This Fairfield is poorly maintained. I stayed in room 333 and the phone didn't work, the towel hook is upside down and falling off the wall, the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like a lawnmower, and there is mold and peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom. Definitely not one of the nicer Marriott properties I've stayed at. read more

Used self check in on the app so avoided the front desk. Surprised there was only a single elevator for a 3 story hotel, most times I waited for it when it finally arrived it has staff in it or was packed with people. Room was clean & tidy with comfortable bed. Water was reversed in the sink so cold was actually hot, etc. Plenty of parking, could be a bit more lighting for safety. Breakfast was plentiful and hot items were actually hot which was nice. However 3 days with no coffee is unacceptable. I heard their industrial machine was broken, not sure why they could not get the residence Inn across the street to fill their thermoses up instead of offering more in room coffee. read more

I love staying here at the Fairfield. It's proximity to everything I need and I feel well taken care of. The hotel has great highway access and very kind staff. I feel comfortable here and really do appreciate all the amenities. If you are having doubts about staying here while visiting don't. It's a solid spot with good amenities including a pool and gym. The Sheraton next door was fully booked so stayed here instead. They have cozy room, free unlimited bottled water 24 hours which is available at the lobby. Fantastic! Free WiFi. Free breakfast. Free baked cookies in the evening and 24 hours coffee available at the lobby. Speaking off, the lobby was nice. Lots of places to sit and chat or wait for your Uber or Lyft to arrive. Staff were fantastic and great customer service. All in all, pretty good place to stay in Rogers/Bentonville. Lots of places to eat nearby. Plenty of parking. read more

Not my favorite Fairfield by any means, and struggling to live up to its name. The location is clean enough, very welcoming staff. The exterior grounds are tired and do not have a very nice entry. Rooms need a bit of care - my deadbolt lock was broken, as was the towel hook in the bathroom. No lotion but did have liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower. Beds are far more firm than I like. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Would explore other hotels prior to a return here. read more

This is a skewed review in that the property is currently in renovation when I stayed here. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean enough (although my mattress although not worn out, was clearly having a mid life crisis). The property is oddly located at the end of a dead end that abuts right near I-49 so there was pretty much road noise in our room all night. The TV/cable was spotty and the entry into the hotel was thru a side door due to construction. All in all I'd contact the hotel first and see if the renovation was done before I'd come back. I think there are better places to stay in the immediate area. read more

If you are a Bonvoy member, there is a Residence Inn literally across the street and you should book there. I was not acknowledged as a Bonvoy Platinum member on arrival. I was placed on a ground floor, even though my Bonvoy profile clearly indicates highest floor as a preference. I hate hearing people walk above my room. I assumed maybe it was because I was getting a room upgrade as promised to Platinum Elite members. Nope! I was put in a regular room. I've never experienced this at a Fairfield. The complimentary breakfast is missing a juice machine like other Fairfield locations. The food was decent. It's an okay hotel....but don't stay here out of loyalty. It is not valued or recognized here. By the way - the hotel was really light in bookings, but I'm sure they will say an upgrade was not available due to volume. I counted cars in the parking lot during my evening walk. read more

I'm a Marriott Rewards member, so my room here cost basically nothing. That being said, I'm still not sure why people hate on places like this. I mean what do you expect from hotel that's there to offer the absolute basic of hotel needs. A large shower, stocked full with soaps and such, a large comfy bed, a desk to work at and surprisingly fast WiFi. They also offer a free breakfast from 6am - 9am; eggs, bacon, toast, fruit and the list goes on. This Rogers based Fairfield also offers an indoor pool and a gym facility that was pretty much a ghost town while I stayed here. Since I need to travel back to this part of the world two more times this year, I will most likely be staying here again. read more

It's advertised as a two-star hotel, and that's what you're getting. Clean and quiet. No frills. Bed was comfortable. Temperature was well regulated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average. Only downside was a very slow internet connection, so much so that Netflix didn't work on the television. The area is sterile and corporate. If you just need a place to sleep, this is fine. read more

I'm not a frequent Marriott lodger. I'm a Hilton Honors member. Just giving you some Background. All places were booked for the Global summit but we were able to get in here. The only nice thing I can say is I liked the pillows. The hot water didn't work so I missed a shower on the first day. My TV stopped working and even after they claimed they fixed it, the sound didn't work. Super frustrating. Breakfast was not very good. I don't think I will come back to this property. I normally stay at the Homewood Suites and it's great! read more

This hotel used to be one of the only Marriott hotels close to the Walmart corporate office. In recent years this area has expanded and developed but the Fairfield inn did not keep up with the rest of the towns updates. All other Marriott hotels were sold out so this was my only option which I now understand why. The hotel is extremely old and needs major updating. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the comforter is thin. So if you tend to get cold I'd pack socks and a sweatshirt to sleep in. Despite being supper out dated and worn out my room was clean which is the most important part of staying in a hotel. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless the hotel was renovated or my only option due to sell outs. read more

I have been staying here on a weekly basis and the staff do a great job of making the guests comfortable and providing as many conveniences as possible. This is definitely not the most luxurious hotel, but it is very clean, decorated in a modern fashion and has all the conveniences a business traveler needs. I like that there is a decent variety of breakfast in the morning. The room and bathroom are very spacious, and the TVs are really nice flat screen style. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is quickly attended to. The only negative aspects are that the AC/Heat units are somewhat loud, the rooms facing the freeway have a lot of street noise, and the coffee isn't very good. But if you have a room on the back side of the hotel, and don't mind going down the street to Starbucks, everything else about this place is great! read more

Ahhh my home away from home 45 weeks of the year. Great staff, the hotel was renovated a couple of years ago so it is nice and fresh. I come here for the Marriott points but I stay for the front desk staff and the breakfast lady. It can be noisy at night, folks stomp around and slam doors like they are at home. Just turn the fan on for the A/c and it drowns it all out. read more

This is a nice hotel! Our room looked very renovated and they are in the midst of renovating the hotel in other room sections. Lots of restaurants around. They aren't really doing breakfast. They said there is grab and go juice and muffin but we went out. No room service daily so just ask for fresh towels. read more

I wouldn't be leaving a review if it were not for Mary! Our check in was uneventful (Mary did not check us in) and the front desk agent did not want to engage in small talk. Rather he just wanted to check us in so he could go back to what he was doing. Which is fine. But Mary was at the desk when we returned from a wedding and she was friendly, funny, and even gave me a free bottle of water because I was patient with the fact that the ice machine on my floor was broken. There was a hair tie on the end table, a receipt left on the bed the previous people's room card paper was left on the dresser and beer cans left in the trash. The only thing it looked like was done was the beds were made. I can say the staff was very nice. read more

Beds are super uncomfortable!! When notified front desk of this I was told there was nothing they could do. Was offered no discount or incentive to come back. Was told beds were new and would probably not be any better for several years. So if you aren't planning to sleep here, then I'd recommend it. Ashley is the rudest person I have ever encountered!!! She is quitting today so thank God that no one else ever had to deal with her!!!!! This stay was not pleasant from the very beginning! I had pre-reserved a room through Hotels.com, and upon arrival to check in, provided my reservation info to the night clerk. She then proceeds to "book me a room" which I then had to explain that I have already paid in full for a room, just need the key. She stated she was new, so I tried to show some patience, she then proceeded to charge my credit card for 2 rooms (we had already paid for the ONE room we were there for) & then the $20 hold for incidental purposes. I understand the "need a card on file for "incidental" reasons, but they two $80 auth's were UNAUTHORIZED!! She then tells me she fixed it, hands us our key to our room on the 3rd floor, and then tells us that the elevators are broken. We'll have to use the stairs our entire stay. When I pay over $80 for a room, I do expect to use an elevator when I'm on the 3rd floor. The same clerk later, after I came back down for a drink to take my meds tried to over charge me for my bottle of water. I had to point out the price for her. The bed was NOT a king size bed! We have a King @ home, so we know the difference. And lastly, the breakfast was a huge let down. We regularly stay Fairfield BECAUSE of the breakfast & overall experience. There were NO biscuits, and all but ONE juice was out... and this was starting @ 9:20am - the closing / 10am. When checking out, I voiced all of my complaints to the day clerk, who apologized , but was unable to fix the billing issue and made no effort to ensure we were repeat customers... that is until my husband came inside, at that point she offered us a VIP pass for a free night at this same location. The manager came down to sign the pass and never once even apologized or acknowledged our complaint. I do customer service for a living... I am EXTRA patient with people because I know how hard the public is to deal with... but this experience has cost you a customer! read more
