Today was my first time getting a facial so I didn't really know what to expect, but I had a good experience! I could tell that Faith knew what she was doing based off of her ability to hold a long substantial conversation with me and still be able to go through the facial procedures without a hiccup. Also, I found out from Faith that my skin is actually a bit too dry and need to switch up my skincare routine. I would not have known that on my own, so I appreciated the advice. I honestly can't believe she doesn't have better reviews. Faith is AMAZING! This was my first professional facial, as I'm pretty well versed at taking care of my skin...but I felt so relaxed and would definitely be a regular with facials every 3 or so months. She KNOWS her stuff. I do a lot of research in my skin care products and I make a lot of them myself. Faith said all I do is very healthy for my skin with the exception of one product (which is honestly very controversial so, I understood where she was coming from). She did not push me to buy any of the products she used and explained everything as she went along...it was an over-all wonderful experience. I agree with other folks who have had difficulties booking with her. I requested appointments twice in a row, and having them declined right at the last minute. I even tried emailing her before the second attempt in hopes of getting a response, but no confirmation. I really enjoyed going to faith. She will talk to u and make u feel comfortable the whole entire time. U can easily ask her any questions or concerns you have with skin/skincare and she will gladly answer in depth about every single question you have. She is really very sweet and honest and knowledgeable. I went to her via Groupon and she still gave me the best service unlike other places that u give u less service when u purchase a groupon. I am glad to have found her because she gave me an amazing facial and I am now going to be a full time committed client. She really takes her time and makes sure to get all the stubborn gunk out of your face. BAD EXPERIENCE. This rating is for the customer service, not the actual facial. Stood outside in the rain for 15 minutes because front door was locked. I know people were inside because there are other cars here, but I knocked and knocked - no answer. And there is no number on the website. Finally got her cell number on here - dialed multiple times and several texts later - still no response. 10 minutes later, and she finally answers her phone and tells me she's in the middle of another appointment and will come up in just a little bit. I was like "Um...I'm standing out in the rain." She finally comes to open the door and then asks me to fill out 3 pages of paperwork. Another 8 minutes later she comes out with her previous client chitchatting about payment and scheduling and whatnot. I'm just sitting here staring. The client finally leaves and then she tells me she has to go clean the bed. I'm ready to bang my head on the wall. This was supposed to be RELAXING. It totally stressed me out because by the time she was ready for me it was already 20 minutes past my appointment time. Fortunately, I did not have another committment afterward because I would have missed it. read more

I made an appointment well over a month ago for today at 11 a.m. This past weekend I received an email asking me to click a link to confirm my appointment, which I did. Yesterday, I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment, but since I already had confirmed it several days ago I just assumed whoever sent it hadn't checked the confirmations and ignored it. This morning after I got out of class at 10:00 I saw that they'd sent me ANOTHER text while I was in class, asking me again to confirm my appointment. So I responded that I'd already confirmed several days ago, but that I am confirming again that I WILL be there at 11. I drove 14 miles to the place, was there on time, and this idiot woman tells me I didn't confirm my appointment. I told her I confirmed several days ago via the link I received via email. She said that's different and that she sent me a text to confirm. Uh, it's no different to ME. I've never dealt with her before, so how would I know her system is broken and raggedy? I told her she needs a new system then if she doesn't get confirmations when someone clicks the link that she sends. She said this is her business and she's more comfortable doing it this way. I told her I own MULTIPLE BUSINESSES and I don't have time to keep confirming my appearance at the same appointment repeatedly. That's ridiculous, inefficient, inconsiderate of MY/customers' time, and stupid. To make it even worse, it appeared she'd given someone else my appointment. Needless to say, I didn't want this clown touching my face any more than she wanted to at that point. What an absolute idiot. read more

I love a good facial and get them fairly frequently. I decided to do something I don't normally do and purchased a Groupon for this establishment to find a new aesthetician. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience. The booking portal that the business uses is somehow not linked to their normal scheduling portal for existing customers. So, after making my appointment online at one of the few available slots over the next two weeks, More than a day goes by before the appointment is confirmed, and the owner confirmed the appointment for a time that I did not request. At this time I called her business to explain that I cannot accommodate the time but they scheduled me for and inquire as to why I wasn't given the time I originally booked. At this time the owner explains that she has multiple booking system and they're not linked up and often times existing customers who have to make an appointment a month in advance and will grab slots that show is available on her other booking portal. A complete mess, unorganized and unprofessional. I finally get an appointment for a week out at 8 AM. I receive a confirmation message the day before and the morning of. Literally 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, for which you were supposed to arrive at least 15 minutes early, I receive a text message (NOT A CALL), a text message, stating that she thinks that she's not feeling well and can't make it. I was shocked. She states that she knew she wasn't feeling well the day before, but for whatever reason decided the day of to wait and see, and then cancel my appointment literally 30 minutes before it was supposed to take place. I have no issues with the fact that she was ill, however that was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. You don't treat people like that and disrespect their time. If you know in advance if things aren't looking well, reach out and let them know there's a possibility you may need to cancel, and allow them an opportunity to reschedule. Don't wait until the morning of, at 7:30 in the morning when individuals may have made plans are canceled arrangements in order to be able to attend this appointment then reach out to them and let them know that you can't make it. It was absolutely ridiculous and I have no intention of ever doing business with this establishment again read more

Faith is a breath of fresh air. She's engaging, kind, and clearly very skilled. I'm not a very good client typically as I just want it done quickly.
