They're so accommodating with same-day bookings. I've been able to snag a spot last-minute three different times! I've had two prenatal massages here so far (once at 5 months and again at 7 months pregnant), and both times were exactly what my body needed. I've tried prenatal massages at a handful of places, and a common theme is therapists being overly cautious - barely any pressure in fear of affecting circulation. I totally get the concern, but sometimes I leave feeling like I just got lightly pet... no relief. Not the case here! My therapist was amazing - she applied real, FIRM pressure on my shoulders and arms (where I carry most of my tension) and is far enough from my uterus to be a cause for concern, and used a more moderate touch around my lower back. She also offered a pillow so I could lie on my side--nothing fancy, but totally functional. Honestly, I appreciate that this place is about real relief, not gimmicks. My lady had to walk out twice to answer customer calls from the front for less than a minute each, but it didn't bother me at all as she'd come back and get right back to business. I appreciate her hustle of managing front of house while in service. Some may beg to differ, but it never felt inconvenient for me personally. For the price, it's an awesome value, and you really can't beat it. I actually walked out feeling better than I have from some of the fancier spas I've been to for prenatal work. She must have either not cared or not knew what she was doing, as she just kept on pinching me everywhere instead of actually massaging me. At the end, its very awkward that they stand there and wait for a tip, feels pressured almost. 3.5 stars. They had a massage chair, an area set up for foot reflexology, and then private rooms; both couples and individuals. The bathroom was pretty clean. We got an hour massage at $70/hr. The massage table has a sheet covering it. Also, there is an additional sheet and a wool blanket to cover you. Jack was my masseuse. Good strong hands, he did use his elbows, but not the whole massage. He kept checking on the pressure. He was able to work out the knots I had. FYI... he is off on Tuesdays. Annie was my wife's masseuse. She was good. She used both hands and elbows for part of the massage. She understood not to do a face or head massage for my wife. She also checked if the pressure was good for her. She double-checked to make sure the hot towel wasn't too hot before she started to wipe off the massage oil. Both were very cordial and nice. There was no pressure regarding the tip. But, a general rule, tip well as they work hard to give you a massage. Good experience. The front desk doesn't understand English well and also do not pay attention to what the customers ask for. When asked for a foot massage they coerced me to take body massage. The person doing the massage also seemed to be a newbie. Even when you specifically ask for Angie, someone else will complete the massage for you. Angie quickly hops on to serving white customers. Absolute waste of time and money. Still ended up leaving with a foot pain that was not attended to at all when that had to be taken care of first. Location is convenient, no outside noise but due to compact place, lot of noise from their kitchen/ break room. Also there is always language problem. Randomly found this place and decided to do a quick foot reflexology massage. The menu listed shows that it's a foot massage followed by 10 mins on back. The place was rather strange and dark. The lady up front asked for a payment upfront...which was fine so I paid by credit card (didn't have cash). I had a male masseuse and he spent a few mins first on my feet followed by my calves (all was ok thus far). Once that was complete, he started massaging my thighs instead of my back as it stated on the menu...and he went way too far up my thighs for my comfort level. I was too uncomfortable to say anything and when he was done, I mumbled thank you and put my shoes on and ran out of there. The lady ran after me asking me to tip!! I was so shocked and responded that I didn't have cash. So she said she will charge my credit card again. Unbelievable...this place needs to close down especially based on the number of reviews with similar experiences. I will never come to this place again. Been going here for several years. The front desk lady is very friendly and sweet. I love that they can usually fit you in within an hour or two. I randomly read the other reviews and the ones that left poor remarks I will have to say I have never experienced. They have never waited for me outside, I've never been touched inappropriately and yes you may hear people taking down the hall sometimes in the main room but it only has a curtain for that room with the chairs so I don't know what exactly they're expecting- It's a small place. She will call though to check on you if you are still coming if you are over 5 mins late but I think that's because people can be flaky and it is a small business so I understand that. The private rooms are pretty quiet. I also love that the parking is easy compared to the ones in Walnut Creek. Overall if you are looking for a bit of relaxation and a moment to get away from it all without paying a huge chunk of change at a bigger spa or massage place definitely try this place out. read more

The first time I was here, I worked with Jason. This time I worked with Ana. Both masseuses were as strong as I needed them to be. I like my temperature beyond taken and hand sanitized prior to coming in. They wear gloves when you are massaged which is a much cleaner. She's masked up and the place felt clean and she took temperatures. $40 is credit card price, $38 cash price plus I tipped well because I wasn't able to circle the areas of pain I needed her to focus on and she really helped me. No great. I was in a lot of pain and needed to find somewhere wuick before having to pickup my kids. I came here and the ladies were very nice but the place smelled stuffy. Needed to have some circulation. It felt moldy. The masseuse was able to help relieve some of my pain but only after i directed her on what to do over and over again. I get massages all the time and this is the first time I had to do that. She would keep pressing in the same area or pinching. I asked for strokes instead of pinching me and to move her strokes around...not just do one stop over and over again. I was scheduled for a 90 min massage but she kept doing rubbing the same spots so I changed it to one hour. I couldn't take it anymore. Sadly I won't be coming back. read more

I definitely was skeptical about coming in to this place though, after reading other Yelp reviews. So, to take the precautions based on the reviews about creepy males, we did request women masseuses to avoid any discomfort. The overall vibe of this spot is definitely not where you should go for a "spa" experience, you are coming strictly for a massage and there's no luxuries. The foot massage room was fine, but it was SO loud with not only the customers coming in, but the people working there were not very respectful of the quiet atmosphere of people relaxing. As I was getting the foot massage portion, I was really relaxed until the loud voices. Also, during the massage, the masseuse would walk out of the room to get the hot stones or whatever else and would leave the door open which I think is pretty unprofessional and weird. At the end of the massage, both my mom's and my masseuse were waiting out in the lobby area, gave us a Dixie cup of water and then proceeded to stand there staring at us while we tipped them... kinda weird. So I finally stopped by after they had been opened for a month. I got a 1 hr foot massage. The technique was comparable to others. You lay down on your back while your foot soaks and they massage your head and arms. Then they do foot reflexology and massage your legs. The last 10 minutes, they transfer you to a massage table face down and massage your back. All in all, it was a great soothing and relaxing experience. The plus is that they speak English. read more

I has a foot and leg massage last month. It's a 35 min drive for me. First time- had worries cause they ran late and turned someone away who said they called that morning for an appt and they gave her a time and she got there and they said no- they were busy. I don't think they write things down and have very broken English. My husband and I got our massages and they were very good for the price. The room is a shared massage room with other clients. It had a funny odor but the massage was good so I made an appt to come today. Bad traffic- called to say I would be 10 min late. The man's English was better than others and said no worries, they would wait for me. I got there and the woman came out to say they were busy. I told her I had called and the man said it was ok , that they would wait. She kept saying "no we are busy sorry ". She asked me to come back in an hour. i told her I can't come back in an hour and wanted to speak to the man. She just kept saying "no- you come back in hour we busy". I told her that I will never be back! She lost a lot of regular business from my family! They are unreliable and even with an appt- you may not get a massage!
