Fast forward to Today's Dental, I walked into their office to see if I could get an appointment for a cleaning. To my surprise they gave me an appointment for 2 days away. On my appointment day I arrived and was called back almost immediately. Had the pleasure of being seen by Doctor Snyder and he was amazing. Great conversation, steady hand, very conscious of my comfort and he did an amazing job. He showed me before & after photos and I thought that was a great use of technology so the patient can see what was accomplished. The facility was new, clean, modern and very impressive (They even had TV's mounted on the ceiling) (lol). The staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. I had an exceptionally amazing experience and I look forward to going to my next appointment with them. I would recommend this location to anyone I know in need of a good Dentist. To Today's Dental - I don't know how many people send thank you cards to their Dentist, but I know that if any Dentist deserves it, you do. I was sent home with a mere six low-dose pain pills. By this morning, the pain had become unbearable. I called to request just a day or two more of medication to get through the worst of the recovery, and I was told someone would speak with the doctor and call me back. When I did hear back, I was informed that the doctor had declined to prescribe any additional medication and advised me to alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am in agonizing pain, reduced to tears, and feel completely abandoned in my recovery. I understand the concerns around narcotics, but this was major oral surgery involving multiple infected teeth. To be left without adequate pain control is both cruel and negligent. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. You received nearly $5,000 for this procedure, and what I'm left with is trauma, unmanaged pain, and no meaningful support. This is not care--it's profit-driven indifference. Please do better. No patient should have to go through this.

Most insurance companies do not cover fluoride for adults. Why? Because it is in toothpaste, water, and almost everything that we drink like milk, pop and ever beer. I went to another dentist for 30 years and not once did they offer or recommend Fluoride. I had to find a new dentist due to the staffing issues at previous dentist office. Looks like I picked the wrong place. The hygienist will ask you if you want fluoride right after polishing your teeth (which has fluoride). If you say yes and insurance does not cover it, you will be handed a bill for $30 when you leave. They should look up our coverage and let you know that if not covered you will be charged $30 out of pocket. There are other Google reviews about this same topic. Doesn't look like that are willing to change their process to inform the patient of any charges and not surprise them with a bill.

OK fine, I need a filling replaced. As I already told them over the phone. Then they have a financial person come in. She hands me a bill that says $407. Asks me to sign and confirm that the new price is ok. I sign. The procedure goes OK, except the dentist talks constantly about how she hates the Bellevue office and only wants to be in Papillion. Front desk time. Same Financial person now says the bill is $697. Truly horrible experience.

On their last appointment they called asking if she could come in early so the technician could go home early since their last appointment had cancelled. When my mom asked the front desk people for an estimate on additional work they suggested they refused to give her one bc they were getting ready to wrap up for the night too and would email it to her instead. My mom explained she didn't have/use email and they rudely insisted they would call her. They have yet to call and it's been over a week. Never going back or referring anyone else here again.
