He acknowledged me and asked if he could help. I explained my situation, and he said he would come out and see what the issue was. He came out, looked at my car. The original bulb was broken when someone drove into my car. He knew he could remove the part from the car. He took it back into the store. At this point he saw the bulb was crushed right into the bulb holder and was shattered. The got several tools and got all the glass remnants out. I always get wrong parts, and a break things while they trying to figure out what's the problem is. They play favorites with their customers. They Rob the one who they know they can get away with, I'll never go back there, I turned that whole company over to God almighty to let him judge them. It's not even worth a star.

I arrived at 10:45 a.m. this morning for a state inspection at Brad's, which lists its hours as…read moreopen until noon on both its website and on the service door entrance. There was no sign on the door or at the counter about closing early or stopping inspections. I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.
