She offered delivery, set up and take away the old washing machine for a small fee...before I knew it we made a deal online! I paid for it and that very evening my son got a good solid washing machine. Excellent customer service. These are good people!!!!

Pricing is where things get alarming. Items advertised around $99 were later charged at nearly $296 per item. No explanation. No accountability. Refund requests? Denied. It's dark, the ceilings seem lower, and it just seems like the higher ups don't really care about the place, probably because of the diverse minority neighborhood. On the other hand, I've had to order from this store for pick up several times, because when the nicer locations like Sugar Land and Memorial City don't have something, this store somehow ALWAYS has what I need in stock. There's usually a long line to check out, but rarely a long line for mobile order pick up, so it's not difficult to get in, get what I need, and get on my way. This location is at the end of a shopping center with a lot of other stores, so parking can be very hit or miss depending on what else is in the area and what's going on. I've generally never had any problem getting a "good spot" where I wasn't too far from the store and didn't have to lug anything any significant distance.

We found a good deal on a new washer but when Sears came out, they said we couldn't mix brands on stackables because the harnessing kits are brand specific. They came out the same day on a Friday at 9p.m. to pick up the washer (did I mention it was shoved in a closet on the second floor?) and returned it to us Monday at 7p.m. They picked it up, repaired it, and delivered it back to us for $200 less than the cost of that great deal we found on a new Kenmore washer. If you pride yourself on supporting small business, then buy with confidence from these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough for customer service and working within our budget. P.S., the Sears quote to repair the Samsung washer was over $1300. Our bill from JCM was a fraction of that!

They enforced their no return policy of no returns on furniture but failed to enforce their policy on asking a minor for ID. Conns is a rip off. They pretty much force you into keeping the item. We first went to Ashley and settled on some wooden dining chairs. We decided to check out La Sierra based on my previous pleasant experience and were given a much better deal than at Ashley. Under $100 a chair including assembly and delivery! They were able to deliver a few days later with short notice that I had small window of free time. Very happy again with La Sierra and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Great prices, sturdy furniture and fast, reliable service.
