I would give NO stars if I could. WORST service ever so unprofessional. They take hours to come even when you tell them you're disabled.

This cab company is all one cab company in Fairfield. They left me sitting in front of Walmart for more than 2 hrs. My friend came and got me at 11:45pm after the store was closed. They never attempted to send a cab. This Fairfield cab company owns all of the cabs in Fairfield. They are rude and very unprofessional. You are better off with a bus or a U-Haul and so much cheaper . read more

Made a appointment 2days ago for the cab to pick me up at 515am. No show up from them. Bad Service

Rating -10. I called for a taxi to pick me up for dialysis for 1:50. They showed up 20 minutes early and I told them I wasn' t ready . That I had called early specifically to make sure I wasn't late. They left, no one showe up at 1:50, so I called them . They told me they could pick me up at 2:45, which made me 45 min. Late. I will never use them . Luckily my granddaughter got off from work. But I was still 45 min late. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. read more

Honestly I think for the first time using this company was kinda good timing but I will say driver rude car smelled and lOoked dirty but hey maybe they don't get breaks to clean or maybe to tiered. But the rude part I don't think so , if you decide to choOse this company. Worst cab ride of my life life he was a cab driver from hell. I had my 6 month old child with us and when we were loading up the cab he was smoking a freaking cigarette he lite it up right in front of us and kept wanting to stop and smoke every hour one the hour.and thats not even the worst of it all.heres a list actually. *he was late picking us up *smokeing in front of a 6 month old child *didn't even offer to help us load up the car *stopped every hour to smoke *almost got us stranded because he forgot to fill up on gas before we left *complaining that he hates his job *watching a movie loudly while sriving and when my child was trying to sleep and wouldnt turn it down even tho we asked about 10 times *watching youtube songs and movie clips *kept swerving beacause he was tired he said he had been up for almost 2 days driving thats what im most upset about he put my child in danger because he was to tired to properly focus on his job which is to stately drive people who pay alot of money like like the 900 dollars he got for taking us.if i got 900 hundred bucks from doing one job you can bet your lucky stars they would get the best customer service and respect i had to offer. *he also asked if it was ok if he could pull over in the middle of nowhere to take an hour nap we felt completely uncomfortable and underappreciated which is an extreme understatement. *he didnt help us unload the car He was coughing the whole time im not sure if it was smokers cough or he was sick but if my child had gotten sick from him that whole trip would of been a complete waste of time and 900 dollars because the doctor wouldnt of been able to the surgery. Everytime I schedule in advance they either dont write down my scheduling or they come an hour late. If you need to get to work or the dr's on time this is not the company. They should be shut down. read more

The female who works at night doesnt amswer the phone and is lazy. The young guy who works at night the young one who cant even speak english is very rude. They have no customer service skills what so ever. read more

Rude, rude, rude. Called and they gave quote for 15-20 minutes. 25 minutes later they hadn't arrived. When I called to cancel because they were so late and we weren't going to make it in time they were rude and damn near yelled at me. Really? Rather stay home and drink. read more

Unfortunately this service seems like the only show in town. We used them once successfully to travel to Napa. However today when we wanted to go to Vallejo to get a shuttle they we late and we missed it. Turns out the dispatcher gave the driver the wrong address, 3 times!!! When we asked if we could get a discount on the fare since now we would need to spend more money to get to the airport, we got a big fat no. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. They are horrible I called and asked for a ride they said 10-15 minutes it's been 40 minutes and still nothing. I called them after 20min and they said someone will be here right away.... 45+minutes and still nothing frustrating and disrespectful that they would not call us. please stop using yellow cab and fairfield cab. tuesday ii went from santa monica st to scaupe ln suisan. a little over a mile away. the driver asked if i knew where it was . i replied, not really off pintail somewhere i believe. you dont know. dont you have a gps. he grummeled about calling drivers as he yelping about it being wrong no such street. im like dude yea it is . are you going to find out i said as he just drives down pintail yapping at me not knowing where im going. finally he gets directions. so this fare according to dispatch, is about 7.50 the driver charged me 15 bucks. they offered no reimbursement or apology. im 66 not in the mood to have a grumpy,, unintelligent and rude person robbing me because i need a service. Truthfully they arent even deserving of 1 star. I scheduled a cab for 2:10 he said sure we'll be there. This gives me 15 mins till my appointment. They showed up at 2:25 went the long way around tried to drop me off somewhere else. I correct him and we are pulling up and he drives right past. Then he has the nerve to hand me 1 of those stupid little cards ride 6 times an get the 7th free. Hahaha like im ever gonna use them again. read more
