I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. I picked up the shirt with the white shoulder covering on it. When I went to wear it I noticed a piece of wax or glue stuck to the left shoulder area which was not there prior to...I work in a sterile clean environment office and would have noted that! I brought the shirt back and went to pick it up an low and behold the glue spot was removed as well as all the color! Furthermore, the collar lost color from aggressive heat. I negotiated a small credit as the owner refused a cash refund for the shirt, worn only twice. I will NEVER return to this place as my clothes are expensive and part of my occupation.
