I purchased this…read morespecifically from them because they mentioned that they were able to pick up the mower for servicing. I live 4.5 miles from their store. He looks me up in their computer system and comforms with me that I have a 33 inch walk behind. I ask him what it would cost me to have them pick up the mower and service it. He states about $125.  I tell him thats not bad and agree to the pick up. Jeff gave me an estimated 1 week before the mower would be picked up. Well it was two and a half weeks later and I called them to get an update. Jeff told me that they've been extremely busy and could pick it up in the next few days. He then told me, "As the boss says, this isn't an ambulance service." I was taken aback at his comments. I didn't say anything at the time because I did not want to get upset. Fast forward almost 2 weeks from when they initially picked up my mower. Jeff calls me and says he needs to go over the bill with me. He explains everything that they did and then informs me that the bill is almost $200! I asked Jeff poowhy the bill was so high? I told him that when I had asked how much it would cost, he had said $125. He said he would have never told me that. He said they charge more for larger push mowers. Then where did I get this figure from? He then tells me he had not charged me the $49 that they normally charged for pickup. I tell him, he had never once stated that there was a charge for pickup. The salesman also never told me that they would charge me to pick up the mower. I do understand if they charge for pickup and delivery, just inform the customer before, not after the service has been completed. Jeff becomes excited and starts telling me that next time I will have to pay the full price and that he will adjust the price and call me back then hangs up. Jeff calls me back and informs me that they have lowered the price to what they had initially quoted me but going forward I would have to pay the full price or I could bring it in myself. That's exactly how he said it. Extremely rude. I inform him that I would like to visit with his boss. He says yep he's right here and put him on the phone. I can see why Jeff is allowed to be rude because the owner is just as rude. Never once does he apologize for the misunderstanding. He completely tries to talk over me and tells me that I should bring in the mower next time to avoid the fees. I inform him that I was not happy that Jeff had told me that he (boss) had said his pickup and delivery is not an ambulance service. The boss admits to me that he does tell his staff that and says well it is true, I only have one truck and one guy. If it's an emergency you can bring it down here yourself. Mine was not an emeegency at all. I didn't expect them to drop what they were doing and pick my mower up right thap1w1a1qt very minute. I would have appreciated a call to inform me they would be much later than stated. I told him to stop one minute and put himself in my place as a customer. I had paid him $1,700 for a mower just for his staff to tell me that his pickup and delivery was not an ambulance service. He said, I get what you are saying but you weren't charged this time. Next time you will be. I told him he really wasn't listening to a customer. It was pointless to talk to him and try to get him to see the error in his business practice. Needless to say, I won't be back. I had planned on buying a riding mower and have a $4000 budget. I will go somewhere that won't treat me as an inconvenience.

Two links in the chain were not flexible when I tried to replace the chain back on the chainsaw, took it back to the store told me I had to buy a new chain, and that everything on the saw was covered for the warranty except the chain. Buying an expensive product get told one story as soon as something needs to be replaced they tell you a different story. The department provided terrible service. I then went to the store manager, who sold me the chain at a very slight discount. Even though the staff was not forthright with me around the #Warranty when I bought the saw. After leaving the store, I called the manufacturer who told me if I was still at the store they could talk to the store and get me the replacement chain for free. Not a satisfied customer I will not be buying additional products from your store.

Picked up mower despite website & receipt saying cleaning was part of the 89.00 servicing it was not clean. Mowers self propel didn't work took mower back, they had it 47 days, replacing multiple parts, it was still under warranty with honda, they had to keep calling Honda to tell them what it might be, finally they were told cable needed adjusting, they couldn't do that, Honda sent a rep who adjusted & educating them. Had to buy a mower to mow my grass. Picked up my mower and Managers comment to us from Owner was not to shop there again. This is rude behavior when none of this was my fault. This is a terrible business.
