We're so glad we did. What won us over first was how straightforward they were. Our salesperson, Val, took the time to patiently explain all the options and the genuine tradeoffs rather than pushing us toward the most expensive system, and their price ended up well below the other quotes we'd received for a system that was actually a better fit for our home. We went with a Daikin Fit R-32 unit. The install had its tricky moments, but the crew was fantastic. Josh, Steve, and Adam were the core team, and when it came down to finishing on time, they had more than six people out here making it happen. The day after the installation, we ran into a defective leak sensor, and they took care of it quickly and without any fuss, which honestly says more about a company than a flawless job would. To top it off, the owner (another Josh) came by in person afterward to make sure we were completely happy. So I payed Mike the owner $125 for the so called "tuneup" and "inspection" job and he went on his way. The next day I called a second company too get a second opinion and comes too find out they told me there was no tuneup done too the furnace at ALL!! Even though I paid Mike the previous day to do so. And that's NOT ALL. The "repairs" mike the owner suggested were "necessary" were false and dishonest according to the other company Terry and Nancy HVAC. So I had to pay a second time to get the job inspected and tuned up right this time. Comes to find out a heat sensor was blocked from the built up of dust that was blocking the heater from turning on which I paid the owner Mike too do so and didn't. The second company also pointed out my furnace had a ten year warranty. But according to Mike it only had a six year warranty that just "expired" which was also dishonest of Mike.
