Typically, I try to find one therapist and stick with that person but the older women that was originally working here has left. There are two or three younger women working here now and they seem to do a fine job. I believe I've tried two of the three. I don't recall their names and I don't really have a preference yet. I just take whichever one is on rotation when I walk through the door. I'm sure as I get back into my harder workouts and runs I'll naturally gravitate to the stronger of the two but as I'm still "recovering" from injury, I currently prefer a Swedish type massage over a deeper tissue.

I've had craniosacral therapy in the past, so am familiar with the concept that an extremely light touch can yield big results.
