All I can say is that these guys are amazing!, More specifically John who was my estimator, and a Technician there whose name is Jeremy. John got me and estimate to replace my cars bumper that I had damaged, I figured since they would be in front of the bumper area, why not also have them install a new set of horns, new Air vent Bezel DRLs, and replace the front bottom grill with a new aftermarket grill that has fog lights, I asked and John said they could do it! The aftermarket fog lights for the bumper was originally made to be fitted into the Korean bumper, not the US, it was not a perfect fit, so it was almost not done! Until Jeremy! This guy managed to modify the living day lights out of the grill itself that wasn't meant for my bumper, needless to say, they could have stopped and not done it. But John and Jeremy went above and beyond what they had to and I am very grateful because the bumper now looks amazing. I'll post pictures of before the car was damaged and what it looked like without the aftermarket parts, then the after of when they replaced the bumper and also added all the after market parts. I am grateful for the amazing job Bruce and Jeremy did, however I am also very grateful to the rest of the staff here that out work into my car. You guys made it awesome! Thank you! I have been patient and trying to get my vehicle repaired by Fairway Collision for over a year... I understand that there is a lot going on right now with COVID, however I can not even get them to call back. There is really no excuse for this. Disappointing at best. I am genuinely beyond words at my experience. In a blizzard lazt year I ran over a pile of snow that detached the splash guard under my engine. It scraped along the ground causing quite a noise. At the recommendation of a friend I setup an estimate here and brought it in today. The guy told me it'd be just a few bucks to fix myself if I bought the pins. He said they could do it for around $50. I am not a car guy so I said I'd have them do it. Cut to five minutes later and I'm leaving with it completed and no charge! I didn't expect the repair to be completed today, much less at no charge. I get that it was a minor thing, but this just doesn't happen. These guys have a new customer for life. Got in a minor accident a while ago and finally decided I needed to have it fixed. This was one of the Geico Xpress locations where they have an adjuster on site as well as a rental car company, so you can get everything done in one appointment. Since it seemed like an easy setup, and it was right next to the lightrail, I decided to try it out. The inspection went fine. The adjuster looked the car over, took a few photos, and itemized all the damages. He went back into his office for a little while and came back out with the results of the inspection. I had taken my car to a couple other places to get an idea of what it may cost to repair, and all of the numbers were fairly higher than what Geico ended up with (could have been good or bad at that point). I gave them my keys, signed the paperwork agreeing to pay my deductible ($1k, ouch), and took the lightrail back to work. The called me periodically throughout the process to let me know where they were at with the repairs, as well as when my car was ready to be picked up. They finished the work pretty quickly and stayed open later than their posted hours so people could pick up their cars after work. Overall I'd say I'm fairly happy with the work they did. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car, but the inside had a bit of a funny chemical smell afterwards. The damaged area looks just like it did before the accident and everything appears to line up properly. It seems like most people on forums can't give a strait answer about how much something will cost, or how long it will take, but here's my experience to at least give you an idea of what you may encounter: - Damage: ~15mph collision, damage to rear driver-side panel (gas tank side), little damage to bumper & door areas - Cost to Repair: ~$1650 - Time to Repair: 5 days (dropped of Monday @ noon, picked up Friday @ 6pm) If I had to have similar work performed again, I would probably go back. My son took his Subaru to Fairway for body work after a fender bender. After the body work was done we took it back for front end shaking (NOT a result of the accident or their work). Rudy had them replace the CV axles on the front end BUT when that did not fix the problem, he removed them, put the old ones back on and recommended a CV transmission expert to us. Many places would have left the new ones and charged us for them. But because of Rudy's ethics and integrity, he did neither - he didn't even charge the labor to evaluate it. I highly recommend Fairway and in particular, Rudy. Very impressed and happy to deal with such an excellent individual. read more

I was driving from the Springs to Denver last week when my engine light came on. Worried that I might damage the engine, I found the closest auto repair service I could on my GPS. Fortunately, it happened to be Fairway Auto Service. They were courteous, the place was pleasant and professional, and they agreed to look at the car even though they were close to closing time. They diagnosed the problem, allayed my fears that the engine would blow, and got me back on the road in short order. They did not try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or play on my concerns. This body shop took forever to get my car done. For a minor repair it took 10 1/2 days. WOW! They must get a kickback from the rental car company for all the time they take. They also have an email service that told me the car would be complete earlier than it was. Not very efficient or good at communicating. Great reviews. Guess they haven't checked out Fairway's (lack of) ongoing customer service. Sure isn't the "good old days," right? I had two repairs done at Fairway Collision Center a few years ago -- they replaced the front left fender and front bumper, and replaced a rear view mirror in another repair. I was very careful to follow their instructions about how long to wait before washing the car, and to go to a brushless carwash. I noticed within a year afterward that the paint was starting to ripple on the bumper, and that the left fog light was loose. Guess I should have followed up right away. The paint has gotten worse and has peeled off the bumper in various places around the license plate and right side, as well as on the left. One of the owners, Nathan, came out and looked at it, found a 1" square dent and concluded that I had been in another accident and that I was "one of those customers who re-damages their car & then expects the body shop to make more repairs." Right. I'm sure a 1" square dent would have caused the paint to come off all different areas of the bumper and would have knocked the fog light out. Sure. It has not been in another accident. Fairway is just being jerks about admitting that their paint job didn't hold and that they never secured the fog light. You'd think that as much money as we (and State Farm) have paid for repairs, that they could have at least offered to repaint the bumper for less. But that's not customer service in 2017...for sure not at Fairway Collision. I hope State Farm reconsiders taking them off their Preferred Provider list. read more

I've used another Geico collision company before (who did just an awful job and it was probably the worst 3 week experience ever, PS anyone out there NEVER go to Caliber Collison, if there was a rating for negative stars they would have it) and was a little leery about it this second time, but you guys turned my thoughts right around! I can honestly say if I ever need to fix my car again I will be turning to you guys! It was too funny I had already picked up my car and you had sent me text updates that my car was ready for pickup. My car got rear ended the day before I drove cross-country from New York to Colorado - absolutely terrible timing. The other guy's insurance paid for it, and Fairway Collision was the closest shop to my new apartment, plus a friend had recently used them and recommended them, so I gave them a shot. Everyone at the shop was super nice, AND they finished the work on my car in a day! ONE DAY! That would have never have happened in New York. The work looks great too, plus the name plate on the back in finally back in the right place (it was put back in the wrong spot the last time I had work done on my car). Used them twice in the past for body work, which is their specialty, and everything was a great experience. Discovered my right rear tire was leaking yesterday and called them today to see if it could be fixed, since they are close to my work. Kyle invited me to drop in at lunch (Friday = today) and stick around for a few minutes while they worked on it. Sure enough, they pulled a small nail fragment from the tread. This is one of the best experiences I have encountered in a very long time. Not just in auto body but in all services in general. When I called for my appointment they were courteous and kind. When I arrived to have my car inspected they were friendly, professional and sincere. Upon inspecting my vehicle they asked me if I had just a few moments to wait. I waited less than 15 minutes for them to come out and explain that they really didn't feel the damage was significant enough to justify the cost for paint and repair. They took their time to remove the paint from the object I hit and buff the area on my car while I waited. It looks great! I asked for an invoice for their time and they said absolutely no way.
