I was locked out my car at 4:13p. By the time I reached out to AAA at 4:19p a representative from falcon towing called to say that the driver was on his way. The driver pulled up at 4:29pn which is earlier than the expected assistance time that estimated that the driver will be there at 4:58 PM. The unlocking process was 60 seconds or less And I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and how speedy falcon towing made it to me. I was outside with my baby for less than 20 minutes and that made me extremely happy that I can depend on AAA. Solved problem replaced battery. Sergio walked my Mom step by step while George replaced battery while I watched. Just when you think some take advanced of senior citizens not Sergio and George. Sergio treating her with respect, kindness and took his time explaining. I had the WORST SERVICE from a driver here and his name is (RYAN) he tried to drive off...damaged my BMW and took off with a piece from it. After showing up and realizing he couldn't do the work (probably lied on his resume) he immediately called dispatch to tell them to send someone else... he sat in my face for 10 minutes asking me how to tow my own vehicle. Stop hiring these inexperienced drivers and let the ones with seniority get all the hours. Never again will we use them. Everytime we call AAA and they say a falcon tow member is on the way, we request another provider. They LIE and say they're on the way then your appointment gets pushed back 2 hours then they will text AGAIN and push it back even FURTHER. After hitting a crater on the road got a flat and had to call AAA for rescue. They sent Falcon Towing to save me. I have to say that I was very impressed with the fast and friendly service. The dispatch operator was nice and gave me a clear ETA of 25 mins but it took less then 15. The person that helped me change my tire was Tyrone Davis and he was very nice and super fast. Last weekend, my family of three--including our three-year-old child--went to Hormase for dinner with friends. After our meal, we discovered that our car wouldn't start. AAA's technician inspected it and confirmed it couldn't be restarted and needed to be towed. From that moment on, everything went downhill. AAA sent us multiple messages stating they had arranged for Falcon Towing, and Falcon also confirmed by messages they had received AAA's service requests. However, we were left waiting for a tow truck for hours. My husband repeatedly called both AAA and Falcon, but Falcon first claimed they didn't have a tow truck that could access our home garage. After we relocated the car to another garage, they then said the truck could only accommodate two passengers for the ride home. Later, when my husband's phone died, I called Falcon, only to be told there was still no available tow truck and that we would have to wait at least another hour. By that point, nearly four hours had passed, my phone was almost dead, and I was increasingly anxious--especially with a small child in tow. Falcon's dispatch was fully aware of our situation yet stated there was nothing they could do. And when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the dispatcher shouted "GO CALL AAA" and then abruptly hung up. We are AAA Premier members and have never made unreasonable demands or expected special treatment. Yet, this contractor failed to provide even the most basic service. Stranded in an unfamiliar area far from home, instead of offering any real assistance, Falcon's employee only made our situation worse. This is, without a doubt, the worst AAA contractor I have ever encountered, and it is the first time I have ever been yelled at by a service provider. I haven't had an issue with them before but today was one of the days I experienced the worst customer service in any industry. I scheduled my tow with AAA @ 12:52pm for 3-4pm tow. Falcon towing is less than 6 minutes from this location. 1:13pm Falcon towing calls me to confirm 3pm pick up. 2:48pm: I Uber myself to my car to be present, relieved that I'm going to have my car worked on at the dealership while I'm out of town, and I'm going to make my flight as I scheduled this in advance. 3:29pm: I call them they say they say they won't be able to make it for another hour. I let them know I have a flight I can't miss the lady says ok we'll try for 4pm. 4:08pm: I call and they say they won't be able to make it for another 45 minutes. I said I can't wait that long, they said they will be there in 15 minutes. Irritated at this point, I say ok and let them know I'll wait. 4:32pm: just in case they are lying again, I call AAA, the automated system tells me they won't arrive till after 6pm! I spoke to the AAA rep whome spoke to falcon towing and they confirmed they won't make it till after 6pm! I cancelled the service, missed my flight and here writing this pissed off. I was misled several times with the ETA.. they were unapologetic, and didn't remedy the issue at all in any way. This folks, is the exact reason you should never use their service. Brian, my AAA dispatcher, was a very knowledgeable guy. I'm a true believer on learning something new every day, and with him, it happened. I did end up getting a new battery two days after, my battery finally gave out. Not to judge or anything, but the customer service here, at this location(the city), I would not have thought to get a service that went above and beyond, though I did had to wait over 2 hours for a battery jump, but, the way I was treated and serviced was not something you'd expect from this city, more like the beach cities. After my car battery died unexpectedly, my technicians, Javier and Sergio helped me fix the issue, answered all my questions, and provided helpful information on what I should do next, and promptly got a tow truck. Afterward, my tow truck driver, who I believe is Tommy, helped get me and my car back home quickly and safely and even backed my car into the driveway. UPDATED: April 26, 2023 Received service from Luciano, originally for a tow coming from Home Depot in San Pedro. I waited approximately 30 minutes after I requested service. When he arrived, he was friendly and very informative. I explained the situation and he then mentioned it actually might not be the starter, sounded more like a dead battery. He took the time to test the battery and explained what the battery should run at and that it was quite low. He said he was almost certain it wasn't the starter. Explaining to me the battery I needed and that Falcon in Gardena may have the battery and will likely be less than towing it to Kia. He proceeded to call his office to get the price as I called Kia, he was absolutely right. He returned with good news. They had the battery in stock, gave me the price and said they could install it immediately. He was willing to make the tow if I wanted but after hearing that it was the battery I opted for Falcon. He also explained that it was best to have a Mechanic install it because of the computer in the car, if it's put in incorrectly it could wipe out the settings. Luciano was so nice, so informative and took his time with all the details. He was great! I arrived at Falcon at 15600 Main within 30 minutes where Marvin greeted us with a smile and put us at ease, said to "relax in the customer lounge and he'd take good care of us". He even looked up the recall on my car which I knew nothing about for which I was very appreciative. The battery was installed and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Falcon is awful - if all you need them to do is give your car a jump or tow you home, they're fine. Beyond that? This company is a full blown scam, and somehow they seem to be the ONLY Company that deals with people living in the South Bay area - especially the cities with largely non-white populations - Years ago I'd use them to work on my car; referred my brother in law too; BOTH of us decided that Falcon breaks your car when they fix something - To keep you coming back spending more money - These days I have my own mechanic that comes to the house. About 2 years ago I made a bad decision to Buy a AAA Battery from Falcon; I've had to Replace that same battery Multiple times; Now I've used up all my 'free calls' -- and they want to charge me almost $200 to come out and swap out a bad battery that THEY installed and are supposed to swap for FREE --- the bad thing is, MOST Of my Calls were about this same issue --- AAA needs to allow OTHER tow companies the opportunity to service this area, and Someone needs to investigate this Falcon company, ASAP - they're ripping people off since 1989 - read more

My battery died while driving home from work one day. Dennis showed up and noticed something really wrong about the installation for my battery from a month ago. Threading was worn off on a bolt and was simply placed on top - if it fell off, my car would probably stop immediately and if on the freeway, who knows what could have happened. Dennis followed me to the shop where they figured out it was something about a former transmitter. I am SO THANKFUL for Dennis who took the time to explain things to me and offer suggestions. If AAA sends these guys please avoid them. I'd give them zero stars if I could. They have zero respect for your time and lack even the slightest courtesy. I got rear ended and I called AAA to send a tow. These guys were assigned and I got a 1 hour timeframe. Well after that hour came and went I got no update no call no text nothing. I called them directly and they said it would be another hour. We waited that hour it came and passed and yet again no call no text no update. I called AAA and Falcon told them they needed another hour before they could even begin to drive my way. So they were delayed approx 4 hours and not once did they think to update me. I could have went home and iced my back and neck then doubled back. Like I said zero respect for your time. It got even worse after this. I asked AAA to cancel the two and set it up for the following day in the morning they said it would be between 8:30-9:30. I asked that they have them give me a call since I was 20 minutes away from my car location. I didn't get a call but I left towards there to wait for them and I get a call at 8:28 saying they are there I tel their driver I'll be there in 10 mins he says "OK" no warning or anything that he might leave. I arrive at 8:40 and he's GONE. I called him no answer. I called the office right after at 8:42 and the lady tells me he waited 15 mins and had to go to his next pick up. I'm obviously upset that I'm being lied to. If the pick up is at 8:30 how do you wait 15 mins if it's only 8:40?? I said there was no way he waited 15 if it's not even 8:45 and she responds with you are not going to sit there and yell at me? Atrocious service and I'm posting the call log.
