Faux snug and helix done by fallen angel

A review is so long overdo for the beautiful piercers of fallen angel! Carries and Shannon are so incredibly talented at what they do. I've gotten 6+ piercings from them spanning over 3 years and they have been amazing everytime. They have also helped me put jewelry back in when some of my piercings have shrunk. They give such good advice and always make sure that you leave with ease of mind. I absolutely love all the work they have done and highly recommend anyone who is thinking of who to do their piercings. Thank you ladies for always setting me up for success

Looking for a piercer? Don't let anyone touch you but Carrie. And chances are anyone who has more than one piercing in Sacramento/roseville and beyond.. knows this and will tell you the same. She takes good care of you all throughout the piercing process, before during and after. One time I even went to another well known shop just to buy some jewelry, and when they switched it out for me I had an issue that she had to come to the rescue for!! If anyone asks me to refer them to a piercer, I beg/bully them into going to her. Lol because I know they will be safe with them. I've also been tattooed at this shop by Dr. Myk who is also great, especially when it comes to anything animated!

Got my first tattoo today. Tom was awesome. My tat turned out beautiful just the way I wanted. The shop was artsy and very clean. The staff were so friendly and kind. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends. But unfortunately the pain was too much for me so this one tattoo is it.

I've been to this tattoo shop before. I like to be artist that did a lot of my work on my arm. This time I have the owner, Tom Cooney work on my Chihuahua tattoos on my ankle. The problem with this tattoo or these tattoos or that they did not match anything that I had asked him to do and he refused to show me ahead of time what is designs were to go over them. This time they are in the wrong orientation, they did not match the direction I wanted, and he pressured me into getting them because I have been waiting two months and flew out from Las Vegas to get them done. By him specifically. One dog is missing an ear. They do not resemble my dogs and they are not "cute" in anyway When I told him I was unhappy with the design and how it came out he said I attached his work. His work is now on me and I'm not happy with it in any way shape or form. Take a look for yourself with the pictures here to decide if that's the kind of work do you want on you. My opinion is that an artist should do his best work for every customer. If it's gonna be half hearted or half assed. It should not go on a human being I got the half assed work. Be aware of anyone that pressures you.

DrMyk's cover up he did for me.

I will only go to Fallen Angel . They have done multiple tattoos and multiple cover ups for me. I will always recommend this place. DrMyk, Carrie, Shayla, and Frank (he moved unfortunately) are the best in the business .

    Alexis S.

Frank is my artist. His on instagram and his friendly. I came in asked what his schedule was he gave me his email to communicate my needs and wants. His wife does the scheduling , she was very helpful and friendly. I have went to him three different times. One for my chest piece - for my arm and then third for adding to my arm tattoo. I gave him an idea and gave him freedom to do what would look best.

    Love this!

Shayla drew this up for me based on a few ideas that I had. I can't wait to share the all healed good pictures but here is it all done. Thanks Shayla

Love these people! My friends and I have been going to this place since October of 2021 for piercings :) We all got our septums, and my friends have gotten snake bites, a labret, and nose bridge so far. Shannon is always really careful and precise and has a really cheerful attitude that makes it fun! They do quick and careful work that makes the piercing process a breeze. We'll probably continue coming back here for piercings and hopefully soon for tattoos too! The artists have their art all over the walls here, and they seem to be skilled in lots of different styles, from cartoony to realism, and abstract art too. Really colorful and expressive. I highly recommend!

I walk in to get my nose pierced and ended up leaving without a nose . What's sad is that they didn't even offer to buy me a new nose . What they did offer was a replacement nose (any animal of my choice ) but I didn't want it unless it was a real human nose . You see, what had happened was, Darryl messed up while piercing my nose and the whole nose fell off . I read other reviews about Darryl and how horrible he is but I didn't really pay attention because the decision to get a piercing was a pretty impulsive one . I had my nose pierced when I was 18. Did my strict mother approve ? No. Did I care ? Hell no. Did I end up taking it out ? Yes. Am I on my own now? Yes . Nowadays mama can't tell me nothin! so I decided to get my nose pierced again. I met Darryl at pho viet ( really good food and no, they did not pay me to mention them in this review ) Anyways, Darryl is a super cool guy! He mentioned he does piercings across the street and so I made an impulsive decision to go in and get it done . Darryl was professional and kept me calm by talking about mma and the deftones. Unfortunately I don't have an actual horror story to tell you because my experience was good . Do I recommend Darryl ? Definitely . YOLO!

Ask the Community - Fallen Angel Tattoo

Their website says they do get what you get tattoos. Are they still actively doing this?

I’m sorry but that won’t work

Our minimum is $80 so that much each as long as they take under 40 minutes ea

Do you do the snake eyes piercing? if so, how much?

    For piercing questions email piercercarrie@gmail.com

How much is sleeve tattoos for women's like lotus pedals or rose pedals with wind bars?

We charge $120hr, and a full sleeve like that could take 25-40 hours rough guess :)

How much for a philtrum/Medusa piercing?

    $60:-)

How much does nipple piercings cost?

    $90pr

How much is the nose piercing and for a small tattoo cost about?

How much for standard ear piercing?

    $25 for 1 or $40pr :)

Do you sell threadless push in lip studs?

No, just internally threaded for now, we’ll probably have more of the push in style in around 2 weeks though:-)

Is an appt required to come in tonight for new ink and to refresh and add to some old ink?

No, they accept Walk-ins however, they do get busy because they have a great staff that does wonderful work so your best option is to make an appointment if possible.

Does anyone have a rough estimate on the shops hourly wage here?

    $120hr:-)

We came here for the Opening Reception July 18, 2026 from 5-7pm to see our favorite Artist Mary Pippitt who did Wintry City Scape; 16x16; using Encaustic selling for $300. What an opening. There were 150 different artists showing their work. Not all the artists were present, if they were they would have been over capacity. The gallery was filled with so much beautiful and moving artwork and bustling with artists and patrons. I love the variety: Encaustic, Cold Wax, Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, mixed media, fabric, metal, ceramic, glass, wood, ect. I love seeing so many varieties of art in one place. Maybe I'll join one day at the FAMILY $120/year as it comes with NARM, where you can visit 900+ Musuem and gallery's for no additional fee. We currently belong to my favorite museum and receive the NARM benefits which allows us to go to all the Sacramento Museums plus all the ones in North America. It's a great deal, you save so much money and are motivated to expand your horizon. I love going to galleries and museums so this was definitely up my alley and in my comfort zone. It was nice to attend with friends and be able to go out to dinner afterwards and discuss all that we saw.

Fire & Rain Gallery is an adorable little art, furniture, jewelry, and home goods boutique located…read moreat 705 Sutter Street. Most of the items in the store are created by local artists, but a few come from national artists. The pieces are very eclectic. I've seen everything in this gallery from clocks, to Lazy Susans, to a steel stripper statue suspended from the ceiling by a swing on chains. No matter what your price range is, there is something for you here. The jewelry pieces are stunning, and most of it is affordable. If anyone is looking for a last minute Mother's Day gift for a woman with great taste, Fire & Rain Gallery just might have what you're looking for. It would be impossible to decide what my favorite item in the store is, but I absolutely adore their selection of artsy clocks. They also have handbags, wallets, and all kinds of other accessories. When fact-checking for my review, I found out some interesting information about the gallery. It originally opened at 609 Sutter Street, where Citizen & Vine is now located, in 1994. By 2011, the gallery had moved to El Dorado Hills, but in 2017, they came back to Folsom, just down the street from where they had been before. An old, deleted review on an old, deleted Yelp page describes "the upstairs as magical." I can't imagine Fire & Rain with an upstairs, or being just up the street from Planet Earth Rising, but it looks like that's where it used to be. The new location is sort of long and narrow (and is only one story, as far as I know). The gifts and jewelry are in the front room, which is the largest. The room behind that has mini rooms sectioned off on each side, which is where most of the smaller art pieces are usually kept. In the back of the gallery, natural light shines through a window with stained glass panels around its edges. An orange tree sits just on the other side of the window, like natural art. The back room is usually my favorite, since this is where the larger furniture pieces are kept. There are also several pieces in this room by an artist who paints NorCal forests in this magical, surreal manner. If I had $700 to spend on a painting, I would buy one of those. Overall, the art is well-chosen, the ambiance is outstanding, and the employees are friendly. This is one of my favorite shops on Sutter Street.
