Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns. You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently! Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Once they had me in their system, they started contacting me in advance to schedule the test each year, which I really appreciate since the city notice doesn't usually give a lot of turnaround time. This year the city surprised me by sending the notice a month early, and I was on vacation when the notice came. This left me with just over a week before it was due. I contacted 5 Star Backflow Services and they were able to do the test just a couple days later. After the test they always send the report directly to the city within 24 hours.
