My recent visit, my mind was blown. The store absolutely is very heavily stocked with anything and everything which is one of those mind blown moments, but everything is in such disarray that it creates a frustration trying to shop let alone search for things. I generally limit my shopping to the housewares and furnishing areas, and I just cannot wrap my mind around, trying to look at everything because there were empty carts stuck in the middle of several aisles, and it was really difficult to figure out sizes, etc., in the bedding area because nothing was labeled and nothing was in order. Well, I ended up not purchasing anything because of disarray, that doesn't mean that I won't be back for the hunt!

Nice to know I can find here too. After my cart if full, it's off to the register's, never a wait when I have come in as they have many available and all self check out. If you look hard and are willing to spend more there are some natural stone pieces with some wood accents. We browsed around and made sure to stop in the dog section to browse for toys, this ones seemed a bit smaller of a selection than some of the stores we frequent, but they had a lot of Halloween costumes for dogs right now. So talk about the worst customer service I've ever had here. All thanks to Robin!!…read more I walked in the store at 9:50 and was told by Robin that I have one minute to do my shopping. Then by 9:53 I got to the checkout line waiting to see Robin at the register. While waiting in line there was a guy at the door... mind you they were locked, asking to get one item and she yelled from the register that the store was closed. Just so you know the store doesn't close till 10 so as I'm standing in line she walks to the door mid transaction from the lady in front of me and yells again through the locked doors they were closed. He shows her the time on his phone and says he just needs to get one thing, so she lets him in and he runs to the cosmetics aisle to grab what he needs. So he is then behind me in line and at that point he decides that he needs to grab one other thing and runs again to the cosmetic Aisle. My cashier Robin says she's not going to help him out and he's about to not get anything at all... yikes! She then asks a different cashier who is just walking up to assist him so they can get out early. That other cashier is extremely kind and takes care of the transaction and says "hey we are not closed till 10." Then turns to Robin and says " I know I said I wanted to get out early but looks like Robin is pushing for it". By the way, her excuse was saying that she had paperwork to do and so she needed to close the store early. Again yikes dollar tree!! Dollar tree seriously Robin needs some coaching on customer service and the etiquette of closing at 10 o'clock, not 9:51 but 10 o'clock. I would have given one star if it wasn't for that young lady with dark long hair, who was absolutely amazing. Thank you for keeping it 100 % girl hope you have a happy holiday if you see this. If there were more people like this young girl working there this location would get five stars. Just saying.

They have all kinds of housewares, they have furniture, they have beer and wine, and a very large food section. They have all kinds of foods and candies from around the world, with specific section of Chinese food items. I got a coffee, crisp, which you can't get here in the US, it's a chocolate bar with a chocolate/mocha covered vanilla wafers in the middle. It's delicious. You can taste the coffee but it doesn't overwhelm the chocolate. They play very well together. I got some knoppers, chocolate covered wafers, that also has a milk/hazelnut filling in the middle I fell in love with those the first time my partner introduced me to them. When I found them at this store, I was thrilled I also got some original Cadbury. The Cadbury they sell here in the USA, is made by Hershey's. It's OK, but it's nothing like the original that comes from the UK. You can definitely taste the difference. A great store. I will be back to refill my "candy stash." thank you

The only thing I'd recommend is to check the expiration date on items. Overall, this store is clean, well-maintained and has friendly customer-service. I think the owners are also in the store working and I see them from time to time. If you need to return something due the product not being good or fresh they will accept it just as long as it is within a reasonable time frame. I also like that they have pet food and cat litter here for less than what most stores charge. The organic items are also reduced here such as the eggs I purchased for $2.49 (that's a steal!) Grateful to be shopping at this store.
