Not sure how this place has so many great customer service reviews. We walked in, stood there for 10 minutes, and were never acknowledged. I think the guy employee was working on an order but I couldn't tell because the music was so loud and inappropriate. I do not appreciate a business that allows music with cussing when you know you're going to have kids coming inside like we did. Took a look at the prices of ice cream, which is what my kids wanted, and walked out. $3.50 per scoop and they charge for the cones too...no thanks I'll take my business to Handel's. read more

The blizzards taste like milk. 4 kids and my husband all said the same thing. The spicy fruit smoothie with mango was extremely sweet and tasted like syrup. There was no fruit in it. I threw it away. Very disappointing. read more

Loved it we got a Funnel cake and their Hot Coco man it was so damn delicious the funnel cake tasted like it was made at Knott's Berry Farm I hadn't of had such a delicious tasting funnel cake in a long time it was crispy and they use Thrifty Ice Cream I'd post pictures but I ate it like it was my last meal their was nothing left to take a picture of and there Hot Coco oh man it was so delicious chocolaty but not overly sweet it was just the right amount and it felt like it was made with love and not a packaged Nestle one which don't get me wrong I like it but man this one was quality perfect for a rainy day like today. Man came here for the first it's a little hole in the wall spot in a plaza it was pretty good for what it is was a little burnt but I still killed it off lol I'd definitely go back when I'm near the area also the ventilation system isn't that good inside so your eyes might burn while wait for your funnel lol read more

Just got home from getting a Churro funnel cake and a vanilla orange shaved ice, & Both were sooo bomb. Excited to go back to this little place to try other stuff, the menu is pretty big n full of all your favorite fair type of snacks , staff is friendly & we only waited a few minutes. Saw this new place right around our house. We decided to take a summer walk to get ice scream. They were really friendly. We got a scoop of ice scream each (3 of us) and it came out to about $10. Its thrifty ice scream, unfortunately my scoop taste like old is scream (freezer burn). Wouldn't risk going again due process and quality. Did not try any of their other products. read more

Went here because was craving snacks but just like the Fair everything is OVER PRICED! We were standing at the counter for a few minutes before we had to say we were ready to order for them to a knowledge us. I got hot Cheeto with cheese thinking oh not a bad price $2.50 but then seen they are using only one of those tiny .50¢ Cheeto bag so your telling me your charging me $2.00 for cheese you warmed up in the microwave? We got 4 items off the menu and paid $20 bucks I paid $4.00 bucks for a single scoop of ice cream which didn't even taste good. Unfortunately it overall was not a good experience. They have FUNNEL CAKES but they have loaded ones. I got an oreo one with ice cream and my fiance got a churro one with ice cream. I have visited this establishment of yumminess twice and plan to go back as often as possible. The people are very polite, professional and patient. There is a great amount of options to choose from in each category; ice cream, smoothies, funnel cakes, and more. You can customize the item you get with a great selection of options sure to please whatever combination you are feeling at the moment. The servings are a good size and their prices are very reasonable (unlike fairs). They are kind of hidden but once you do find their shop, you won't regret it. Word of caution, they make everything from scratch (the funnel cakes, waffles cones, shaved ice creations, and of course, the ice cream orders), so each and every order takes a while from the order to your mouth (approx. 10-15 minutes). The line can back quickly because of this. The goodies are well worth the wait-but, again, bring your patience. This sweets shop is a great concept and a welcome addition to Ontario residents - such as myself! Hopefully, more quality shops will follow suit and move to this strip mall location (6th and Grove in Ontario). read more

I stumble on this little gem while searching Raspados. My granddaughter and I decided to give it a try. Small establishment, when we walked in it smelled so good as they were making about 6 funnel cakes with toppings and a scoop of ice cream. We waited for about 5 min before we put our order in. We both got 2 small raspado and Carmel apples which were huge and so good. The gentleman was very nice and the young lady was also nice. We will back to try the funnel cakes. read more

Surprisingly good!!! For years I've been saying that someone needs to open a shop like this where you can get fair treats and etc. We went the other day. Staff was nice, price was decent and treats were good. The location left much to be desired, not the best area and only one customer in the shop at a time which leaves you having to wait outside. This place is pretty neat. When we went there was only one worker, so having to fry, shave ice etc for multiple customers took a bit of time (nobody's fault). We got a funnel cake and a shake. It smells like fried oil inside (duh). It also kinda looks like it needs to be deep cleaned inside. But the food was a good filler when the fair isn't in town. Very small inside, so I'd suggest to take it to go. I think there's one or two tables with either 2-4 chairs inside. read more

Everything was so delicious I didn't stop to get a picture! We had the funnel cake, deep fried Oreos and the shaved ice! First things first.... I loved the size and price of the funnel cake! Plus it tasted perfect!!! The deep fried Oreos were great and they came with 4 Oreos! The shaved ice was unique, with the various blends they offered! Place was good but not amazing. Waited 25 minutes for shaved ice and funnel cake and we were the only ones in there! They burnt the funnel cake twice before finally getting it right. They didn't say a word to us while we were in there. We sat in silence for 25 minutes! Fairgroundz was a 20 minute drive from my house in Chino and it's not worth the drive. Maybe if it was 5-10 minutes away I would come back but not worth it to me. I guess if it's close to you then yes I recommend it. But if you're going out of the way to get there, not worth it. Also it's super sketchy at night. Came in around 8-8:30pm and the people walking the parking lot made me uncomfortable. So I highly recommend to come during the day. read more

I saw this business one day on my way to pick my daughter up from school and was ecstatic thinking how cool it was that you can get a funnel cake on any given day. However I have been there on two separate occasions and both were a waste of my time and gas. The website has business hours listed as 11:30 am to 9:30 pm which are incorrect. After showing up last Thursday after 1:30 and finding the place to be closed we left. I called the number on the website and was informed by an employee that they open at 1:30 PM. So my family and I went there once again today and arrived a few minutes before 2, well guess what? It was closed once again today. Terribly disappointed. Needless to say I won't be trying my luck a third time. A shame too, looks like this place had positive reviews a few months back.
