I had the most amazing experience at Family RV! First of all I just want to give a big shout out to the Sales guys Aidan and John. They are always in the front ready to great you, I would know I showed up multiple times in one day! They are very knowledgeable about all the trailers and don't waste your time showing you trailers that don't match what you're looking for but if you don't know or just want to see other trailers, they were more than happy to open them up to look at them. Aidan was my main salesman and was super patient with all my back and forth and triple inspections of the used trailer I saw they had online. Also big shout out to the GM who stayed after hours to accommodate my father coming down late to also inspect and talk business with. He was very open and understanding to what my budget was and how to get everything I wanted with my purchase. I'm very grateful for my experience at Family RV being so smooth with awesome salesmen. Make that deal!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL THE DOZENS OF DEALERSHIPS I VISITED. KEPT ME COMING BACK. BEST SALES EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD BUYING A FUN REC. TOY. BEST SERVICE DEPT. HANDS DOWN. They will treat you like family from the moment you walk in. They will stand beside you for the entire process and keep you at the forefront of their mind when it is time to get service done. Feel so grateful to have found them, among all the other shady af dealers out there. In July 2020 I went in for a visit to see one of my top choice Travel Trailers to purchase. The micro lite 22 tbs. It was just a window shop day for us. I had researched for about 14 mos at this point and really honed in on this particular model for my solo travel. Gabby helped us for a bit and then got another call to help someone else out. No worries, we were not there to buy that day anyway. We went back, I don't remember the date, but Tanner helped us out. He took us to the same trailer, the price had gone up, naturally as the sales across the nation are exploding. Again, not there to buy, so just taking inventory. On Nov. 15th, we went in for a purchase. We were greeted by Ian, Tanner did not work there any longer after we inquired. He was patient and friendly and so very professional. We gave him the details on our previous visits and were honest that we had another lot to visit before making our final decision regarding where we would buy from, that day. He was polite and encouraged us to do all research and he was hopeful he would hear from and see us again. We did visit another dealer, not family rv related and all that did was reinforce that we had made the right decision by going back to family rv. The price was right, the sales dept. was quick, the service was unparalleled and the level of patience in negotiation a price and my husbands million questions etc...is unmatched. They are true champs and truly, I feel, want to see their customers happy and satisfied. I am all of that and more. This trailer that I first spotted in July, sat safely inside until I decided I truly wanted that model and went to grab her in Nov. Upon pickup, I did my walk through with Jeremy. This guy is this companies secret weapon. I know he has done a million walk throughs, yet he treated me with such respect and patience and enthusiasm as if I were his first walk through customer. The guy is a true professional and made me feel as though no question was a "dumb" question. After renting for years, you need to learn about your trailer in a different way and he helped me with all of that. Now, yesterday I took her in for a few minor things to get worked on. The service dept. was quick and thorough in checking me in and super friendly. Not rushing me in and out and I just feel totally taken care of. As I have from the beginning when I bought it. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's personal touch, professionalism and high quality service. Damn straight I got lucky to have bought from them and just know they will take care of me for as long as I am a customer. Thank you, a first time TT buyer and loyal customer Brandi

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR REPAIRS OR RV PURCHASING!!!!!! Would give less stars if I could. "Nick"…read morescammed me and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault that he sold me a trailer that had known NON COSMETIC issues. I bought a trailer, drove up to take a look at it, was told MULTIPLE TIMES "it only had cosmetic issues" and I was sure to clarify this was the case. Of course he lied, brought it to where it's supposed to be hooked up and spent over $2,500.00 to park it, hooked it up, there's a massive leak with the kitchen sink, MAJOR water damage which revealed a soft spot after it was exposed / once it flooded for a few hours. When I looked at the trailer I noticed the cabinets had started to swell at the base and they seemed very moist, he assured me AGAIN That there was no water damage LMFAO, bullshit. But I believed him, which was dumb on my part, but he confidently told me he and the professional he uses inspected it. I naively believed him thinking he wasn't a liar. It clearly had been inspected recently and that leak was probably noticed when the cabinets swelled. Apart from that there are exposed wires, the AC / furnace and thermostat doesn't work, several windows don't operate fully, there is horrible rodent issue (this is old, not recent) spent $9,500.00 on the trailer (negotiated from $10,900) then spent another $2,500 to park it where I'm staying for work, about $1,500 for an inspector and mechanic, and am about to spend another couple thousand to have everything thoroughly inspected and quoted for repairs that way I have enough documentation to drag this man to small claims court and be reimbursed for every penny spent on this trailer as well as what was spent after to discover these issues because this is absolute BS. Moral of the story -- this sale is going to cost him money, all he had to do was be honest. Oh also... He tried to claim that he offered numerous times to help me out or to work with me when that is not the case. Our entire text chain is him denying that he did anything wrong and denying that there are any issues which is just wild. This guy is smart. He knows exactly what he's doing And he thinks he's being smart by not admitting to fault through text. The thing is when you post an ad stating that this trailer has no issues, is ready to go, has only cosmetic damage etc... and the trailer has a history / maintenance record that says otherwise -- That was your first mistake. Pro tip- just be honest. Don't confidently scam people who are just looking to buy a trailer. If the trailer has issues, disclose them!

They specifically advertised on their website - http://www.thebestrvshow.com/Campers - 7 different pop-up trailers from four different brands. Out of the "1,325 brand new RVs," we saw 3 pop-up trailers. A-frames are not included in this total. Specifically, we were searching for the Starcraft Comet. It was on the California RV Show website to be "on display." Not so. Next on our list was the Forest River Rockwood. It wasn't there either. The two that I remember that we saw were the Livin' Lite Quicksilver which was outrageously overpriced. Mike Thompson's RV had probably the nicest, non-pushy salespeople out of all of the buyer's displays working that day, but they had only one pop-up trailer, the Coachmen Clipper. It was a nice, sturdy trailer, but it was their top-of-the-line too. I think the third pop-up we found was a Columbia Northwest. Stuff that was on display: motorhomes and vans (class A, B, & C), travel trailers, 5th wheels, toy haulers, truck campers, and A-frame campers. The temperature was 110°F just shortly after noon. We pushed our toddler daughters in their strollers as quickly as we could through the limited shaded areas. They were so miserable that we skipped out on the free Ferris wheel ride. I'm not sure if you can bring your own food and drinks in, but the concession stands are overpriced and cash only. (Very few vendors that I noticed supplied free cups of water.) Parking ($10 per car) and admission ($10 per day) is cash only as well. Kids & active military were free. AAA Westways magazine had a "buy one single day admission for $10 and get one free coupon." If you don't already receive that exclusive magazine, print the coupon from California RV Show website (listed above) for $1 off your ticket. Coupons must be presented. Airstream had a cool jack-o-lantern painted trailer with some bales of hay set up. We saw a green VW Thing. OTHER COOL STUFF - pet-friendly - they are still scheduled (I think) for their first annual diving dogs championship - celebrities like Steve Garvey, Eric Dickerson, & JIM ABBOTT were/will be there on certain days - you can rent stuff like scooters, wheelchairs, strollers & wagons for a cash-only, nominal fee Review #411 Yelp challenge 92/100

The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions. David dialed in the rear view camera and corresponding monitor so we had a perfect rear view as well as explaining all the steps in hitching and unhitching the trailer. Again I participated instead of just watching the steps involved. It's the little things replacing a tiny cotter pin with a larger one for ease of use, Paper work was efficient, both David and Miguel made sure I had their cell numbers for any later questions. Great product, great service and value and supporting a second generation family business just puts the icing on the cake. Our first trip, back to Oceanside, went flawlessly. David answered a call from us when we questioned the battery disconnect off setting after arriving home. Great people to work with!

Jeff and his team know what they are doing, and they do a very professional job. He gives good advice on what is and is not a good idea to fix/alter, and he is very customer oriented, making sure things are clean and working as they should, and even threw in complimentary items during the service like a replacement cover for our awning arm he happened to have, moving my fridge to gain a storage space for my long pans, adjusting my shaky rear view mirror, etc. The quality of the work here is great, everything works well and I like that he did some more service items that were really needed (!) like flush my hot water tank- it was so full of white scale! He also works with the insurance companies to fix things that are under warranty and makes it happen in a reasonable amount of time, as much as he can control. They are so knowledgeable and experienced, and he is so reasonable and easy to work with. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use it in the future. Note: If you have to wait for an appointment, it's worth it. The business is popular for a reason, and it's not like other places you hear about where they keep your rig for months and leave you hanging. Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

Jose and Michael have been right there whenever we arrive, ready to go, and ready to help in any way possible. In a world where kindness and going above and beyond seems like its almost non existence you can tell that this is just their way of doing things. Not only is it refreshing, it releases so much stress on us and has been a huge blessing. I could go on about how great they are. If you are thinking about giving Premier Indoor Boat and RV Storage your business, don't walk, run. They are incredible!

Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.
