Maybe you're curious what exists adjacent from the nearby Costco? Or maybe you just look for listings for anything local on Yelp like I do. Lots of parking here. Almost too much per each business really. It'll get tough the closer you are to the business depending on popularity but that can be said for anywhere. Lots of people roll quickly through the area so watch your blind spots! I think they'll add more stores in here as business returns and Covid restrictions lessen. Most of the stores here have been around for a good while though so it's already a good location. Something for everyone from shopping to food and hobbies.

During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.

It was an incredible time finding all these adorable 4th of July merchandise. I love shopping for deals and Marshalls never fails. The only negative thing I can say about this retailer is that they have a horrible layaway policy, but it could possibly be just those particular stores I've visited with a lack of space so you can barely utilize their layaway option. Some cool facts are: Marshalls has over 1,000 American stores, including larger stores named Marshalls Mega Store, covering 42 states and Puerto Rico, and 61 stores in Canada. Marshalls first expanded into Canada in March 2011.

On a recent visit found lots of updates to the stores appearance in clothing and Baby sections with new Lighting and Display Shelving. Aisles were more spacious and more cart accessible. This is a location that is always staffed well now that self checkout areas have been consolidated and are smaller. Something that needs to be done with Handicap Parking as over sized spaces are a waste when more spaces are what's needed more for the elderly. If I can't find it online it's a safe bet that the trip to this location will yield success of finding it. Grocery Coolers have all been updated as well will add pics from next visit soon.

I've been followed around by secret shoppers, and one of them even got so aggressive that he almost put his hands on me over a Hot Wheels car I never stole or even touched. On another visit, I watched an employee completely ignore an elderly man asking for help. She looked at him multiple times and said nothing, then suddenly claimed she didn't speak English--until I spoke up. When her manager arrived, she was even more disrespectful than the employee. Then, at checkout, a cashier turned her light off right as I got to her lane, said it was closed, and immediately turned it back on for another customer while smirking at me. It's unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows a complete lack of customer care. The only good part of this store is the electronics department--everyone else seriously needs retraining on basic respect and customer service.
