Zero friendliness on the part of the employees. Food was mediocre. The best part was the bread. The meat was hard and dry. I think they chopped it into small pieces so that you can chew it. Their "Famous" Philly is excellent. Meat seasoned well, perfectly cooked and fillings well balanced, roll just chewy enough. Very tasty. Hot pastrami is good, but not as flavorful as I'd hoped. And it may look huge, until you close the sandwich and all the chopped pastrami compresses, revealing there is not actually much there. Fries are tasty and plentiful, freshly cut. Everything is cooked to order by a lone teenager, which usually takes forever. So if you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. And the music they blast in the kitchen fills the dining area and can be annoying depending on your tastes. Dining room is pretty clean but the redneck hole-in-the-wall theme has to go. April 8th 2018, drove all the way down from Kingman Az. which we have done for at least 2 years,I am not complaining about that. But what I am complaining when we got there and I ordered pastrami they told me they were all out, I just don't understand if you're going to be open 7 days a week you need to be responsible for your inventory and if a person is solely responsible for and they continue to run out of product it is the vendors problem you need to set up a second vendor to fall back on like Safeway or something like that.so we decided to go to Wienerschnitzel and they had plenty of pastrami. not sure if we will ever return. read more

Not too big of a place, pretty simple menu, but has decent selection, and the food is delicious. We were there about an hour before closing on a Sunday night and the girl who was working was in the back making the food, had some music playing, and was singing along to it. I've been here several times. The food at first was good until yesterday. The cheesesteak subs were tainted spoiled meat, we both got sick. We ordered the 12" subs, we got home they were 9" subs false advertising and paying for 12". This not a Japanese Steakhouse there is no need to constantly cutting the meat. So the girl handed me one sandwich for 27,99 I asked for my money back on the sandwich she dropped in floor. She said you want a refund? Since I never received sandwich that she dropped. I could tell from the way the place smelled that the sandwich was going to be delicious and it was. This place is excellent. A little on the pricey side for a sandwich, but it is worth every penny. It is messy and delicious. I only had their one famous philly and it was delectable! The meat is chopped up very finely and the ingredients all just seem to melt together for a wonderful flavor. I have never lived in Philadelphia, but I am pretty sure anyone from there would enjoy this sandwich. Plus, there are usually nice girls working there that are very polite and helpful. Just a small simple place that makes a great philly! Definitely a must have if you are in the area. Dining in this part of town can be rough, but this place is a real Gem! Service (Or lack of service) on 4/8/18 at 4:26 P.M. First of all, we have been coming to this place for 14 months and we love the food. I to Hate to give one star but the more I think about I'm glad to give one star! On your menu all that is listed is (Gratuity charged on large orders) You don't explain what a large order is!!!! And then we were told you're getting a Gratuity charged for our order. We only ordered 4- 12" Sandwiches, three regular fries & one sweet potato fry. Is that really a large order? All we asked for was all 4 sandwiches with onion and mushroom no peppers and 1/2 of one of the whole's to just have meat and cheese and mayo on it. Service on Sunday was not good, we spent $68.43 at your business & were not sure if we will be back. You would think spending that kind of money we would get a discount. The total should had been $59.92 + tax $4.70 = $64.62 and one sandwich you kept the mushrooms and onions but we are getting overcharged $3.81 + a gratuity charge that they couldn't tell us what the cost for this was. We asked if we could pay with two different cards and that simple request was denied. p.s. The sweet potato fries are not what they use to be.
