this place is awful first of all they had My Car for almost 3 months for front end damage they got paid $10,000 and put used parts all on my car. My headlights are used. They got fog all in them. I drive a Beamer. The owner told me I took such good care of My Car then why did you make my car look fucked up like it does I would never recommend this place to anyone and the other owner. He's a total asshole. He's a jerk. Teresa was cool as fuck but if you ever got a deal with Al get ready for him to start yelling at you he yelled at me like I was one of his fucking kids and that's not OK. Teresa had to back me up. I am an 85 year-old-veteran and have owned 36 personal automobiles over the years. I've had mechanical work done on those vehciles in at least 40 different states. I belive I have acquired a lot of knowledge in selecting Auto Mechanics. About six months ago I discovered Family Auto Collision simply because it is only 10 minutes from my home. The first thing I found out about this auto shop was they really are a family owned and operated business for many years. I had some small work done on my KIA, suprisingly, the work and price was great. Next, I brought my daughter's Ford Escape in for several more expensive repairs. Again, the service and work was truly professional, as was the modest, affordable charges. Last, was my BMW. This was the real test because I had been given a sizable estimate by a dealer for work that had to be done to continuing driving it. The family performed the same work for easily 1/3 less. During all my interaction with this truly professional auto repair company, I honestly felt I was treated more as a family member, than a customer. I don't have to look for anther auto repair dealer again in Vegas. Family Auto will always have my business in the future regardless what kind of vehicles I may come to own. read more

My boyfriend is a great driver & I'm not just saying that. Unfortunately we all make mistakes and he hit our neighbors car. Just a little damage, nothing big. We called a few places and Al helped us out! He was amazing from begin to end. Fast response and we were able to handle it all over the phone. They did a great job repairing the damage for my Blue Kia Soul which was damaged in the front left fender bender (driver's side). I was glad to get it back so soon (within 2.5 weeks) from them despite the setbacks they faced from the dealership supplying the parts needed for the repair. I also liked that they are easy to contact whenever I had to contact them throughout the repair. Payment was processed through my Progressive Auto insurance which was easy and seamless overall and I only had to pay my deductible during pickup. read more

I just have to say that this place is very professional and very helpful. my car was stolen and I was so stressed out didn't know what to do I called this place and I ended up speaking to the owner of the place and she was wonderful! she even helped me with reaching out to my insurance company to help with the process of getting my car fixed due to all the damage that was caused. Got in an accident in Nov and they still have my car this day. Al and Theresa are always making up different types of excuses and always delay with my vehicle. Theresa is the fakest person to talk to and Al definitely does not know how to work on updated vehicles. The receptionist is not knowledgeable about what's going on around her and they lack at keeping the customer informed. This business is so sketchy and I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to go here. The worst, worst place to get your vehicle fixed is here, I don't know how they have good reviews, I dare say that maybe they are made up by themselves, I had an accident and unfortunately the insurance paid these people more than $5,000.00, first they are very nice and after they are already doing the work they no longer answer the phone, the customer service girl doesn't know anything and only answers: allow me a little bit, when my car was supposedly ready and I checked it, they left the paint different from the car, from a distance you can see the difference in colors, it didn't have any support on what is the bumper and plastics that they removed, they broke the water tank line to clean the windows I suppose when they removed the hood, of course I went to have it fixed again and they wanted me to pay out of my pocket for the rental of a car while they fixed the mess they left, of course I said no and they wanted to lend me an old van, that you couldn't open the doors and the floor of the van looked like the dogs were sleeping in it, as well as a pile of trash, of course I didn't want to and finally they lent me a more decent car to move around and of course they didn't leave my car the same but they weren't going to fix anything because they already had their $5000.00 in their business, so if you want them to leave your car like shit go and take it there. read more
