My parents purchased a high end osaki dream wave chair, which arrived a month later broken. Mind you this purchase is over $6k, not a small sum of money. The delivery was schedule for 12/15, it didnt arrive till 01/16. My mother wanted the beige color but a black chair arrived instead. We called the sales man who would then throw off his responsibility telling us to call the customer service line. After dealing with an unresponsive customer service, they finally send out a repair man a month later. Our repair man tells us the chair is unfixable, so we have to contact our sales man again to get this resolved. After calling him over the weekend, he tells us he will look into it. 3 days later we call the office after hearing nothing back, we're told he's off today and the manager is out. The sales guy on the phone today, then proceeds to give us the same generic response to get us off the phone. I tell him he needs to give us a callback today after he emails and calls HQ like he says he will, then he proceeds to yell at me for telling him what to do. I sense this is because of his misogyny since I am a younger female. This made my blood boil, how is this an acceptable way to speak to a paying customer? I ask him what his name is and he refuses to tell me. I have never heard of this before. If you work in sales or customer service, if you have nothing to hide there should be no issue in giving your name. This business is unethical and the sales people will take your money and send you garbage and disrespect. Now we are going thru a dispute with our bank and extending this already excruciating headache of a refund process. I would give this business negative stars if able, I wish I had seen the other reviews before my parents made this purchase.

One of the best things about this location is that it's never crowded when I'm there, which makes the whole experience way more relaxed compared to other Best Buy stores. "character" to them, but this just feels like a run down location when you walk in. It's dark, the ceilings seem lower, and it just seems like the higher ups don't really care about the place, probably because of the diverse minority neighborhood. On the other hand, I've had to order from this store for pick up several times, because when the nicer locations like Sugar Land and Memorial City don't have something, this store somehow ALWAYS has what I need in stock. There's usually a long line to check out, but rarely a long line for mobile order pick up, so it's not difficult to get in, get what I need, and get on my way. This location is at the end of a shopping center with a lot of other stores, so parking can be very hit or miss depending on what else is in the area and what's going on. I've generally never had any problem getting a "good spot" where I wasn't too far from the store and didn't have to lug anything any significant distance.

I bought a supposedly new washing machine from them just 14 months ago. This is the same whirlpool model as the old one we replaced that had lasted 10 years! Again, no response to our calls until they were given a google review. Then I was asked if I bought it new??? The solution offered was for me to bring it in to the store - 20 miles away for them to "look at it and possibly repair possible free if the repair cost is not high ". It is so sad that this is their idea of good customer service . I hate giving negative review but honestly, they need to change their work ethic. I honestly feel scammed and I believe they sold me a used item disguised as new. Now I have to replace my washing machine barely a year out. Their loss - because I need to replace my dryer and refrigerator soon and would have been happy to patronize a small business. NEVER AGAIN. Even if they offered to come to my house to look at what they sold me ( at full price) I would decline. Not nice, sir. Not nice at all. That is no way to treat your customers.

Pro-Tip: Find what you like at Ashley furniture and then go to La Sierra for a better deal…read more I forgot they are a distributor of Ashley furniture! We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.
