I spent time with Mogi who was super attentive to ensuring that my nails were cut, cleaned, and polished to perfection. I've definitely seen variations in polishing practice in a variety of salons, and they do ensure that you have a base, two layers of polish and a top coat before adding drops and drying extensively. She even checked them for me before I left to ensure they didn't smudge. I'm particular about chairs too, and you have enough space to relax and not feel uncomfortable while having your service. Their music they played was also various covers of pop beats but not overly loud. I left feeling decompressed and relaxed with my new set. Thank you again for an amazing time!

Friend went in at the same time, got acrylic fill, gel, and chrome and they charged her less even with chrome. They also told her the wrong price so she was charged twice. They didn't file the shape i asked for, the shape i got wasn't done well. The design wasn't what i asked for either and i adjusted, and it was still done lazily. I had to correct them so many times I felt like an a****** and gave up.

I got my nails done here this past Thursday, October 10th by Zaya T. My friend and I had…read moreappointments for 1pm. We both got GelX. Same size, shape, and both with one color and no design. She was done within the hour with who seemed to be the manager from our understanding. I was in the chair for THREE HOURS. To begin, the woman I was put with was either a brand new technician who hadn't done much training or has never done GelX before and needs significantly more time training on that specific job. Within the 3 hours that I was sitting there she started with huffing and puffing when she came over to me and didn't acknowledge me when I said hello. She picked nail sizes that were all entirely too large for my nail bed, with 2 sizes smaller available. Proceeded to cut three of my fingers while working on me, one of which was deep enough to bleed and leave me in a lot of pain and her answer was to put alcohol directly on the wound. These things already were tuning me into the fact that she should not be working on humans yet, but it continued when she had no idea how to work the light for curing the nails and no matter how many times I showed her how to use it she continued to be unable to do it with the following nail. Each nail was shoved up and under my cuticle line which also hurt. One nail was extremely crooked and had to be completely removed and replaced because she continued to cure it even after I pointed it out and asked her to fix it. I didn't stay quiet about my concerns and issues, and was respectful about the things I was seeing yet was seemingly ignored. I made the appointment at 1pm and left at 4pm. In that time frame my friend had the same nails done, went home, showered, came back to the salon to check on me, left again to go get food before the flight we were trying not to miss, came back again, and then went and waited in my car for me after realizing I was still not done. She did all of that while I was sitting in the salon chair. Friday morning after arriving to vacation that I had gotten my nails done for, my pointer finger nail fell completely off while putting my swimsuit on. I've had GelX previously and it's lasted me 2+ weeks. They shouldn't and don't take 3 hours, nor do they fall off next day when done correctly by someone who has done them before. The management team here should be checking in with stylists and their work and surly shouldn't be putting them on jobs that they're obviously unable to complete well. Truly disappointing especially when you're there to get vacation nails done and was met with the worst nail salon experience you've ever had.
