, it was very good acting. From the valet to check in, amazing! Javier checked us in. 7 out of 5. Stress free. The pool area, 8 out of 5. Off the charts. Attention management: I stay at a lot of hotels and resorts. And though I'm sometimes overly generous with my ratings, I can honestly say Dru is the best server I've had, ever. She should run the joint! I wish I could give her a raise. Evan was pretty bad ass too and should be commended! Will I be back? 100 percent. Amazing property, rooms are great, staff is awesome. Food is good, but avoid the breakfast buffet at Rockwood. $40 for powdered eggs is no bueno! Other than that, you'll love it here!

I stayed at WorldMark Indio for the Coachella weekend and, while the property and the resort are…read morebeautiful, there are a lot of minor things that really just became an annoyance to me during my stay. Because it was the weekend of the Coachella music festival, the entire resort was full and it was extremely busy. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Since it is a WorldMark location, we were offered the timeshare presentation (marketed as a "tour of the property"); we politely declined and they never bothered us again about it. The following items really annoyed me and I am not sure whether this is the norm or if it was because it was busy and the resort was full. - The resort DOES NOT provide additional towels. You can only replace dirty towels by calling housekeeping and trading your dirty towels for new ones. I have never seen a resort/hotel do this and did not like this practice. Just really annoying. - The resort does not offer housekeeping, even though we stayed for 4 nights! Our room was never cleaned as a result and we had to take the trash out ourselves. I even tried leaving the trash outside my door so that housekeeping can just grab it, but I found that it was just left there all day. Some other cons... - The AC does not work in the bedrooms. It is strong in the living rooms, but there is no air in the bedrooms for some reason. Being in the desert, it was sooo hot getting up to the high 90s outside. AC is necessary! - The food in the market/cafe is pretty mid... With WorldMark Indio being a large well-known resort in the area, I would expect the cafe food to be better. Pro though - I like that they have a market/cafe; definitely helpful to get a quick lunch in before heading to Coachella. - The security becomes very aggressive if you do not have their resort wristbands on. I accidentally left mine in the room on the first day and was almost not let back onto the property even though I could tell them my full name with ID... The best and really the only PRO I can tell you about is that there are shuttles here that take you to the festival! It is run by a private company called LF Festivals. It is very convenient and costs $145 per person. It is expensive but it was convenient and made it so that we had one less thing to think about. One thing they could work on though is the wait times. I waited over an hour sometimes to get onto a shuttle since the line was so long. Sometimes though there was no wait and I got onto a van immediately. Okay, I know I have a lot of negatives to say but it's a solid place to stay. I guess I just had high expectations because of the high price. Overall, nearly every staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful and the front desk is quick to answer the phone when you need assistance with something. The room was clean and there is a microwave, fridge, freezer, and stove. Very convenient.
