I also know that things vary in life- ingredients, altitude, yada yada. The problem is consistency. The only thing consistent in this location is their seemingly purposeful alteration of recipes. I have had the strangest variation of orders here and what confirmed my suspicions is being asked stranger questions. Questions that are not required for the drinks being ordered. I wouldn't blame the baristas because I've seen a slew of them over some years. Different people, same weird recipes. So management? What's going on back there? Why does a grande come half full? Why is the hot chocolate watery? I'm asked if I want a drink sweetened when it already comes sweetened, I say yes, and for the first time ever I taste that drink, unsweetened. Why why why. I always regret ordering from this location. The two stars are for the pleasant interactions, the missing three are for the quality of the product.

Even during the height of COVID when this was one of the few NWI locations open then were always kind and timely with orders. Considering the drive thru (because the inside was closed) could be around the back of the strip and almost onto the side road I never felt I was waiting an exorbitant amount of time! I actually decided to FINALLY leave them a review after I stopped in last night and my usual guava drink was unavailable. Which was sad but the barista who's name I unfortunately did not get gave me some suggestions! I settled on the passion tango tea she recommended which is uncaffeinated (which at 8PM and a few hours after an energy drink I definitely didn't need caffeine)! It was an excellent drink and perfect for an after workout treat! And my mom also loves this location because it's one of the few local Starbucks that always has the peach flavoring! So I highly recommend this location!

I told the driver of the truck did I have to go and he responded, didn't you see my big truck when you were inside? Which of course I didn't realize I needed to do. As I went back inside Starbucks to talk to the manager, she quickly stated there was nothing she could do without apologizing. I mentioned that she could have the driver park his truck furthest from the entrance, not to block anybody in and she again said there's nothing she could do. Both people were pretty unsympathetic to their customers.

I was quite surprised at how good it tasted. Wow! I really liked it. It was creamy and not overly sweet. It was a nice change from the lemonade version. I decided to sit inside and collect my thoughts. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Very inviting. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I can't remember the last time I visited a clean Starbucks. I will be back.

Very cool coffee shop is a hidden gem. The barista greeted me as I walked in and showed me their…read moremenus. I got a small iced coconut latte, which is really good! The shop has a cool space. Lots of plants, has lots of places to sit and sip your coffee, there's a puzzle on a table that everyone can work on, cool mosaic above the door, and has some cool art pieces on the wall.
