This guy is the epitome of "you get what you pay for." We chose him because his quote was around…read more$8k and others were around $12k. It was the worst $4k I have ever saved. It took him 2-3 weeks in between every round of comments. The plans were sloppy, mislabeled, and generally not well thought out. It took him 5 months to deliver crap plans, which caused our entire project to be delayed. Every other architect I spoke with said they could have turned a set of drawings in 2 months. He has never acknowledged the delay, never offered an apology, and has never taken any accountability for his terrible performance. Do not use this firm.
