I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. He says yeah, I purchased a warranty on the toilet. $95. (Went to Lowes later and found out, there is no warranty). He replaces toilet, leaves. I take a closer look at the toilet, the toilet isn't secured to the floor, can't use it. Call Mangano. Oh, we're sorry. We'll send someone. Julian again. Goes in, does some work, says I'm done. Okay. He only secures left side of toilet. Right side, unsecured. Call back, I said send someone else and I want the manager to come here. Julian shows up again. Takes the toilet out. John Mangano shows up, apologizes for Julians incompetence. Next thing I know, after they were in the bathroom alone together, your flange is broke. That will be $600. Huh? (Flange was replaced a few short years ago) I have them fix it. (Have no choice, but they broke it) Julian is done, he comes and says, the valve in the back of the toilet is leaking it needs replacing, want me to fix it? (Hell no!)
