So far we've stayed in the Peacock, Teal, Latte and French Country rooms. Once, we came with my parents , and we shared the Lyon House across the street. Each time, we have loved our visit. The hospitality is fantastic-I always feel like I'm staying with a great aunt that loves to take care of her family. Really, it's that good. We have done the Dine and Unwind package, which includes a delicious dinner and a couples' massage. Best experience ever! If you're looking for a special getaway, be sure to consider this. One of the best decisions I've made in a long time. It's set in an old church that's been renovated to have five rooms in the lower level, and we stayed in the King room. The first thing they said when we walked in was feel free to explore and make yourselves at home which we totally did. Vicki and her husband Craig were great and they took care of us even making us a nice breakfast in the morning before we headed out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

If we had known, we would have booked somewhere else. For being the most expensive hotel in the area, it was definitely not worth the price. The TV barely worked, the shower pressure was very weak, and the towels were incredibly rough and uncomfortable. The only thing I genuinely liked was the shampoo and conditioner they provided. Overall, this hotel did not live up to the price or expectations. I wouldn't stay here again unless they make some major improvements and are more upfront about amenities that aren't available.

This is hands down the swankiest hotel I've ever found in a small town. The décor is incredibly classy, the rooms are spotless, and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and I've stayed in some pretty high-end hotels. The bedding and pillows were perfect. I usually bring my own pillow because hotel pillows are usually terrible, but I didn't need it here. Everything felt extremely clean and well cared for, and the rooms smell amazing (I don't know what they use, but it works). The bathroom was my absolute favorite--if I were to design my dream bathroom, this would be it. The tub easily fits two people, and the shower has dual rain shower heads. Pure luxury. They also provide complimentary toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and not the tiny bottles you get one use out of. They even include bath salts, which was such a nice touch. As others have mentioned, there's a pretty sweet coffee machine in the lobby. Don't skip it if you're a coffee drinker, you won't be disappointed. If you're planning a trip to Lava Hot Springs, stay here. Lava is only about 15 minutes down the highway, and it is 100% worth it. From the moment we checked in, we could hear children running and jumping nonstop in the room above us. We tried to be understanding at first--kids need to get their energy out--but it became excessive. It continued into the night and then started again early the next morning around 7:30 AM, waking us up and going on for hours. We called the front desk, and the response was disappointing. We were told that quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM, so there wasn't much they could do. While I understand policies, constant running and jumping all day is not reasonable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. After pushing the issue, they said they would call the room, but nothing improved. Ultimately, the noise made our stay miserable, and we ended up leaving early just to get some peace. As loyal Hilton guests, this experience was really frustrating and honestly reflects a decline in the level of service we've come to expect. We won't be staying at this location again.
