Hey i was in Santa Monica. meet a couple friends everything was going well till we were about to go home i parked a couple blocks away. My friend offered me a ride to my car but felt like walking a bit.So i get to my car trying to start it but no budge sadly. So i started looking on my phone. F or a towing place dialed a couple of them but all had the same answer take almost 2 hours to get where i was. which i thought was bs. So i try Torrance towing someone picks up says hell be here in 15 mins or so. So Will the driver gets here hooks everything with ease says it something with the alternator. I tell him which mechanic to drop the car off . He drops the car off i tell him ill walk home since i live a block away. I cannot stress enough about how good the service was. I was on my way to Santa Monica on the 405 merging to the highway 10, my alternator busted on me. I managed to put the emergency on without causing any accidents. I looked for a good towing service with manageable pricing and Torrance Towing popped up with good reviews. Customer service was very quick and helpful, she told me that Torrance will be there asap, and within 15 min they were here. After the fix at the garage witch I had to wait for half an hour. Torrance Towing is simply amazing, I was on my way home from work and my tire decided to just explode on me. This was my first tow with a newer car and it was actually an enjoyable experience despite my car being "in a bad mood" I was going to call them based on Yelp reviews at first but hesitated. Let me start by saying how great Will is, I was stranded on the side of the road since my car shut off and Will arrived within minutes which surprised me since most companies take about 30 minutes to arrive.
