The only disclaimer is that it states the offer is not valid after 3pm. I showed the manager that I was being overcharged and that the online price is supposed to be $8. The manager first tried to say it wasn't valid on the weekends. I pulled up the website on my phone to show it doesn't state that . Then the manager says it's normally $10 dollars before tax and that the $9 price I was charged reflected the discounted price. (This highlights that his original rebuttal was a lie) Again, I told him the advertised price is supposed to be $8. He then pulled up a physical menu and showed me the lunch specials and in pen, someone had wrote the # 9 next to it. I told him I ordered online, there was no physical menu for me to go off, I simply followed the online menu links, looked at the food and prices, and ordered based on what I thought would be value, ie a discounted "Lunch special". I asked for an extra salsa and was told it'd be $1.93 for one extra cup. Previously I'd never been charged, just had salsa given to me. I turned down paying for an extra salsa and instead asked if I they would honor the advertised price that their own website was advertising. He offered me a full refund in exchange for the food back. This place has the worst service and this was an online pick up order. My last dine in visit was absolutely horrible and if the food isn't going to be discounted or sold at the advertised price, the horrible service and horrible attitude does not justify the increased (unadvertised) pricing.

The fresh crisp fried flour tortilla shell and the fresh guacamole really stood out. The Jack Special was very simple. A flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken breast (chopped) covered with queso, a little ground beef on the outside then a little red sauce over the beef. The menu described the burrito as "topped with chili cheese sauce." That's why I tried it. It too was great. Simple, but great. The service is fast. The guys working the floor were efficient. There was a party of 15 at one end of the restaurant and about ten other patrons scattered throughout. The big party was already seated when we walked in. The waiter got our order in quickly ahead of the big group and we had our food delivered in minutes. The big group had their food within 15 minutes of ordering. The waiter delivered the plates lined up and balanced on his arm seven at a time! No tray. So, the food is fresh, hot, and the kitchen and wait staff hustles.
