I was very intrigued by the way she completed my desired results. Especially, because she seemed to be more than a bit of a perfectionist. Which I absolutely loved!! As she noticed that I was no longer reading, she engaged in chatter. She was very genuine and engaging. What she didn't know or understand, she was quick to ask. The other nail techs that I could see were completely engaged in conversations....with customers. Nice..lol The manager and owner were very visible on the floor checking on customers and bring more supplies to other tables. Something else that I found intriguing about this nail shop, was the number of chairs they had and so so many gadgets. While my nails looked okay, she rushed very quickly through it, she only "Massaged" my hands/arms for a total of around 45seconds a piece, and the water was very cold that she placed my fingers in. I was in and out of her chair in under 18 minutes. Not long into my service, her next appointment walked in and was waiting behind us and talking to her the entire time, so I believe that was why I was rushed so she could get to her appointment that was booked, I would have rather been told to come back later than to be rushed out. It has really bothered me since the service was rushed and I wasn't treated as I should have been since she was in a hurry to get my out of the chair, as it is not a cheap manicure. The lady hardly spoke to me and seemed like she just wanted to get me in and out and move on. (Update, after about 8 days all of my nails gel polish has started to lift from the back and do not look very good) I get pedicures every 3 weeks and occasional Manicures so I have had many, this is the first time I was not happy with a manicure service, as I do know what can be expected. It's thick, lumpy, streaky, and full of texture because it was slapped on in globby layers instead of clean coats. * Flooded Cuticles: Instead of clean edges, the polish ran all over my skin leaving a jagged, messy undone border around every single nail.
