Classy, Modern, New, Fresh, Awesome, latest technology, TV's with XBox in the waiting room for the kids (or me! lol) TV's to watch world cup in the chair, highly trained Dentists that do pain free work (lol I super hate going to the dentist), and a friendly staff with reasonable affordable rates. These are just some of the things I saw today during my trip to the dentists office. This place is a 10 out of 10! I love what Dublin is becoming, we now got a BJ's, new Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Outlets across the overpass, Dublin Ranch Golf, etc. This dentist office is in the perfect location because its down the street from Dublin Ranch and its right in the newest latest location where there will be more new shops coming. Enough about the location and decor, now to the staff and Drs: I was really impressed today, had a crown put in so this morning I was very nervous. Dr Boparai made me very comfortable because every step of the way she would describe what was about to happen along with what I would feel. Example: "Ok Im going to inject you now and you will feel a slight pinch". I know its very child like or elementary for a 32 year old man to be impressed by this, but if you fear the dentist as much as I do or dont frequent like I do ( once every 4-5 years lol) this is the kind of personal touches that make a person like me feel comfortable in what is normally an uncomfortable procedure. Billing: Very very surprised at the end when I saw my total amount due. For a new place, where its evident that they probably dropped $1 million+ into opening this office, the price tag was very very affordable. I had been quoted almost double by our normal Dr., and so when my wife found Fallon and we gave it a try, it worked out for my pocket book! Im really glad I went here, and I strongly recommend anybody who needs a dentist and lives out here in Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore to check them out. read more

My husband and daughter came to do a routine cleaning. We have been to other dentists before but our primary dentist was all booked, so decided to try a new one. My daughter is 3 and a half and all they did was count her teeth, while we have had other dentists brush her teeth and sing her songs and talk to her about dental hygiene. As for my husband, all they did was take X-rays. No cleaning because they said their hygienist wasn't there. If they didn't have a hygienist there, why would we have scheduled to come in to do a routine cleaning? Waste of time and money. read more

I am not happy with my recent visits with Fallon Dental Group. I was told to wait even though I arrived earlier than my appointments both times. I was told that the dentists were in the middle of procedures with other patients and they were running late. I can understand this might happen once in a while but this has happened too frequent for me. (one on 9-13-18 and one on 9-25-18). I feel I am less important than the other patients and my appointments do not mean anything to them. If the prior patient needs more treatment time then they should schedule me at a later time. My time is just as important as others. I ended up seeing a dental assistant on my 9-13-18 visit and saw Dr. C on my second appointment. read more

I've been coming to this location for the past couple of years and I love it. I drive all the way from Sacramento to come to this specific location although I'm pretty sure I pass 100 other dental offices I could try. I was referred by a friend because I hate going to the dentist (like most people do) and have had an amazing experience each time I visit. I just moved to dublin, and I just had a teeth cleaning with Fallon Dental Group. When I got home, I found that the black stains are still on my teeth surface. It is terrible! I knew that those stains are removable, because during my previous teeth cleanings, the dentists (elsewhere) could take them off by simply using ultrasound. I love this dental office. The staff, the cleanliness, the quality... I am very particular about my teeth, and Fallon Dental hits all the points for me. They have the latest equipment and their staff consistently provide a pleasant experience. They never pressure me to purchase work I don't need, and have even convinced me not to shell out $$$$ on a procedure I thought I needed. I have never loved a dental office before, but I love this office. Not only is it beautiful, clean, organized, well managed, and within minutes from home, but everyone appears to love what they are doing. I actually cried at the counter, because I have never had the chance to address my dental needs and Stephanie has helped so much. Dr. Boporai is amazing. The front office person, I think her name is Madeana, is rude. She does not want you asking more questions, I was asked to have deep cleaning, when I wanted 'root canal' for the teeth. Was told deep cleaning should be done before root canal. With pain i had undergone for root canal. I later realized, from others, that it's not the case. Customer service at the front desk is terrible. I canceled a service and they went ahead with it anyways. My daughter went for a cleaning and they left all the plaque on her teeth. I went for a cleaning once, they said I needed a filling which I accepted, so they did it, and then they did not perform the cleaning at all. They have had several shortcomings since I started going there a couple of years ago. I'm looking for another dental office for my whole family. I would not recommend. read more

Overall friendly vibes and made my visit a great experience, even though I was getting fillings. Sabrina & Alana who were at the front desk were very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Boparai & Courtney (hygienist) made the procedure a breeze. They made me feel really comfortable and being able to watch The Price is Right made the time go by quickly. I love the smiles dentistry chain. I've been to Livermore's, Davis', Folsom's, and now Dublin's offices. (I moved away 3yrs ago for college) The Davis and Folsom offices were AMAZING. Great customer service, I loved my hygienist and really everyone there in both offices. I was treated nicely, I felt comfortable and welcome. They even made sure to pull my files from Livermore and help me transition easily. After I moved back home, I transferred myself back to Livermore's location. I struggled with their customer service. They made it difficult to transfer back, they had no patience with me. They wouldn't answer my call even after I had just gotten off the phone with them. When I went in, I felt really criticized and attacked. I was also annoyed because they didn't have my old records from Davis and Folsom so we wasted a lot of time going over procedures I had already done. When we scheduled my next appt, it never went through. Then again, with the terrible phone service, I worked with them to update my contact information so they wouldn't be calling my mom and two days later I find out that also never went through because they still ended up contacting my mother instead of me to confirm my appt. Because of their inability to provide quality customer service, I decided to switch to Dublin's, which I LOVED. They answered their phones, didn't make me feel attacked, they were able to get all my files from the other offices including livermore. Each employee I came in contact with was GENUINE. It was like we've been friends the entire time. I felt so at home even though the dentist gives me so much anxiety. Dr. Singh is AMAZING and so gentle. I love that office and they have done such a good job taking care of me and providing QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICES on all aspects of my experiences with them. read more

I had an issue with my previous Dental Office where they've been telling me different reasons on why my treatment is not covered by my insurance and should be paid out of pocket. I explained my bad experience to Fallon Dental Office and they accomodated my financial concerns! They explained to me clearly what my insurance coverage is and why its not covered which is all I need. I can't wait to have my long term treatment plan with them and will be bringing the whole family next time. My son Timothy went in today to have his 4 wisdom teeth pulled, went under full anethesia and got 2 after surgery pain killer prescription- drop off the prescription at Kaiser but got a call from Kaiser that I need to pick up the prescription slip and bring them back to Fallon Dental to have the doctor "dated" & "initial" the prescription slips so they can complete the order. So "very inconveniet". I would expect people in health care industry would pay attention to details. A 20 mins medicine order ended up being a 2 1/2 hr process while my son are coping with pain at home -waiting for his medicine. Not a good gesture of proffesional care.... read more

Seniors beware! Fallon Dental group is opportunistic. A senior covered by Medicare Dental Option was denied standard teeth cleaning (which was covered under Medicare) and pressured to do a deep cleaning (which would have resulted in OVER $600 out of pocket expenses). We went to another Dentist who said no infection was present, numbers were within expectations 1,2,3, and an occasional 4 near implants and that deep cleaning was not necessary. Unbelievable to try to take advantage of our senior citizens. One good thing they did was transfer the Xrays to another dentist at no cost ... for that, I thank them. read more

All I needed to do was find a closer dentist for a routine checkup, so I contacted my provider and they sent me here. Fallon Dental Group is a brand new facility, and the rooms were almost fun to be in, because you could watch the monitors, and the dental assistants are always showing you the footage of your mouth, first-hand! And you could watch TV while your teeth are cleaned! This also means excellent X-ray tools, so you're not running in and out of different rooms. Everyone on the staff was very kind and courteous, and always informing you of the next action or approach to your exam, making things very comfortable. I'm not a picky person at all, but I could imagine someone frightened of the dentist having a very easy time here. I knew I would need some added work like fillings or crowns, and the office gave me a number of options to choose from, instead of just a 'bill.' I won't recommend this place at ALL. First, the front desk young girl has a serious attitude. If you don't buy anything ( everything there is SUPER expensive, it's 10X more expensive here than other dentist, I'm NOT kidding), she will give you a dirty look and show you her attitude. Secondly, their dentist is nice, but with heavy accent. I can barely understand it. Third one, it's still the front desk lady, she will be nice with you at the beginning when she tried to talk to you purchase the expensive option, if you say no, she will just turn around at you and walked away! very bad experience. read more

Like Amin and Mike's reviews below, I had similar experience with Fallon dental. Dr Boparai is fine and so was her assistant who treated me well. As far as the quality of filings done on my teeths (around 8 in a week); I would give it a 7 out of 10 for quality of work performed as some tooth still have pain. Then I had appointments for 1 tooth extraction and bone graft and in few months after that possibly an implant on same tooth. But its pulling tooth with front office Manager Sabrina Sudharshana. She is very short and dry and lacks customer service skills. Of course also very moody and depends which day of the week/time you catch her. She is very unstable in her behavior when dealing with me. When asked for a ballpark quote of what the charges were for extraction, bone graft and implants when asked; I wasn't responded back to hence I cancelled my appts with them. An email came back to me but it was too late for me to re-consider them by then and even that email stated a quote cannot be given. Also I learned She does not know what the other employees do there so she asked for me to go to a specialist for a re-evaluation before Dr Cangini will see me which I had already done and paid approx. $300 for with their referred specialist two-three weeks prior to her asking me. Apparently, patient's file is not notated of any movements or her failure not to read the chart before calling a patient and create confusion. So my advice, be very careful when dealing with them and their pricing vs what your insurance will cover. Always ask upfront what their cost is per treatment code and then call your insurance to verify what your share of charge will be. This dentist feels more like a retail business and less a service oriented business for treatment and making patient's feel calm and relaxed...... read more

I write this review with sadness because honestly when I started coming here I used to love it. All of the doctors have been good since the beginning including the ones who are no longer employed here (Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Phillips). What I am not okay with is the treatment I have gotten when I opt for fillings which are included under my covered benefit vs. tooth colored fillings which I have to pay extra for AND also with issues not being taken care of during the same visit. I came for my prophy cleaning on 10/17/18 with Dr. Singh. During this visit I complained of a large piece of my molar (tooth #30) breaking off recently. Dr. Singh told me she would be able to take care of this with a filling. Besides being asked to come early for my scheduled appointment (which I tried my best to because working in healthcare, I understand), I was asked to COME BACK for another appointment to get my tooth fixed. I agreed because the doctor told me that she could fix tooth #30 and fill other two other cavities in the same appointment. I was then walked to the front desk by RDA Paolo (who is great, btw!) to talk to the receptionist about my fillings. She explained the pros and cons of tooth colored fillings (not covered by my insurance) and amalgam fillings (completely covered). When choosing the covered benefit and explaining that I could not spare the expense for white fillings at this moment she further tried to convince me to get the service that I have to pay extra for and already said NO to. She then told me that because I was choosing amalgam fillings and that they "take longer" that I would have to get my 3 separate fillings in 3 separate visits when the doctor had originally said she could do 3 fillings in one visit!! The worst part is that I was scheduled 2 and a half weeks out and my broken tooth would not even be the first one to get fixed. SO here I sit with a broken heart because I loved this place AND a broken tooth, obviously. :( I came to them all the way from San Leandro so I will be choosing a different provider closer to my new address and will also be cancelling my future appointments with them. Crazy conversation with Sabrina Sudarsana - she argued with me about insurance coverage before I even came in. All I needed was a referral to an endodontist!!! NO crown needed here I have different insurance that I would use to get my crown. All I have to say it make sure you find out with your insurance what you're required to pay. I was not even going to this dental office for a crown and Sabrina made a crown a huge issue, and she called my previous dentist wish is a HIPAA violation. According to our dental insurance we have a contracted amount, that is all we have to pay unless we choose an item above the contract, I would highly suggest that you check your insurance to make sure they have not over billed you. Iv e already had one dentist quote me that my daughter needed 9 porcelain inlays and crown lengthening $7300 then as I asked more questions they turned into simple fillings. I absolutely refuse to pay more than I am required to. These dental office are like used car salesmen, scammers. Just because they do in house crowns does not mean you have to pay extra, they are still required to offer you the contracted benefit, if YOU CHOOSE the Cerac crown then you do pay the additional fee. Either way always ask for a Treatment plan and get it approved by your insurance. first dont let this office tell you because they do cerac crowns you have to pay extra and have to take that crown not true, they have to offer you the contracted benefit. read more

I am added on my husbands dental insurance plan (cigna), when i visited fallon for regular check up, i was adviced to get my 10 yrs old crown be replaced. They were having a 20% off promotion going on...it was going to cost me $565 ($707 without promotion). so I had got my old crown removed and got it replaced with a new crown (emax) by Dr.Sanchez. He did great. It was a 2 .5 hrs procedure and he has done it with extreme care and perfection. The finish looks flawless and the procedure also felt smooth. I definitely recommend him for the crown related procedures. The rest of the staff was friendly, decent in accommodating the treatments, in scheduling/rescheduling the appointments, explaining the costs and benefits, there was no cribbing whatsoever. I wish I was never given the office as my primary location. And I wish I could give ZERO STARS. I am 7 months pregnant and called to schedule an appointment due to an extremely uncomfortable tooth ache. The next day I was in and was told I need a root canal. I opted for an appointment about a week and a half later in Livermore. At the time of my appointment the pain had slightly subsided so I figured I could wait. Later that evening the pain was so unbearable I began calling emergency dental offices because Fallon was closed. I took a Tylenol and as the pain subsided I decided to wait until Fallon opened at 7am. I called at 7 and was on hold until after 8am. They were unable to schedule me an appointment and instead gave me phone numbers of offices to call myself when they opened. I opted for a different dentist who offered to come in early to fit me in his packed schedule to drain my tooth to make me comfortable and relieve the pain. I ended up having to pay OUT OF POCKET. Soon after, someone from Fallon called asking if I wanted to keep my root canal appointment. YES I WOULD! She proceeded to tell me they could have drained the tooth at their office. THAT OPTION WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME BY THE DENTIST. She also offered to call to see if she can get me a closer appointment, to which I never heard from her again. All I was told is I needed a root canal and the specialist isn't in for another 3 weeks so I needed to go to Livermore. I wasn't told the pain would come and go or that I even needed antibiotics. I ended up getting antibiotics from the other dentist I went to. I AM APPALLED at the level of service I received from this dental office and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! read more

Awesome experience ! Dr. Bopari is very good and thorough. I had avoided wisdom teeth extraction for 9 years and after consulting with her, I felt more confident and comfortable to get it removed. The surgery was performed by Dr. Patel. He did a great job. He also calls and checks on his patients after the surgery.
