So I ordered my bike online. With this being said, my bike came in and the derailleur needed adjustment and the seat on the bike was super uncomfortable. So I called and was told to bring my bike it. I rode over (just couldn't use first gear), not only did they adjust my bike in what seemed like seconds, I got a new seat and a tool kit while here. The also adjusted the front fender on my BFF's bike. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and this included us talking a lot.
