Dear Fairfield Orthodontics, It's hard to sit here and recap a 7 year long journey that started with Dr. Nancy Le and ended with Dr. Niousha Saghafi. I wrote my original review when I was still in the process of finishing my braces and now that I've finally gotten them off, I am struggling to put my thoughts to words It feels almost heartbreaking to not see them as frequently anymore as this office has truly become a place I call home. If you have ever heard of The Third Place theory, you know that home and work are the primary and secondary. For me, Fairfield Orthodontics became my third place. We failed together and we succeeded together. They saw me go through every hurdle of my young adult life. Somehow somewhere along the way, I almost forgot that I was here for braces. It became a place where I could truly trust someone without a single doubt in my mind, that they were going above and beyond for me each and every time I saw them. Nobody enjoys going to the orthodontist, but I slowly began to love seeing that warm office on that third floor. I started my treatment fresh out of high school in 2019 when I was only 18 years old. I turn 25 next week. This office has seen me finish community college, transfer to my dream school at UCLA, graduate with my degree, and finally start my big boy job in San Francisco. Even when I was nearly 500 miles away, I routinely flew home to Fairfield from Los Angeles because I refused to see any other team, but them. There is no greater team helping people achieve their dream smiles than the ones here on Oliver Rd. Take it from me, I spent my hard earned money while working in college to fly back and forth every 6-8 weeks because that's how amazing they are. They have the best network of supporting members around the community. From Dr. Jennifer Lu and Dr. Mark Sutter never once did I doubt their team. My case was not an easy one. You could almost say it was borderline impossible. Dr. Le had even consulted a second opinion, not once, not twice, but with 10 other orthodontists. They all said the same thing. "It's impossible." I had other oral surgeons say it couldn't be done. Yet, here I am, the living representation of the impossible. Fairfield Orthodontics does the impossible. How many other offices can say that? Now for the parents, teenagers, or young adults thinking: "where should I go for treatment?" There is only one answer and the millions of reasons are listed above. If you are going to spend your hard earned money anywhere, it better be with a group of people who actually have your best interest in mind. This is that place. One phrase comes to mind when trying to describe Dr. Saghafi's work: "Poetry in Motion." It's that same feeling when you get when watching Tom Brady pick apart the Falcons, Stephen Curry break down the defense, or Lewis Hamilton ripping through the tarmac. Watching someone first hand be so incredibly skilled, talented, and meticulous in their work just leaves you in awe. You are truly in the presence of someone who has honed their craft to perfection, that you trust every decision they make. Be confident in your decision. I was. I spent more years in this office than I did in high school and community college combined. And honestly, I would do it all over again. Through all the nights of self doubt, painful recovery from surgeries, nights of wires ripping my cheeks, and my teeth being so sore I refused to eat. I would do it all over again. I would fly home back and forth from LA all over again. I have no doubts in their abilities and you shouldn't either. If I had gone to those 10 other orthodontists, who knows what my smile would've looked like. I got lucky, I chose the right one with my first choice. Do yourself a favor and do the same. And to the amazing staff that are reading my review. Thank you for everything you've done for me. You've genuinely changed my life. I owe a debt to you that can never be repaid. I hope that this little 1% of my token of appreciation for you can be felt through text on a screen. But you know as much as I, how much I love you guys. Love love love this place! The professionalism of the staff and the care they have for my kids is really a beautiful thing. They are always on time and there's no waiting in the waiting room. The dental office is clean and that's hard to find these days. If you or your child or anyone you know needs braces this is the only place you should be going. I have been going here for 2 and a half years ago. I just got my braces taken off today. From the start up to now. Staff have always been very helpful and very friendly. Amazing and kind staff. Dr.Le does outstanding work very thorough and gentle. She takes everything into consideration when she sees you.

Dr. Le and the staff are some of the most kind, understanding, and professional orthodontist or anything teeth related business I've been too. They truly care about their patients and will try to make things work around your schedule or at least try to accommodate your schedule. Also, you can tell what that the Dental assistants and Dr. Le know their stuff and deserve their high ratings, especially in Invisalign. read more

Today my son's appliance broke and when I called for an emergency appointment to either have it fixed or removed I was told the office was too busy and understaffed to care for my son. It was not until after I insisted that he couldn't eat, could barely talk, was in pain and that I would accept no for an answer, was able to get a same day appointment. This was the last straw after multiple poorly made retainers broke and we had to pay to have them replaced each time. The staff is not friendly and I have been very unhappy with Dr Le's office and her treatment choices. After appliance removal my son had a huge cut in the roof of his mouth (see picture) and had pain and numbness in a portion of his mouth. We will NOT be returning. read more

When I learned that I would need braces (again) to get the results I wanted and lack of wearing my retainers from previous treatment. It couldn't have been at the hands of a better doctor. First let's start with the clinic. For someone with poor navigation skills, this place was easy to find. I can say that it's the most cleanest place I've been in and I'm very critical with rating cleanliness. Each room looked like it was ready to perform surgery that was how clean and shiny everything was which is a plus. Before your even allowed in the doors you get sprayed with sanitizer, Temp check, and questions related to symptoms. Once your in the doors, everything was done meticulously. I love the flow and how organized it was. Now the staff, everyone was super friendly. They went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Le explained what needed to be done thoroughly and answered all questions that came to mind before I can ask her it's like she's reading my mind. Conclusion, I definitely would recommend to all! Dr. Le was gentle with her hands, my daughter and I liked how she explained the process and took her time telling each step by step making sure we know what's the next step toward treatment. Francis helped explain the breakdown of payments and they offered payment plans to accommodate your needs. This place is the real deal! Two thumbs up read more

So I wanted to update my previous review. After our long wait at the last visit I "yelped" and received a call the next day to apologize and ask questions about what happened..this past Tuesday was our first appointment back and they have made changes in the sign-in process to correct the problem and office seemed to be moving really smooth. Dr. Le has done a great job of taking over this office from Dr. Quinn. My daughter started phase two last week and has a new appliance to help with her lower jaw expansion and help align her bite correctly. We were having some issues getting it to sit in her mouth properly that evening. Dr. Le called me on my cell phone on her way home from the office to check on my daughter and she turned her car around that night to meet us in the office. My 10 year old daughter has seen both orthodontists, Dr.quinn and Dr.Le. They are very thorough, passionate and professional in the job they perform. The staff is just as wonderful. My daughter feels comfortable with all of them. We've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for our appointment time.
