all the workers are so dumb. i went today, on july 25 2026 at 1:30 pm and the guy taking my order is yelling at me and he's making me repeat myself over and over. and then the cashier proceeds to give me the wrong sandwich. when i finally get the wrong sandwich they made it completely wrong, giving me the wrong bread and not taking the peppers off that i asked them to-- im allergic to peppers! and then they didn't even cut my sandwich in half aren't they always supposed to?? read more

Their Original Italian is so good it's my favorite. Service is always good and fast it's my favorite sandwich place in Bullhead !

For nurses week Jersey Mike's was one of the vendors who were participating by giving nurses a free small sandwich. But, when I called, the supervisor stated they were not participating. They were very rude! read more

Fast and fresh food. Staff was friendly and had order ready before time on the app stated. Establishment was super clean.

Visited around 7pm Saturday, October 18; the woman taking our order advised us only one loaf of white bread was available - not an issue. I ordered a 'Club Supreme' - number NINE - roast beef, turkey, and Swiss cheese on rosemary parmesan bread. As I watched the other woman preparing my order putting ham and provolone on my sandwich, I explained I had ordered a number 9, NOT 8 (there was no one else in the place). The woman told me it WAS a 9, that it WAS Swiss cheese. They got my order wrong and tried to deceive me, but when the first person was asking what the woman prepared in order to ring up the total, the woman said 'Eight'. This Jersey Mike's shop continually UNDER performs on a regular basis. Especially when ordering on DoorDash. They prioritize walk-in orders versus orders that arrive electronically. It's such a bummer because it has such a YUM potential (great sandwiches) but think they suffer from staffing issues. The store is clean inside and they are trying but lack proper management to take it up to industry standards. If you have a lot of time to wait, yes, place your order. If not, have a backup plan! read more

Well, more star's technically for (usually) friendly employees and the food seems fresh BUT the FLIES are more than a picnic for me. There are always flies around the meat cutter and prep surface and they don't care! I had to ask/tell the guy making my sandwich to replace the bread that the fly was having a buffet on. Gross! I stopped going there for awhile bc of the flies. I don't understand why they can't install a blower above the door to at least help with this problem! read more

I stopped into Jersey Mike's subs today. I had a coupon buy one get one free. If you get one of those coupons, do not use it when they make your subs they only give you almost half the meat as a regular sub they don't use mayonnaise they use salad dressing, so if you want to go don't use the coupon The older lady that works there and made these subs was not a nice person when I go to a place to eat I want to be treated well not like I have to come there if Jersey Mike was extra customers he should make buy one get one free, the same as the other sub sells from a disappointed customer. read more

What a disappointment. Not only was it disgustingly dirty, but the workers were so impolite. We stood there for like 3 mins before they even acknowledged us... only to hear, "What do you want." The service is usually good. The sandwiches are made in front of you the way you want it. And you can watch the entire process. However, you cannot touch the bread until you eat it. Our last visit here went as usual, the bread on our sandwiches was hard and crumbly(dried out) absolutely no reason for this. They can feel the bread is hard. This is not acceptable. Please make sure product is fresh, especially when someone is paying almost $20.00 for one sandwich. read more

Stopped there earlier today. 1) Pulling into their parking area, there's a raised lane divider/speed bump. Note that it is NOT marked with yellow or black caution stripes, and is the same color as the asphalt, and you can't see it. I hit it, and it tore up the underside of my vehicle. IT NEEDS TO BE PAINTED!! 2) I assumed their "Regular"-size sub would be a foot-long. Nope, it's only 7" long! And costs $9.63!! Are you kidding me? This downsizing trend needs to cease immediately. How does a family of 3 or 4 or more afford to eat out anymore?! 3) Unless they correct that danger in their parking lot, and lower their prices, I won't be back. read more

Pre-paid, so no way out. This place is DIRTY, in customer area AND behind the line. Employees quitting, walking out the door. NOT returning.

The food is just okay, a lot of this has to do with the employees and this location has got some personality issues. Not sure. We'll be visiting this location again due to the grumpy employees. I had the big Kahuna, it's like a Philly cheesteak with the works, its delish. The service was good, and because everything is made fresh, it does take a bit longer than your average sandwich place, but it's good. My location almost has a bit of a subway feel being that you stand in line, order, watch them make it, in that time you pick a drink and chips if you want any, pay and enjoy. They have a couple of tables, but that's about it. Again, overall, no complaints with me, and I go there about once a month. read more

Ordered a giant #7 sandwich but it was inadvertently made with Mayo. Brought the sandwich back and the manager made it right by rebuilding the sandwich "Mike's Way" (which should not have mayo). For some reason in the beginning, I didn't find them really fascinating, but I had a club with the beef and turkey and bacon and the ingredients that I also liked like the lettuce, etc---maybe they got some new people I don't know, but the sandwich was outrageous. Ordered up the classic Italian sub, "regular" (smaller size I think). I like to eat, and the "standard" was filling enough. I had no special requests for the sang-wich, so I let them make it the way they make it. Impressed. Really solid food. This place is looking more and more like the crew at any McDonald's of your choice. Once again, their inventory of drink selection had not been updated. I have to agree with some of the prior comments. This place was disgusting. Floors behind the counters and the counters themselves were so dirty and nasty that after thinking about it I had to leave and go elsewhere to eat. Filthy place couldn't imagine eating the food. read more

This has to be the nastiest jersey mikes I ever been in!! Walked in and the counter was completely covered and looked like it was never wiped off all day! It had more food and juices all over from the meat slicer to the cash register and with 3 employees hanging out off to the side talking should of been cleaning!
