Venue: Very nice, open concept yet cozy and welcoming. Black lights give it a very nice touch added to the warm feel of dim lights. Everything especially the restrooms were clean. Music volume was just right and the genre they were playing was rock, reggae and hip hop. Hookah: I smoke hookah frequently and always enjoy trying new mixes and flavors. I asked the girl what she would recommend and she gave me about ten top mixes that sounded so good I couldn't make up my mind. I simply left it up to her, feeling confident I wouldn't be disappointed. I received the hookah quite fast and I must say I was very impressed!! Smooth, packed perfectly, deliciously tasteful, and huge clouds of smoke. One of the best hookahs I have had. The Prices are reasonable. I missed happy hour but happy hour prices are 50% off regular priced hookah which is great. They also have daily specials that are really good. Customer Service: The waitress was very attentive and polite. She offered us drinks frequently, brought us coal all at the right times and she kept checking on us as well as the girl who made us our hookah. Very great customer service. I haven't been to a hookah lounge where the staff was so friendly and actually took a minute to stop and talk to us and see how our day has been, speak to us about hookah, and be so genuine. Used to be my new go to until they opened a new location in Pomona. I came in a few weeks ago to find new workers since the originals got moved over there. There were 3 employees on this Monday night, and they were all sitting with a friend smoking in front of their employee room. After waiting 30 minutes for our hookah (which tasted junky), we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for coals because they put fresh coals on their own hookahs. They never once checked on us, continuing to mess around with their friend sitting on the couch and smoking. After a while, of course we needed a new set of coals.. since the employees were MIA in the back room, we turned to the friend to ask if we could get some coals..since he was being kept up to date with fresh ones. He yells into the back room "Hey, do we have any coals for customers?" and a guy comes out, gives him coals.. And says "Yeah, I guess." We then wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for coals. Are you serious?! There were only 3 groups in there and they ignored all of us. I'll stick to the Pomona location.. Nice, attentive employees that actually know how to pack a tasty, hookah.. Environment here is great for whatever mood you're in if you want to relax and smoke or come with friends and have fun listening to music. I came in twice last week (my first and second time) and it was really great, the hookah served by Joel was packed well and he made a good mix, it tasted like sweet-tarts. But then I came two nights ago and the girl who served my hookah was eh. It tasted really harsh from the start but I'm a big hookah smoker so I moved the coals around and it was smooth, for a minute. The taste was awful though it wasn't normal for Lemon. I noticed the top layer of the water in the hookah vase was just dirty brown and had residue old tobacco. The bowl, in my opinion, was over packed. So we ordered a refill but even then it was harsh. I ended up smoking with my friend for no more than 20 minutes and left. The girl was real nice though, and mistakes happen so it didn't bother me too much but it would have been nice to have a good smoke session, especially for more than 20 minutes. I had an incredible experience today at this location. It was our first time visiting, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with top-tier customer service. The ambience and vibe of this place are also amazing, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the visit. Since we weren't familiar with how everything worked, Isa took the time to guide us through the process with patience and expertise. They provided excellent suggestions while we were deciding, but what really stood out was what happened after we ordered. Even after we had made our initial choices, Isa offered one additional suggestion to tweak our selection. That final recommendation made the mixture absolutely perfect! It is rare to find someone so attentive and proactive. Isa's knowledge and genuine care for the customer experience turned a simple visit into a memorable one. This hookah lounge was a great spot I was a regular there, would be there almost everyday until the new management they have going. The service there is crappy now. I would have to ask for coals from the manager and wouldn't get them. I would ask again and the answer was they are still cooking like really how long does it take to make 3 coals?? The hookahs are so dirty now with new management it's getting pretty bad now. The employees that work cashier always take forever to get coals or to check up on you.. And a warning to all people going please be careful cause I got burned a employee dropped a coal on my foot and didn't even bother to try and help me getting it off. Best hookah lounge in the area. I've been coming here for about a year now and I have never been disappointed. The hookah is very well prepared, never to harsh and never to weak. They have a variety of different flavors and the people that work their are really friendly. Saleem, Joe, Joel and Tammy never disappoint with their mixes and service as they have been really good to me over this past year. They play good music unlike other hookah bars that I've been to around the area whose playlist is all over the place and they also offer plenty of specials that anyone can satisfied with even if you are on a budget. Both the owner and the manager have a vast knowledge and understanding of hookah and the culture. I've become a regular at this establishment for multiple reasons, but one in particular: the staff. I've been to a bunch of lounges where the employees are indifferent and even rude to customers, but I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly, caring, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. On multiple accounts I've asked for their recommendations on a bowl and they have tailor made for me perfectly. The hookah is always great, never over packed, and they always bring me coals when they're needed. The hookahs are always clean and they always provide tips. Every time we come here we are always treated with great service. Our hookah is never harsh and we are always asked how we are on coals and if we need new ones. Everyone is welcoming, Joel is the best server, and always makes our hookah the best. The ice tips are always on fleek. Not a lot of hookah places offer to replace your ice tip when it stops being cold and that's why this is our favorite place. We live close to another hookah lounge but they're really rude there so we choose to come to falak's better. All the boys here at falak are really great and know what they're doing. Ok so I'm still new to this yelp thing but I'm starting to like reviews. I been going to there Whittier location and there Pomona location but I gotta say Glendora rocks! It's the biggest and coolest lounge In that area. I have a lot made friends here and everyone is super chill. The lounge is extremely clean and neat. The hookahs are perfect I tried the cherry pooper flavor and it was really good. I might have to order it again next time. The workers here are nice and attentive. This is a great hookah lounge I recently found out about this place recommended by a friend. I had a very pleasant experience throughout the night, once you walk in you are instantly greeted and seated by the host, Once I received my hookah the waitress made sure to take care of us and always brought us fresh coals. The music was good & they have and great customer service. Hookah was long lasting and clean, I recommend getting prickly pair mixed with lemon mint it's an awesome mix. this place is pretty chill u can come down and have a good time listing to good music and play pool and just hang with the homies. Staff are really friendly (sam,chris,raven). The service is really good and they come up to check you on you a lot. You could really taste the flavors in the hookah too. The flavors dont burn out so quickly also they make sure that you dont go low on the coils. One of the best places I have been too! This place is well priced and love the environment. It's very chill, the best part about that place is the staff. Being that it's an indoor hookah lounge the staff makes sure we ladies don't get to stuffy and that our hookah isn't unattended. They constantly make sure all of our needs are met. Whenever we come to Falak's we always get excellent customer service. They never forget about their customers, whether it be getting new coals or renewing the ice tip. I like this place it's super chill and everyone is so friendly I like that they go the extra mile to make sure there service is awesome.
