Choosing to go through Wedgewood for our wedding was the best decision and we would recommend it to anyone who is planning on getting married in the future. From the moment we took the tour at Fallbrook Estate, we knew this was the place. The views were nice, the setting was perfect and everyone couldn't stop speaking about the amazing time they had. They all raved about the food, the drinks and the service. Lauren and Mikayla, the rest of the event experts did an amazing job with planning and gathering the vendors; they truly made the planning process so easy for us. All we had to do was take time and make our decisions, and look for emails from the vendors. The extravaganza is an amazing opportunity that is offered for couples to get a real idea of what they want, and this is where my wife was able to envision her perfect wedding. Anthony and the rest of his team over at True Photography and Video did an amazing job of making sure we got our photos will all the close family that we wanted. My family can try to be goofy sometimes, but they did an amazing job of staying professional and handling everything for us, all we had to do was stand in one spot and they did the rest. Also, you can really see them focusing on getting the best angles for us to get us the best photos and videos that they can. I would recommend couples go with them, we are excited to see the work they did and we are confident we will love it. The set-up staff followed her vision to perfection, and she was stunned with how amazing it looked. Our wedding coordinator Lucia was an all-star and made sure everything was handled. She truly made the day 100% stress-free for us and that allowed us to have the perfect ceremony, cocktail hour and the beginning of our reception. She was always making sure we had some snacks and stayed hydrated with water and our signature drinks. Lucia went above and beyond for us by leaving us some gifts, helping some of the bridesmaids get their dress ready, and making sure the guys were dressing properly. Our officiant was Jeff, the staff kept telling us about how awesome Jeff was and he lived up to the hype! He likes to make sure the ceremony is as personal as the couple wishes and can tell it in an amazing love story that gets everyone emotional. Our Banquet Captain, Liliana, also did an amazing job with taking the torch from Lucia and ensuring we had a great time during the reception. Checking in on us often, asking when we would like to eat so our food doesn't get cold, and always making sure we had our drinks at our table. The clean-up was also fast, and she made sure we got everything we took with us, making the departure very smooth. Lucia and Liliana both did an amazing job making sure we were sticking to the timeline; we had no stress at all about making sure we were on time. The music was great, Gerald with DJ Maestro did an amazing job. He was very energizing for the crowd and made sure they got loud for all the entrances. The music he played was everything we wanted, and he made sure the crowd was always having a good time. If there was a song that the crowd wasn't reacting to as much, he was quick to change it to something to get them going immediately. From beginning to end, the team at Fallbrook Estate made our wedding an absolute BREEZE. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we can't thank everyone enough for helping us obtain our dream wedding. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Because of its location on a golf course that's tucked away in a neighborhood, it's also peacefully quiet and quite serene. We specifically loved the cocktail hour patio and the bar area attached to the ballroom. These spaces made the reception area feel so spacious without ever feeling empty. Parking is plentiful and accessible. The food and drinks were great, too. We kept receiving compliments about the quality and quantity of food, and "The Julio" was a huge hit at the bar--shoutout to our bartender, Julio, for the special drink! We were anxious about the planning process at the beginning, but the Fallbrook Estate team guided us along every step and quickly resolved any doubts we had. From timely reminders, to tips and suggestions, to the day of coordination, everything went smoother than we could've imagined. I have to highlight their flexibility as well. We made several decor/schedule/guest count changes in days leading up to our wedding, including potential day-of changes because of the chance of rain. Despite all of our asks, the response was always "no problem", and we were left feeling confident that everything would be handled. It's because of them that we were able to be (relatively) stress free in the planning phase, and be fully present on our special day. Katie ran our rehearsal quickly and efficiently (even through the rain) and went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure that everything was set up as we intended, and then some! We had the absolute best experience with this venue on our wedding on June 22. From start to finish, everything was so organized and seamless. The team answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly throughout the planning process, which really helped ease any stress. Everything was laid out and organized. You can tell they have good systems in place to ensure smooth planning. On the day of the wedding, Lauren (our coordinator) was an absolute angel. She was calm, collected, and brought such a positive, grounding energy that made a huge difference for me when I was feeling overwhelmed. She handled so many behind the scenes details that I didn't even have to think about, and her communication throughout the process was amazing. Sierra, our banquet captain, was also incredible! She made sure the groom and I always had a drink in hand, checked in on us regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment. We had the absolutely best day of our lives last weekend at Fallbrook Estate. Lucia was our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond. We couldn't be more thankful to have had her! I always had a drink in my hand, my dress fluffed for photos, anything I needed no questions asked from her and all staff there. The venue is stunning needless to say, the food was fabulous, and the whole night was perfect. Honestly nothing went wrong (at least that I noticed hahah) which is quite unheard of! We just had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate this past Friday and are still in awe at how perfect it all was! From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice. The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision! It has taken me a few days to write this review because there is just so much I want to include--I didn't want to miss a single detail. After working with the team at Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood for over a year, they have come to mean so much more to me than just the people who hosted my wedding. They became a part of one of the most important moments of my life, and I am truly grateful for them. From day one, the entire team was incredibly responsive, always showing so much care for my questions and vision. Even outside of my scheduled planning appointments, they took the time to respond and made me feel like I was the most important person they were working with. Their dedication and attention to detail set the tone for what would become the most incredible wedding experience. On my rehearsal day, I was feeling sick, and without hesitation, they allowed me to adjust the time to make things more comfortable. When I arrived, my day-of coordinator, Mikayla, went above and beyond--bringing me water, crackers, Tums, and gum to help me feel better. She handled multiple challenges leading up to and on the wedding day with complete grace and ease. I never had to worry about a thing because she was always ten steps ahead. She was such a joy to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for making everything run so smoothly. Another standout was my banquet captain, DJ. He was an absolute gem throughout the night. He prioritized not just my husband and me, but also our guests, ensuring that everyone was taken care of. No issue was too big or too small for him, and whenever I asked if I could help with anything, he simply told me, "The only thing I need from you is to enjoy your night." The way he treated each of our guests with kindness and respect truly made everyone feel like royalty. And of course, a huge shoutout to our DJ, Sean! We had an hour-and-a-half consultation before the wedding, where we meticulously went over every detail of the music and moments I wanted to create. He executed every song perfectly and had an incredible ability to adjust the music to match the energy of the crowd. He was also so kind to my father and sister, who were nervous about their speeches, and helped put them at ease. His talent and professionalism made our night even more magical. Beyond these incredible individuals, every single staff member contributed to the success of our wedding. The chef and bartenders were amazing, delivering delicious food and drinks that our guests raved about. I still am hearing daily about how incredible the Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, and prime rib were. The servers were exceptionally kind and eager to assist anyone who needed it. Everyone at Fallbrook Estate exceeded any expectation we could have ever had. Every single vendor went above and beyond, including our outside vendors--HCD Weddings for their stunning florals, Elegance on Display for their delicious desserts, and Jenni B for the beautifully crafted signs. This is a long overdue review. I can't recall if I posted a review after my wedding, but I felt it in my heart to post an "updated" review, if you will. I had my wedding with my (now) ex-husband on June 15, 2018. Initially, I felt like the was something missing or my wedding went not how I wanted, or something. I honestly didn't know until now. (We'll come back to this) Genuinely, the planners I worked with were wonderful, especially on the day of. Everyone was kind and SO accommodating. The DJ is arguably the most important aspect of any wedding. I hired the preferred DJ, Carlos, and he did precisely what I asked and then some. I hate weddings where the music is boring and no one dances. Pretty much everyone was dancing, including my godparents, who have since now passed. Our wedding flowed seamlessly. The venue is stunning. The food was good too! The steak was a little overcooked, but really not a big deal. I wanted to circle back to my previous comment about how something felt off. I married the wrong person and my gut was telling me and I wasn't listening. I am so pleased I had gone with Wedgewood. While I could've done it cheaper myself, I was literally by myself and having everything pretty much in one place was beyond helpful. I want to thank everyone at Wedgewood. I apologize for the delay. I got married here on 10/17/24 and it was the best experience I could've asked for. Everyone on the team here was exceptional, Angela our day of coordinator was fantastic. She was very sweet and helped us keep our day on a schedule. The entire experience here while planning was fantastic, they were able to accommodate us for our meetings everyone was super responsive when we needed any questions answered. One thing we absolutely loved was that we're were able to include our dog during the actual ceremony, it was almost a must for us. My wife and I held our dream wedding at Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood Weddings on 2/20/2026. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our vision come to fruition and it could not have been a more seamless experience. From the moment we first toured the venue, there was a level of professionalism that was quite apparent. Our day-of coordinator, Stephanie, was a huge help in keeping the timeline of our special day on schedule without any additional stress on any of the wedding party. The Banquet Captain, Liliy, kept our plates and glasses full throughout the night and was a great communicator during the craziness of our reception party! Props to the head chef, Austin, as the food was that of a high-end restaurant (prime rib carving station & pesto tortellini were huge hits for everyone). We also received endless compliments from our guests on the bar service provided by Julio & Rachel. They both came through big time and made our custom signature drinks just the way we like them (Spicy Margarita & Oaxacan Old Fashioned). Lastly, a big shout out to all of the servers - Emily, Ava, and Siena - who worked incredibly hard throughout the night making sure everyone was taken care of and plates were cleared.    The whole crew at Fallbrook Estate were so organized and really made the whole process of planning a 150+ person wedding much less daunting. Our wedding on May 30, went absolutely perfect thanks to mikayla, DJ, Andrea and the rest of the wedgwood team. Couldn't recommend them more. Mikayla was with us throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. Everything was executed exactly how we asked and they let us do anything we wanted. 100/10 Our wedding was 10.31.25 and can I just say it was amazing!!! Austin and Lily went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole night!! The decorations were set up perfectly, even better than I could have imagined! Everything looked literally like a fairytale and we had so many compliments from our guests! (Which is nice to hear since ) The food was soooo good, people are still raving about it! I kept seeing videos on how brides and grooms say they don't eat or they're too busy which yes I agree I was having so much fun BUT when I got those moments to take a breath Austin and Lily both made sure we had fresh, hot food and yummy drinks!! We cannot recommend Fallbrook Estates by Wedgewood enough! We had a stellar experience from our first visit until our last. The staff, from the coordinators (shoutout Lauren!), bartenders, vendors they partner with, and everything in between made the process feel so easy. We initially chose Fallbrook to reduce some of the headache of wedding planning. We loved that Wedgwood had so many things in house and that they already had vendors they worked with. This made the process so much fun for us because we could focus on the fun parts of wedding planning. We had a long engagement and throughout the two years between booking and our actual wedding, the coordinators at Wedgewood were so attentive and helpful. They answered any and all of our questions within hours of emailing, always answered calls, and were always so helpful and professional. We had the same experience using all of their partnered vendors as well and cannot recommend them enough either! Not only did we love Wedgewood, our guests did too! Since our event, we have been told many times by our guests that this was one of the best weddings they have attended. Our cake, cheesecake bites and apple pies were done by Jennifer at Elegance on Display - they were gorgeous and matched our theme perfectly. She was wonderful to work with! Cake tasting was so much fun! Our flowers were GORGEOUS. Heather at HCD asked what I wanted and absolutely delivered! We had a sand look with the green eucalyptus and wisteria hanging at the ceremony. It was super dreamy and elegant!!! Our DJ was George at Southern Cali DJs and he was awesome - he listened to the vibe that we were going for and made it such a fun party! Everyone at the wedding loved him and he nailed all the songs we wanted and then some! Our photographers at Ever Love Photography absolutely crushed it! They were so incredible. Chelsea started the planning with us and communication was perfect. Then day of photographers were Mary and Jen.. they were the BEST! We picked Fallbrook after searching for other vendors and other Wedgewood locations over a year before our wedding. Fallbrook had the atmosphere and vibe we wanted, and the inclusive package helped saved us a lot of stress from the planning process. We worked with Angela and her team. We had our wedding at the Fallbrook Estate, and it was truly the most magical day of our lives! From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was something special. The venue itself is breathtaking-- It's the perfect mix of elegance and natural beauty! What made our experience even more incredible was the amazing staff, especially our coordinators. Austin, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely phenomenal. He was calm, professional, incredibly organized, genuinely kind, and completely on top of every detail. He anticipated every need before we even had to ask. From the moment we arrived, Austin made us feel at ease and ensured the entire day ran seamlessly. There are truly not enough great things to say about him! Later in the evening, DJ took over and was absolutely amazing. He stepped in so smoothly and kept everything running perfectly until the very end. DJ was attentive, helpful, and made sure we finished the night stress-free and happy. Highly highly recommend having your wedding at Fallbrook Estate - especially if you're looking to save money & want something all-inclusive. The venue was BEAUTIFUL and everything we were looking for - but the staff (particularly Iveth) was SO incredibly wonderful to work with. Iveth was so kind, thoughtful, and genuine. She immediately understood the vibe we were going for and it never felt like she was trying to pressure us to upgrade anything. The only thing I would recommend against is using Wedgewood's florist & DJ. I met with the florist once and immediately found someone else. She was incredibly rude, talked down to me, and pressured me into feeling like if I didn't spend thousands and thousands of dollars with her our wedding wouldn't look nice. If you're looking for an alternative - highly highly recommend Tiffani Christensen at Tiffani & Co Florals who was the complete opposite of HCD Wedding Design (I think their name is). The DJ that comes as part of the package wasn't horrible, but he wasn't the best either. Anytime he was MC'ing, it just felt like he was reading from a menu and not very engaging - also hard to get ahold of prior to the wedding. Other nuances that bothered us, but not as important to mention. Otherwise, all the services directly connected to Wedgewood was PERFECT. Again, the staff was so patient, calm, and accommodating through all the stress of wedding planning. I'm very Type A and wanted to be very involved in every single detail and they accommodated all my specific questions & requests will kindness and patience. Read if you care about same-sex weddings. Overall our experience was very good. The wedding was beautiful and very fun, and planning was a pretty smooth experience. That being said, there was predictable heteronormativity that it didn't seem the staff really prioritized addressing even when requested. The main thing is sooo much stuff got referred to as "bridal" - bridal party, bridal suite, bridal bouquet, etc. (my husband and I are both men), and it never went away no matter how hard we tried. This was more of a problem with the vendors they partner with than with the venue itself. The floral vendor in particular sent us a bunch of bridal bouquet information, and when we requested she take those out, the only thing we got back was renderings of the accent flowers, all white, with none of our wedding colors like the first info packet. The main venue staff was very friendly and responsive, but changes like requesting temporary gender-neutral bathroom signs took a little bit of prodding to get actually accomplished. My understanding is that this had more to do with the corporate team being slow and the golf course where the venue is located being resistant. It did get done, and the signs do look good, so please use them if you're so inclined - it would be nice to know our little contribution carried forward. The DJ was good overall, but at the end of the night when everyone was on the dancefloor and gearing up to cheer for us one last time, he said "let's give it up for the bride and groom!" (again, we're both men). When we called him on it, he apologized three separate times, but it did sort of sour the moment. It just goes to show something our officiant (who we know personally) said is true - it's a special day for you, but just a day at work for them. Would I recommend this venue to a queer couple? Yes. I don't think most anywhere would have done better aside from queer-owned businesses or venues located in an area where they do a very high number of same-sex or other queer weddings. Just be ready for the same old stuff we get elsewhere in southern California and that you'd probably find at other comparable venues - mostly support, but also no shortage of reminders that we are still thought of as "out of the ordinary." All told though, it really was a great time, and planning was pretty easy. read more

Such an amazing experience working with Wedgewood weddings. I love that they have many different venue options to fit every couple's price point and that it is an all inclusive option. The only things not included were the dress/tux (obviously) and any photography or videography. We however ended up spending a bit more on flowers as we didn't realize that the bouquet and flowers for the bridal party were not included (only table centerpieces) but compared to other florists in the area, their vendor still had the best prices. The process of the planning was pretty seamless. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I was able to reach out to the venue and get the answers or help needed. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Not a single thing went wrong and I couldn't be more grateful for my two wedding coordinators that day (the evening coordinator had a different title but can't remember what it was) but they were both so helpful, kind and attentive. All our guests had an amazing time and all gave compliments to the food, the beautiful location, and overall ambiance. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and/or experience! read more

Wholeheartedly would recommend Wedgewood for your wedding. It's pretty much a one stop shop. My husband and I went with all their vendors as part of their premier package except the photographer, simply cause my in-laws had used her services prior and were happy with how those photographs turned out. Baker, florist, DJ, were all excellent and highly recommend all of them. I took off one star only because the florals in their package are only for centerpieces and nothing else. Bouquets, decor, petals, etc. are separate costs paid directly to the florist and are not part of the package. We worked with Jessica, Audrey, Tom, and Jacqueline were all excellent and have nothing but praises for them. read more

My partner and I had our wedding out at Fallbrook Estate this past February, and it was truly one of the best parties we've ever had. We were so thankful for our coordinator, Melinda, who made sure that everything ran smoothly during the ceremony and the reception afterwards. We were shocked when she told us that the couples don't usually take photos with her, so we had to get one with her. It's not often that you get to plan a wedding, but everyone at the Fallbrook Estate location made getting to experience our day without issues so much easier. The food was amazing, the booze flowed like water, and the decorations had us getting compliments for weeks afterwards. The beauty of the venue: Fallbrook Estate was amazing from the moment we stepped out of the car the first time we saw it. We had looked at other wedding venues and always received bad news about my moms health on the way and it dampened every venue for us. In true fashion on the way to Fallbrook Estate we received more bad news about her health. However, when we stepped out of the car this time the news couldn't over shadow this stunning venue. The venue immediately spoke to our hearts. The air is fresh, the flowers are beautiful, and the place is a place where one can dream and truly create the wedding of their dreams. So many places: From the giant bar, to the enormous fireplaces, to the bridge for pictures, the vining tress, the pond behind the ceremony site, the awesome seating area overlooking the pond, the fountain with bistro lights, and the giant love letters covered every base we could have wanted. The pergola on the ceremony site with added wisteria is so beautiful. There are multiple adorable places that flow from one place to another. Our guests were blown away. No stress: We liked that their package included a stellar open bar(priority for us), appointments with all the needed vendors, tables, chairs, charger plates, center pieces, and more. They set everything up for you the day of and make sure you are taken care of. Once you secure a date they have an option to go to a wedding expo there at the site to try food, meet vendors, etc. go to that. It was awesome and helped us visualize our wedding. The food: People devoured the appetizers and raved about the steak. We also had a late night taco snack which was a cool feature that people loved. The people that you want to work with: The wedding planning team is super responsive by email, text, and phone. All questions and ideas are welcome. We never felt like a burden. Melinda was the first person we met and her awesome vibe and welcoming personality instantly made us feel at ease about the wedding process. She is the person that gave us a tour of the venue and we had our first of three wedding meetings with her. She had a great sense of humor and it was like talking to a long lost friend showing you a hidden treasure. We honestly looked forward to every interaction with her. Mikala was our wedding day coordinator and her kindness and reassurance on the day was great. She did a wonderful job working with our wild wedding party at the rehearsal and the day of. It takes a special someone to move and practice with our wedding party and her patience was on point with us. She also made our very wild dream of drinks that had cotton candy floating above them possible. Jennifer was our banquet coordinator and the person in charge of the reception. She honestly treated us like royalty. She was quick to answer questions and had things ready for us before we knew we needed or wanted them. These 3 women were so amazing to work with. There is like a team of 5 women that work together the above women were our favorites. I would try and request them. In-house vendors: We had Dellinger entertainment as the company that provided the dj and mike was so cool to work with. There are multiple djs the venue includes but he is the guy you want. Jennifer from Elegance on Display which is the baker Fallbrook works with was amazing. The dessert tasting was a feast. She made us the most amazing desserts that were on brand for our fairytale theme. We used Stryder for shuttle transportation for our guests. They were able to help us out last minute and it truly saved the day. We transported guests from our hotel to the venue and then back. They responded quickly and the driver bumped some cool wedding sing along music at the end of the night. We also worked with outdoor luxury to order a neat sweetheart table, arch, and larger decor pieces. They totally hit a home run with matching out vision. Lastly, we went with the in-house officiant for us was Rev. Jeff. He is awesome. What he said at the wedding had all of us laughing and crying. We had debated for awhile if the officiant should have been someone we knew but Rev. Jeff was the absolute correct choice. read more

Absolutely great experience from start to finish! After deciding to do our wedding in the San Diego area and checking out a few different venues, we instantly loved Fallbrook Estate and their Wedgewood team sealed the deal for us. They were beyond professional from the beginning and their systematic approach to planning and coordination was so seamless and easy. We were able to easily plan our wedding over 8 months, including us relocating from California to New York in the middle of planning resulting in the majority of our meetings being done over the phone. Every time we spoke, they picked right up where we left of and recalled all of our requests and details. The vendors provided were also outstanding. Our officiant was Jeff Huss who is THE BEST - he genuinely loves what he does and makes you and your guests feel like he's known you for years. We really appreciated him incorporating our story into his service and kept it short and sweet just as we wanted. We had G from DJ Maestro who was also fantastic - Wedgewood had us complete a simple step by step music packet that G reviewed with us over video chat the week before. He showed up the day of ready to work and nailed everything we wanted. Our delicious cake was done by Jennifer from Elegance on Display, she hosted us for a fun taste testing early in the process and can do anything you want. Lastly, our day of coordinator was Abby who is an absolute rockstar. She was so fun, sweet, attentive and patient throughout the event and kept everything moving without zero stress for us. She is a total pro and made the ceremony and reception absolutely perfect. This is truly a wonderful place for a wedding. It is a beautiful location that is remote yet easy to find and makes everything extremely convenient for your guests - the ceremony site and reception area are directly next to each other. There's plenty of parking and locker rooms + bride / groom suites for getting ready. The views are amazing, especially if you do the outdoor ceremony with the mountains and water in the background with a California sunset. To top it all off, we found the pricing to be great as well. We priced out multiple different options and Fallbrook Estate was by far the best overall, we were very pleased knowing SoCal weddings are some of the most expensive in the country. We can't say enough good things about the whole experience. If you need a venue, go see Abby, Katie, Mikayla and Shaina at Fallbrook Estate and you will not regret it. Booking a wedding through Wedgewood weddings was nothing short of amazing. While we had some minor hiccups (all weddings do) the day was stress free and perfect. My main selling factor was that Wedgewood takes care of the bulk of everything which is wonderful when weddings are usually a stressful event. The fallbrook location was breathtaking and we had the best weather. They were also incredibly accommodating through covid with our two rescheduled weddings and made us feel important.
