THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE! I had the worst shopping experience and all I order was a purse. The problem started when I ordered BLACK but they sent me GOLD. They did send me a return label via email but did not mention AT ALL in the email that I needed to return the item in 7 days. I was admitted to hospital and when I got out went STRAIGHT to the post office but the return label was deactivated. The owner told me she needed to "get permission" to reissue a new return label. That took 4 days but I was sending emails daily with NO response. I finally was sent a new label. I sent it back on Saturday and they got it on Tuesday. I was told they send it out Wednesday and I'd get it by 12/24. I called on 12/24 and was told they NEVER sent it. I was pissed. I wanted it for XMAS. They said they'd send it 12/24 but didn't send it out until 12/26 per the tracking. I wanted it for New Years Eve but it wont arrive until tomorrow after 10pm.....knowing the postal workers they will stop working at 6pm. I'm pissed......so her statement is bold face lie. When I asked for a small rebate ($20-$25)for the inconvenience the owner said NO. Poor service all the way around!!!!! If this was not a black owned business, they wouldve given the little $20 credit on my credit card. I told the owner I do not want a store credit for 20 dollars. She only offered a FULL refund and NOT send the item.....at all. POOR resolution skills!!!!!
