I told the guy specifically to not leave a gap between the name/Navy patches and the top of my pocket. I showed the guy an example image as well. I also gave him a patch that was supposed to replace the whole right pocket of my uniform. I explained it in detail on how it should be done and they told me that they understood. I picked it up five days later and it was completely messed up. I explained that it wasn't what I wanted and they made me still pay! All of the work was incorrect and lazily done. They ruined my pocket and now I have to buy a new pocket patch. Do not bring your uniforms here!

I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. The back of Park & Laundry is an inclined ramp. Absolutely not safe for wheelbound persons or anyone with balance circumstances. Complimentary WIFI for current customers. Bathroom. I took 2 shirts in to get 6 patches sewn on a Thursday afternoon. I needed my uniforms by Tuesday. The lady assured me they would be ready. My wife went to pick them up on Tuesday after 3pm and my uniforms were not ready. She started to sew them on the spot while my wife waited. The quality was horrible. I paid $120.00 cash only for me to have them fall apart right away. I shouldn't have given them a chance, however I like to support ma and pa businesses when I can. Usually small businesses have great service but not only was the quality horrible but the value and customer service was way below average. The lady who was there was so rude and acted like we were a bother. Never again!
