I requested service for my car via Yelp, and Kelvin called me right away. He asked a few questions…read moreabout the car and said he would provide a quote the next day. The following morning, Kelvin called me back, we scheduled the appointment for Thursday, and I let him know I would be waiting rather than dropping the car off. He confirmed that would be fine. The morning of the appointment, I drove to Turlock from Modesto and he took my car in immediately. Within an hour, the service was completed. Kelvin also mentioned that if my check engine light comes on again, I should give him a call and he will fix it right away. During the visit, I asked Kelvin many questions since I am not a mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful insights on what to watch for in the future. Kelvin was great to work with. Melanie was also excellent and clearly reviewed the invoice with me. The mechanic was helpful as well and explained that he could fix the broken shifter in my car if needed. Overall, everyone there was great! A man came out right away ! I just barely got out of my truck. My tank was large enough that I wouldn't be able to put it back into the bed. It's just too heavy. This man didn't even hesitate.
