They immediately stepped up -- picked it up the next day, replaced the engine, and had it back to me in just over a week. The driver who came to pick up the mower was very friendly and had everything needed to safely move a machine that couldn't run. Brandon, my salesman, did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process and made sure I was taken care of. The service manager was also quick to respond and get things moving. I was told if he wore it and it didn't fit, they would accept it back as long as I had the receipt and tag. I bought it on a Wednesday and attempted to return it on a Friday. He wore it once for a long walk and I removed it when I came home. It didn't fit him well and seemed too snug for continued use, specifically around his neck. Somehow on our walk it became frayed on the underside. I tried to exchange it with the intention of buying one of the nicer harnesses. I was told they would be unable to resell it bc "he must've chewed it up". Which didn't happen. He only had it on for the walk and was taken off when we got back. I was told it wasn't too small then and we can't resell it". People are constantly saying to support local businesses. Return policies like this make it difficult when big stores like petco or petsmart will exchange with 0 hassle. For a store that is empty every time I've been there, I would think they'd be more understanding and relaxed in an exchange, especially considering I was going to spend more money than the first time I was there.

Chiefs gear for my fur babies and the cutest super hero collars too. I will be back often. Especially when I can have option to have them bath my dogs or I can do it myself. They're very generous with their time and have been nothing less than open and friendly each and every time I've visited, including times when I'm doing nothing more than looking at different new equipment. My most recent purchase was a small Kubota tractor bought from an individual. Their service personnel have been generous regarding information regarding adjustments and maintenance items I perform on my own. I plan on taking my newest tractor to Louisburg within a few weeks to have it checked out before I begin using it in earnest. I feel that everyone I have spoken to at Romans truly cares about me getting the best I can from my equipment. My brother also purchases all of his parts from the same location, driving from the Merriam/Shawnee/Overland Park area for parts for the tractors he uses within his own company in lieu of using the Kubota dealers closer to us. I truly believe they all are well versed with Kubota products both current and older.
