They do have a few advantages: You can eat there and even watch the sports game as they have some seating. They do not have video games like Rio's but Rios lacks eating tables. Well I have been going to falcones for forever. Let me start off by saying the salads, plates, cups, beer and menus are the same. Same women still works at the counter. The only big difference I could see is they blocked off part of the dining room, added signs saying they charge for extra sides (ranch, buffalo, etc) and they charge for paying with cards. Pizza was okay, couldn't tell you if it was different or not since I eat a lot of pizza. I love pizza and have it a few times a week. I would keep going back. Great pizza, wings, and salad! I had a pretty large order for our office today so I called before hand. I could tell they were very busy especially because it was during lunch hours so they where a few minutes late getting my order ready, which was not a problem at all for me, that is why I left before hand. I have been going to Falcones for years and have never had a problem. I ordered food at 5:53 and was told an hour for delivery. 7:15 rolls around and I call to check in and am told "yeah its going to be 20 more minutes". I ask "ok I was told an hour what's taking so long?" and the rude girl on the phone says "we have new owners since december so I don't know what to tell you". What does that even mean? The pepperoni side did not taste good probably cause it was cold and turned greasy. But the hawaiin side was good but I had to warm it up. They forgot to deliver my salad and the baked ziti dish was horrible. The noodles were hard. I had to call them 2 times to check on the status of our delivery. Came here on a Saturday night because my all time favorite spot Rio's pizza was ubber-crowded due to the USC game! Oh but to my surprise it was yummy!! I walked up to the counter to order and I let the employee know it was my first time there...I swear I was waiting for her to congratulate me and pat me on my back but nothing!
