Love this store.. it beats going to Wal-Mart sometimes when you only need like one item. You can run into here and usually always find it.

While I was there, I also grabbed some of the detox juice shots that I love, plus a few other essentials and items for my son. It was a super quick trip, and the location is just really convenient. They have a self-checkout available, but today I actually went through a regular register line. There were no long lines at all, and I was in and out of there in no time.

They just hand you receipts without looking at you or saying a word during check out. They walk around the store looking like zombies who are afraid to bump into customers . And one time at Drive Up, the lady stood there without saying anything, and when we gave her the code, she didn't say a word. We opened the trunk, she threw our bags and just left without saying anything! Talking about being rude and unhappy! It's crazy how one person can ruin the vibe of the store for everyone. I'd still come here for the convenience and the selection. As for value, I like taking advantage of the Circle Deals on my app. Most of the employees here are still helpful, but some people do need customer service reminders!

Also I am scrapbooking for my grandsons and found stickers, binders and containers!! All items were around $5.00. You definitely will find treasures. Then I learned that they had a thrift shop that supported the rescue plus having kitties to pet? what more could you want. Finally made it here today on a Wednesday. It is located in the older downtown area of Lincoln. Very quaint with street parking and a very small parking lot of about 8 spaces. It is small inside and you may never notice the indoor catios of cats to be adopted. The one closer to the door is very small with two adult cats. The other side has a double entry door to keep escaping kittens from getting out. Yes Kittens!! There were 4 that I saw with another one hiding. Surprised that they were as skittish as they were considering there was a lot of traffic in there. They limit up to 4 people in at a time. There is a vending/gumball machine to buy cat treats but clearly they were either tired of them or they weren't tasty because NONE of them wanted it. But I still got to pet every single one. I recently adopted 3 and hubs said no more but I tell you if I could find one more to win his heart, we will have 4. I'm working on it :) Now onto the thrift store itself. The ladies working there are very nice. The store is pretty full and priced fairly. All clothing items are $4. Very easy. Its clean and organized. All proceeds help the rescue. Fieldhaven is one of the best local cat rescues I have seen so I was happy to support. I didn't buy anything but I donated money in the jar up front. Next time I will come here to donate my next box of goods instead of using the curbside mailers.

For me I have had too.many bad experiences with Rude people. There are a couple ladies that run the office/cashiering. The one is not nice nor helpful and hasn't been for years. But we have all over looked that in the past and would always hope the nice lady would be there. I purchase 26 bails at a time and I shop around to see who has the best prices as well as the best hay. As we all know this winter there was a huge shortage of hay and it was terrible no matter where you got it. The not so nice lady was very unhelpful and basically told us over the phone as well as in person that there was a hay shortage and to take it or leave it. This is not how you treat your customers. I thought to my self I'll never come here again. Well I did because my other place was a couple dollars a bail higher. This was by far my worst experience. I was threatened and over all treated badly by Mr. Ross himself. Unfortunately the price of Hay is sky high and the only reason I would go back is if they were considerably cheaper. I would recommend going to Sierra Hay & Feed off of 1st Street where they always treat you well. Randy and his folks and the other employees are great people there.
