I call back and the lady who answered who seemed to be a manager couldn't even take the time to look up my order but she admitted on the phone she remembered giving me hot chocolate. Told me she would write it down so I could come in and get coffee. I said "I don't need it know I would like my money back" as I knew I was going to be working well past when they closed and would be passing through for about a week. So when they finally took our order we drove around to find no body at the drive thur and no one in side. We received our food, after no hellos or apologies for waiting. Drove home to eat our food, it was stone cold, nothing was hot fries were soggy. Very disappointing and manager came to the window looked at us and ask if we had received our food. I wish I had check it before we left. Very unhappy.
