Nothing is free... "We will send someone out"- has a fee attached. The Beginning: These guys were great great to work with the exception above. These guys have the cheapest prices in town for their appliances and they had great reviews -so I gave them a try. I called them up and ordered a washing machine. They said they could have it out the next day. Perfect!!!! Cheap, fast and on the ball. Delivery had a bit of a delay, due to an address issue, but it still arrived, the next day. I was not home when they delivered it so I was not able to check it out. When we ran the machine, it was on the louder side and had a gear drive type noise. I took a video and sent it to them and asked if this was normal. They responded immediately that they would have a technician come out and look at the unit. "Damn... These guys are on it" I thought to myself. I was super impressed with their speed to respond and ability to schedule someone to come out so quick. That is often difficult to find in this industry. After doing a few loads, we discovered that the hot and cold were reversed and there was a small leak at one of the water connections. Not a big deal, they were coming out to look at the unit the following day, I figured that they could correct it while they were out here. The Problem: Guy shows up, corrects the hoses and says the unit is great. There were no issues with the machine. Few minutes after the guy leaves, I get a call from Falcon stating that I would need to pay the service fee, because there was nothing wrong with the machine. BOOM.... here is where we get a deduction of a star. At no time was I told that I would be charged a service fee, if there were no issues found. I had not asked for a technician to come out for a fee, I had sent a video and asked if it sounded correct for reassurance that it was working correctly. (I was under the impression that this was part of their amazing service, and was going to promote the hell out of these guys). He explained that, because there were no issues, I now needed to pay the $150 service fee. I explained to Falcon: True, there were no issues, with the unit itself, however there were issues with the connections that were made during the installation. "The hoses were reversed and there was a small leak", I told him. "Isn't that an issue? Aren't these items that needed to be corrected because they were not correct"? To which he says: "That was not the initial complaint". "I get it," I said, " but nonetheless there was an issue that needed to be corrected due to improper installation". (I did not feel like I should have to pay for this service). He pretty much did not like my response and politely interrupted me to say; "Okay, thank you." I'm not sure what the outcome will be, considering that this all went down about 40 minutes ago. I tried to explain to him that you cant just send out a repair person without explaining that there could be fees attached- but he didn't really want to hear that. Maybe he will see my side of this, and look at it through a business perspective, and disclose the possibility of fees in their future service calls; or maybe he will charge my card without my permission, dropping more stars and obtaining a fraud complaint. I guess time will tell... but I'm hoping for the best. SUMMARY: If I hadn't run into this last little fee issue. This company would have received 5 stars and crazy referrals. I work in the real estate business, and had already given them two referrals to clients needing appliances (just within the first 3 days of ordering my appliance). Its crazy that such a small thing, could have such a big impact. They have great deals, and I would love to recommend this company, but I'm having a tough time with "our" ending. Maybe it is a cultural difference and that was the traditional "best practice" of him being polite. He, by far, was NOT rude. I guess I just wanted to feel validated in my complaint and think all clients should be informed of the potential for service fees. I have one word to describe this business-dishonest. You may get a bargain on the cost but the machines are not all in the best condition. We bought a washer and dryer set. First off, the dryer was mislabeled as GAS. The "delivery" guy (who also acts as the "repair" guy too FYI) says we bought an electric one. I said, no, the machine was labeled as a gas dryer in the store. (We had looked at another set at the store with Abbas and it was electric. I found this pair that was mislabeled instead with a gas dryer). He had to call Abbas who said he had many single gas dryers. We chose one via video call. It was delivered that night. Then the horror began... our dryer has a LOUD, scrapping sound it makes when you dry clothes. My wife used it to wash towels first (no zippers, buttons, etc.) and was so loud you could hear it OUTSIDE the house. I heard it the next morning when I dried the darks she had washed the following morning. It was so loud I could barely hear Abbas when I called him to complain. He said, 'Ok, we replace it today.' Next thing I know, Ivan, the delivery/repair guy calls me at 1540 (mind you I worked the night before and had gone to bed at 1030). I'm groggy and answer, he says, 'Can you empty dryer and turn machine on?', I get up and do as he asks. Of course no sound come out right away... then he asks me to do other things (add 3 pieces, add something with a zipper, open door, move drum, move machine left/right, etc.). Meanwhile the loud sound comes and then goes during all these tasks. All for him to say, let it dry and if sound comes back to call him. He will replace dryer but charge me $75 if it he picks it up and it's not broken. Wtf... guess what? The sound came back (duh), so I call him and hold the phone near the dryer. All for him to say he'll be back at 3 tomorrow to replace it. During the evening my wife does another load, it scrapes around and she decides she doesn't want to keep the set at all! So we call Abbas again next morning and say, we're unhappy with the machines. Please pick them up and he says he'll charge $75 per store policy. At this point, I'll pay it just to be rid of them and their crappy service! The saga continues... Ivan the delivery/repair man calls me again while I'm sleeping instead of showing up at 3pm as he stated previously. I don't answer this time bc I'm out like a light having had little sleep from the shenanigans the afternoon before! I get up 2 hours after his missed calls and he says, 'My "manager" ie Abbas, said you want me to pick up machines. I said yes, why didn't you come by at 3? He says, 'I call you, you no answer earlier.' I told him, you don't need to speak to me before coming by at 3pm to pick up the machines. My wife was home at 3 and waiting for you, you never showed! Then it goes further downhill from there. Some nonsense about how he had to call Abbas about taking the $75, etc, etc. My wife calls Abbas after that call and tells him how Ivan is unreliable and that he told us 3 but that he never showed. Abbas insists that he doesn't track Ivan or make his schedule. I get on the phone say, you two do not communicate. How can your deliver driver (aka repair man) make his own schedule? Don't you know how to schedule him to pick up our machines? He says, he's not my employee (all the while Ivan kept referring to Abbas as his "manager" mind you). After all this nonsense back and forth I'm paying more money to a second vendor to pick up their machines. All of these people are incompetent. The only thing that went smooth is when I paid for the appliances. Everything else afterwards was a nightmare. AVOID them please, there's no value in buying appliances at discount because you don't know where they came from. This company has horrific customer service. You'll be your own repair person and be given the run around. Not worth the money you're saving at all! read more

Absolutely love this establishment. Mo is a class act and what comes to mind after meeting him is "SILENT INTEGRITY". His actions speak for themselves. In the Bible, seeing a falcon symbolizes vision, focus, and spiritual awareness..... I am a first time home owner and financially very careful about what I purchase. (Perhaps overwhelmingly obsessed after having had horrible experiences in this area) The #1 requirement on my list of purchases is quality. I don't want to deal with problems anymore. My time is precious to me. #2 is a fair price. $ is a means to an end. I like my ends to run smoothly. Age old concept. You get what you pay for. My husband decided to buy me a dishwasher - our first in over 17 years of marriage and 8 children! He really wanted to get a Bosch 500 or 800 series. I remembered seeing this Appliance Outlet store near my house, and dropped in on a whim, not expecting much. I was blown away by the selection. Not only did they have Bosch, they also had Kitchenaid, Thermador, and of course many of the less expensive brands as well. There was a whole range of models and prices to choose from. They had washing machines, too; I wish I'd thought of going there a month ago when we needed a washer! The men working there were helpful and polite, not rushing me or pressuring me at all, answering my questions. I came back later with my husband and we purchased the Bosch 500 series dishwasher we wanted. But here's the best part: the price of this beautiful machine was $600 less than Home Depot's price! We saved over 50%! Keep in mind that this is an outlet: you'll see "open box" merchandise, and the stock is variable. But everything I saw looked to be in great condition, and the dishwasher we brought home was not scuffed or dented or anything like I would have expected at this price. It functions perfectly as well. We did have to buy an extra adapter for the drain hose, since the one on there had already been cut to the smaller size. (The staff ran the machine to ensure all was working well, so it is possible that they cut the adapter during that process.) It was a simple and inexpensive fix once we figured out how to deal with it. So, if you're looking for a deal on a large appliance, take a few minutes and check this place out. Maybe they won't have what you're after, depending on what shipments they get in. But if they do, you could save a lot. read more

I purchased a new open box Dacor 42" built in refrigerator. What I want to point out is that there were problems with the delivery and install but Abbas worked to make things right and fair.
